1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.Lowerthecuttingunits.
3.Engagetheparkingbrake.
4.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
5.Iftherearelightsontherollbar,removethelightsandmountinghardwarefromtherollbar.
Retainthelightsandthemountinghardware
6.Ifa2PostROPSextensionwasinstalledonthemachine,removethesidepanelsthatareusedto
mounttheROPSpostlights(Figure2).
Note:RetaintheROPSclampsandcorrespondinghardware.
7.Positionthecontrolconsoletothefurthestinwardposition.

inch)tosecuretheleftandrightdoorsupports
tothetoprailsofthe2PostROPSExtension.
2.Usebolts(5/16x3/4inch)andangenuts(5/16
inch)tosecuretheupperandlowermount
bracketsandtheleftandrightdoorsupportsto
therollbar.
3.Usebolts(5/16x3/4inch)andangenuts(5/16
inch)tosecuretherearpaneltotheleftandright
doorsupports.
4.Usebolts(5/16x3/4inch)andangenuts(5/16
inch)tosecuretherearscreentotherearpanel
andtherearroofmountofthe2PostROPS
Extension.
Note:Ensurethattheholesintherearscreen
arealignedwiththeholesintherearpaneland
therearroofmount.
5.Usebolts(5/16x3/4inch)andangenuts(5/16
inch)tosecuretherearscreentotheleftand
rightdoorsupports.
6.Usebolts(5/16x3/4inch)andangenuts(5/16
inch)tosecuretheleftandrightdoormountsto
theleftandrightdoorsupports,respectively.
7.Usebolts(5/16x3/4inch)andangenuts(5/16
inch)tosecurethespringmountstothetoprails
ofthe2PostROPSExtension.
8.Use10carriagebolts(1/4-20x3/4inch)and
10angenuts(1/4inch)tosecuretheleftand
rightlower-panelassembliestothefootplatform
andthelowersidebracketsofthe2PostROPS
Extension.
Youmustdrillholesintothefootplatform.
A.Marktheareaswherethelowerpanel
assembliesmeetthefootplatform(Figure
1).
B.Drill4holes(0.71cmor1/4inch)intothe
footplatform.
C.Attachthecarriageboltsandtheange
nuts.

intotheholesprovidedinthe2-postROPS
extensionpillarcover.
3.Usearivettosecurethetop-tabmountintothe
holeprovidedinthe2-postROPSextension
frontpanel.
4.Installthelowerandupperwindshield
assemblieswith13bolts(5/16x1-1/2inches),
13backupwashers,13rubberbushings(0.31
inchlong),13rubberbushings(0.56inchlong),
and13nuts(5/16inch).
