1.Checkifyourmachinehasexistingholesinthe
radiatorsupport(Figure1).
2.Ifyourmachinedoesnothaveexistingholes,
orderaradiatorsupport,PartNo.139–0952–03,
fromyourauthorizedT orodistributor.

Procedure
Performthefollowingproceduretopreparethe
machineforinstallingthiskit.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,disengage
thePTO,andengagetheparkingbrake.
2.TurntheswitchtotheOFFposition,removethe
key,andwaitforallmovementtostopbefore
leavingtheoperatingposition.
3.Repairallbentordamagedareasonthe
machineandreplaceanymissingparts.
4.Cleananydebrisfromthemachinetoease
installation.
WARNING
Long-termexposuretofuelvaporscancause
seriousinjuryandillness.
•Avoidprolongedbreathingofvapors.
•Keepfaceawayfromnozzleandgastank
orconditioneropening.
•Keepfuelawayfromeyesandskin.
WARNING
Incertainconditions,fuelisextremely
ammableandhighlyexplosive.Areor
explosionfromfuelcanburnyouandothers
andcandamageproperty.
•Wipeupanyfuelthatspills.
•Neverllthefueltankinsideanenclosed
space.
•Neversmokewhenhandlingfuel,andstay
awayfromanopenameorwherefuel
fumesmaybeignitedbyaspark.

2.Removetheradiatorbracketontopofthe
radiator(Figure3).

6.Slidetheradiatorsupportouttowardstherearof
themachine.
7.Raisetheradiatorup,slidethenewradiator
supportundertheradiator,andsecureitwiththe
boltsremovedinFigure3.

Procedure
1.Slideapush-inhoseclampontotheendofeach
hose(Figure4).
2.Slideahoseclampontotheendofeachhose
(Figure4).
3.Connectthehoseendstothefuelcoolerand
securethemwiththehoseclamps.
4.Fastenthefuelcoolertothefuelcoolerbracket
with4bolts(1/4x5/8inch)asshowninFigure4.
5.Removethebackingfromthefoampiecesand
adherethemtothefuelcoolerbracket(Figure4).

movingorsharppartsonthemachine.
4.Securetheshorthosetothefuel-lterconnection
withawormclampandthelonghosetothe
fuel-tankconnectionwithawormclamp(Figure
6).

Important:Ensurethatthehoodopensand
closeswithoutcontactingthefuelcooler.
6.Runthemachineandcheckforanyleaks.
Ensuretheclampsaretight.
7.After50hoursofoperation,tightentheclamps.
