Fixed-Height Freestanding Systems
1.Install extended rear glide assembly. Make sure that
 the upward bent flanges contact the back of the leg
 before securing the bolt.
2.For and end-of-run application, attach one bracket
 to each support with four (4) "B" screws as shown.
NOTE: Spacer required for End Panel applications only.

4.Attach one end of the stretcher to one completed
 support assembly with four (4) "B" screws, then
 attach opposite end of stretcher to adjacent
 support assembly.
 When the intermediate support is used in the
 center position of a single worksurface, bend
 the tabs of the intermediate support bracket so
 that they are flush with the top surface.

Use the "10-4" rule
when selecting stretchers:
The actual length of the
stretcher is 10" shorter than
the nominal (specified) length
of corner worksurfaces and
4" shorter than the nominal
(specified) length of all other
worksurfaces.

6.Align worksurface to support structure, fitting the
 support bracket tabs into the large-diameter holes
 of the worksurface. Align pilot holes in worksurfaces
 with mounting holes in support structure, and attach
 with "A" screws as shown.

7.a) Level the entire assembly by turning the glides on
  all of the supports.
 b) Snap plastic cover over rear glide assembly.
 c) Peel backing off double-sided tape to expose
  sticky surface.
 d) Press bottom of wire manager over plastic cover,
  then tip up into place.

1.See pages 2 through 4.
2.On a non-abrasive surface (such as a shipping
 blanket or carpeting) free of screws, tools,
 and other debris that may damage it, flip the
 worksurface over so its pilot holes are visible.
3.Secure column support to conference link or
 conference wing by aligning mounting plate
 with pilot holes, and attaching with four (4) "A"
 screws. (see diagram on next page)

 as shown.
2. Attach one end of the stretcher to one completed
 support assembly with four (4) "B" screws
3.Install the mounting plate using three (3) "B" screws
 as shown.

Spanner Assembly
1. Connect supports with brackets, and attach mounting
 plates to supports with "B" screws as shown.
2. Align pilot holes in spanner worksurface with holes in
 mounting plates, and attach with screws as shown. Each
 mounting plate should be attached to the worksurface(s)
 with a total of six (6) "A" screws.
3. Attach the tie plates between the spanner and adjacent
 worksurfaces. The tie plates should be 1.0" in from the
 front edge of the worksurfaces.
4. Attach wire managers as shown on page 8.

Conference Top Assembly
1. Assemble support structure as shown on pages 2 thru 4.
2. Place column on floor as shown, and adjust height to
 approximately match the height of the support structure.
 Attach mounting plate to support with two (2) "B" screws

3. Place worksurface on support structure and column, fitting the support bracket tabs
 into the large-diameter holes of the worksurface. Align pilot holes in worksurface
 with mounting holes in support structure, and attach rear of worksurface to support
 structure with four (4) "A" screws as shown.
4. Using a leveling tool, level the worksurface by turning the column mounting plate up
 or down. Shift the position of the column until the mounting plate aligns with the pilot
 holes, and attach with four (4) "A" screws as shown.
5. Attach wire managers as shown on page 8.

Mobile Spanner Assembly
1. On a non-abrasive surface (such as a shipping
 blanket or carpeting) free of screws, tools
 and other debris that may damage it, flip the
 worksurface over so its pilot holes are visible.
2. On each straight leg, identify the two (2) holes
 that will align with the pilot holes in the worksurface.
3. Align each straight leg with the pilot holes, such that
 the notch in the plate faces the interior of the work-
 surface. (Height adjustment buttons should always
 face away from the user.) ATTACH EACH LEG WITH
 TEN (10) "A" SCREWS.
4. Before flipping the worksurface back over, adjust the
 height of all four (4) legs to the desired height by
 pressing button and sliding leg up or down.
