Removal of Drawers and
Non-Shrouded Rollouts
from the Suspension
1. Remove screws in the front on
both sides of the drawer (1a) or
rollout (1b).
2. Pry out the suspension of the
drawer (2a) or rollout (2b) at the
eyebrow.
3. Lift drawer or rollout up and out
of suspension belt loop.
4. Reverse for re-installation.

Screws must be re-installed
in drawers and roll-outs.

Removing a Proud Lift-Up Door
1. Remove screw (1a) and spring cover (1b)
(both sides).
2. Remove spring in front (2a) and back (2b) of
cabinet (both sides).
Note: This requires considerable effort. Use of
locking pliers is recommended.

3. With door half-way down, remove
lower screws completely (3a), and loosen
upper screws (3b) from both sides.
4. Remove door by sliding up.

5. Remove torsion tube bolts from both
sides (5a). Remove torsion tube (5b).
6. Remove case mounting bracket  
screws (6a). Remove the lift-up arm
assembly from the side (6b). Repeat for
other side.

Removing a Flush Lift-Up
Door
1. Remove screws from both sides.
2. Lift up door (2a) and pull out the door
stop block on both sides (2b).

3. Remove door assembly from case.
4. Remove screw from lift-up channel (4a)
and slide rearward (4b) and out to remove
from case (4c).

Removing the Lock Bar
Bracket
1. Remove the lock bar bracket on both
sides of case in all positions.
2. Remove screws from lock bar holder
(2a). Remove lock bar holder on both sides
of case (only if replacing this part, otherwise
leave it in) (2b).
3. Remove lock bar assembly from both
sides of case.

If Replacing the Lock Bar
1. Remove lock tabs.
2. Remove lock bar connector if needed.
3. Remove cup washer from the top most
unit of the case.

NOTE: Remember placement
of lock tab. Tab must be
re-assembled in the same
location for unit to lock properly.
NOTE: Large hole located
towards the bottom of the case.

4. Replace lock bar holder only where
drawers will be located and do not add a
holder behind a door.
CAUTION: Drawers must be adjacent in a
case. There cannot be a door or open
case between drawers.
5. If unit is stacking, connect lock bars
using lock connector.
6. Add cup washer to top most unit in
case.
7. Replace lock tabs.

8. Replace lock bar (8a) and brackets in
case (8b). Make sure bracket does not
interfere with lock movement.

9. Re-install drawers and suspensions.
10. Reverse process to install lift-up
door. See below for proper spring
attachment location.
Spring Attachment Locations
For 30" steel, 30" wood and 36" steel,
attach spring to hole "A".
For 36" wood and 42" steel, attach spring
to slot "B".
For 42" wood, attach spring to slot "C"
inside rear channel.
11.Verify lock function.
