1. Place Boundary Screen on a clean,
scratch resistant surface.
2. Assemble the FrameOne bench
frame instruction 939500470, remove
the worksurfaces.

3. Attach one (1) L Bracket to the screen
using six (6) #10-12 x 5/8" wood screws.
4. Attach two (2) FrameOne Leg Brackets to the
screen using three (3) #10-12 x 5/8" wood screws.
5. Create two (2) or more wood spacers
½” thick.

NOTE: Do not tighten down Leg Brackets
completely. The Leg Brackets are temporarily
attached for locating pilot holes.

6a. Hang the screen on the
FrameOne leg.
6b. Align the screen horizontally
by aligning the edge with the rail
of the bench.

7. Use the spacers to create a
½" gap between the legs and the
Boundary Screen.
8. Mark the locations for the pilot
holes in the leg. Then remove the
Boundary Screen from the FrameOne
assembly.
9a. Use a center punch to stamp
each hole location.
NOTE: The edge of the L bracket
should line up with the leg edge
9b. Drill holes in the FrameOne
leg using 5/32" drill bit.

10a. Remove the FrameOne Leg Brackets
from the Boundary Screen.
10b. Attach FrameOne Leg Bracket to
FrameOne legs using two (2) #10-32 x 1/2"
machine screws for each bracket.
11. Hang the Boundary Screen on the legs,
using your spacers to achieve the proper 1/2" gap.

12. Attach the L bracket to the FrameOne leg using
two (2) #10-32 x 1/2" machine screws per bracket.
13. Attach the FrameOne Leg Brackets to the
Boundary Screen with three (3) #10-12 x 5/8"
wood screws per bracket.
You are now ready to finish the FrameOne
worksurface installation.
NOTE: If you are attaching to a FrameOne
Return see pg. 20.

5. Attach one (1) L Bracket to both screens
using ten (10) #10-12 x 5/8” wood screws.
6. Attach one (1) FrameOne Leg Bracket
to the right and left screen using three (3)
#10-12 x 5/8” wood screws.
7. Create two (2) or more wood spacers
½" thick.
NOTE: Do not tighten down Leg Bracket
completely. This Leg Bracket is temporarily
attached for locating pilot holes.

3. Screw (2-4) posts into the pilot holes in the
right edge of the left Boundary Screen.
4. Move the left screen up and over and down
against the right screen to engage the posts in the
clips and secure the two (2) panels together.
TIP: Unscrew the posts one (1) turn if they are
difficult to engage with the clips.
NOTE: Use the rubber mallet to help with alignment.
