Installation
Note:
For rough-in installation, please
see valve body installation guides.
1) Install plastic mounting plate (L) to
shower valve (S-4002-BODY).
Secure each with two screws (K).
2) Attach secondary integral diverter
(I) to shower escutcheon (J).
3) Attach shower escutcheon (J) to
plastic mounting plate (L).
Note: Tabs should snap into place.
4) Install dome cover (H) to valve by
turning clockwise.
5) Install shower handle (F) to valve.
Secure handle by tightening
Allen screw (G).
Notes: Handles should be facing
the 6 o'clock position.
6) Install tub spout escutcheon (O)
and tub spout (N) to stub out pipe.
Turn clockwise to secure.

Installation
7) Install wall elbow (A) and
escutcheon (B) to stub out pipe.
Turn clockwise to secure.
Option: Place mounting plate (E) in
position, mark and drill 3/16"holes
into wall. Install anchors.
8) Place mounting plate (E) in
position, mark and drill 1/8" pilot
holes into stud.
9) Remove cover of hand shower
cradle (C). Install cradle and
mounting plate (E). Secure with
three screws (D). Replace cover
on hand shower cradle.
10) Attach large end of hand shower
hose (P) to hand shower head
(M). Attach small end of hand
shower hose (P) to wall elbow
(A). Turn clockwise to tighten.
