numbered to assure fast, easy and correct assembly. This product
contains parts that can be damaged if incorrectly assembled
Before assembling, please count your parts and hardware as
listed below.
Do not fully tighten screws until the product is fully assembled.

Large Drawer Assembly:
1. Attach Large Drawer Left Side
(FL) to Large Drawer Front (E)
by lining up the two Drawer Front
tabs with the two Left Side tab holes.
Slide Side Panel down to engage
then secure with screw (R).
Repeat process for Large Drawer
Right Side (FR).
2. Attach Large Drawer Back Panel (G) to
Side Panels (FL) & (FR), by lining up
and sliding the four Side Panel (FL) & (FR)
tabs with the four tab holes. Slide Back Panel
down to engage.
Locate the two middle holes, insert
Push Rivet (U) and press into place.
Attach Handle (N) to Large Drawer Front (E)
with screws (W).
3. With holes in Drawer Bottom Panel (D)
facing Side Panels (FL) & (FR), set Drawer Bottom
Panel (D) in place inside assembled drawer frame.

4. Locate Large Drawer Slide Set (T) and fully extend one slide. Push release lever to side while
gently pulling on the small end of slide to release and remove it from the assembly.
Repeat process for second Large Drawer Slide.
5. Attach small ends of Large Drawer Slides (T)
to Drawer Side Panels (FL) & (FR) using screws (P)
and Acorn nut (Q).
6. Optional for use as file drawer:
Insert Divider (H) into divider slots in
Large Drawer Sides (FL) & (FR).
Set drawer aside for later use.
Large Drawer Slide with small end removed.

Small Drawer Assembly:
7. Attach Small Drawer Left Side
(BL) to Small Drawer Front (A)
by lining up the two Drawer Front
tabs with the two Left Side tab
holes. Slide Side Panel down to
engage, then secure with screw (R
Repeat process for Small Drawer
Right Side (BR).
8. Attach Small Drawer Back Panel (C) to Side Panels
(BL) & (BR), by lining up and sliding the four Side Panel
(BL) & (BR) tabs with the four tab holes. Slide Back
Panel down to engage.
Locate the two top holes, insert Push Rivet (U)
and press into place.
Attach Handle (N) to Small Drawer Front (A) with
Screws (W).
9. With holes in Drawer Bottom Panel (D) facing
Side Panels (BL) & (BR), set Drawer Bottom Panel (D)
in place inside assembled drawer frame.
10. Inner Small Drawer Slides have a
"Z' shape when viewed from the front.
Attach inner Small Drawer Slides (5)
to Side Panels (BL) & (BR), and
Bottom (D) using screws (0).
Repeat process for second Small
Drawer and set both drawers aside
for later use. 0660017

11. Attach outer Small Drawer Slide (5) to Side
Panel (IL) using screws (0).
In bottom rear corner of Side Panel (IL), align
last oval hole in Large Drawer Slide (T) with
small end removed, with hole in Side Panel (IL)
and attach with screw (R).
In the bottom front corner of Side Panel (IL),
extend the remaining part of the slide so that the
fourth hole from the front is aligned with the first
large circle opening of the non-sliding portion of
Large Drawer Slide (T). Align
with hole in Side Panel (IL)
and attach using
screws (R).
Repeat process for
Right Side Panel (IR).
12. Attach Side Panel (IR) to Bottom
Panel (K) by lining up Side Panel
tab with tab receptacle in Bottom
Panel (IR) then connecting with
screws (X).
Attach Side Panel (IL) to Bottom
Panel (K) using screws (X).
13. Attach Top Panel (J) to Side Panels (IR) & (IL)
using screws (R).

14. Attach Back Panel (L) to Side Panels
(IR) & (IL), Top Panel (J), and Bottom
Panel (K) using screws (R).
15. Place locker on its top and Push Casters (M)
into caster bushing holes in Bottom Panel (K).

16. Align Large Drawer Slides (1)
in unit with small ends of Large
Drawer Slides (T) attached to
assembled large drawer.
Push drawer in to engage.
17. Install assembled Small Drawer by
placing drawer slide rollers over cabinet
slide rollers and sliding drawer in place.
To remove drawer, pull out until it stops,
lift and pull out.
