Assembly instruction for the replacement of the FlipTop Twin
gearbox + locking disc
2. Required tools for replacing the
gearbox + locking disc inside.
3. Make sure that the parking brake
is activated.

5. Pull the lower handle until the 2
screws can be loosened.
6. Loosen the inner screws of the 4
cantilevers.
4. The table must be in parking
position. Then loosen 8 screws of
the cable tray.

8. … and fold the table in order to
reach the working position.
9. Loosen the screws of the 2

handle.

5.Pull the lower handle until the 2
screws can be loosened.

12. Take off the cover of the column
connector.
10. Loosen the outer screws of the 4
cantilevers.
11. Take off the table top.

15. … in order to take off the leg
column.
13. Loosen the screws …

12.Take off the cover of the column
connector.
16. Follow the same process for the
2nd leg column to have both legs
completely separated from the rest.
17. Hang out the short primary rod
from the deflection unit and from
the gearbox.
18. Hang out the long primary rod
from the deflection unit …

20. Loosen the screws on both ends
of the cable tray.
21. After doing this both gearboxes
+ cantilever are separated from the
rest.
19. … and from the gearbox.

22. For changing the locking disc
inside the gearbox a specific pair of
pliers is needed.
17.Hang out the short primary rod
from the deflection unit and from
the gear box.
23. Take off the locking ring.

25. Loosen the screws that are fixing
the locking disc.
26. Take off the locking disc and
replace it by the new one.
24. Separate the connection flange
from the cantilever.

27. Adjust the right turning moment.
17.Hang out the short primary rod
from the deflection unit and from
the gear box.
29. Connect the cantilever with the
connection flange.
28. Fix the new locking disc with 4
screws.
