the Cast Trainer. This
product is intended to
attach to Tumbl Trak’s
Jr Kip Bar or Jr Bar Pro.
If you do not have the
Jr Kip Bar or Jr Bar Pro,
the Cast Trainer will
not work properly We
hope you will en oy years
of use of this product.
After opening the boxes,
please check the parts list
to make sure all pieces
have arrived in good
condition. If you have any

NOTE: Tumbl Trak equipment is not recommended for
the use in Parkour/Free Running related activities.

Slide bracket #1 onto one side of the
down-tube. Make sure the knobs are
facing out from the bar and the slots
on bracket #1 are opening upward.

Make sure bracket #1 is past
the top hole on the down-tube.
Securely tighten the D-1
knobs on bracket #1.
Remove the bar and aluminum
down-tubes from the base of the
Jr. Kip Bar or Jr. Bar Pro.

Slide bracket #2 onto the other
side of the down-tube. Make
sure the knobs are facing out
from the bar and the slots on
bracket #2 are opening
upward. Make sure bracket #2
is past the top hole on the down
-tube. Securely tighten the D-1
knobs on bracket #2.

Insert the bar and down-tubes with the Cast
Trainer brackets back into the Jr. Kip Bar or
Jr. Bar Pro base. Ensure that the brackets
are level with each other on the down-tubes.

Insert the Casting Bar into
the desired slot and tighten
the knobs securely.

Ensure that the marked
Casting Bar end has the
“--X” facing upward.
This will prevent the bar
from moving or shifting
while in use.
