・High speed mode: 3300 or more
・Standard/Long mode: 9700 or more
・Decrease the light received amount.
Adjust the light source level.
Use a thinner diameter fiber cable.
Try at a longer distance.
Err 2 The threshold value being set is under the limit.
・High speed mode: 200 or less
・Standard mode: 270 or less
・Long mode: 100 or less
・Increase the light received amount.
Adjust the light source level.
Use a larger diameter fiber cable.
Try at a shorter distance.
Err 3 When the Zero offset indication is selected and
the threshold being set is under zero.
・Increase the light received amount.
Adjust the light source level.
