ASSEMBLING CABINET
1. Place the back panels (1) on a protected surface.
The flanges should be facing upward. Overlap the
back panels, aligning the holes. Bolt the panels
together using 4 bolts and 4 nuts. (See Figure 1)
2. Attach the left side panel (2) to the back panels by
placing the flange around the back and bolting
the back and sides together. Be sure that the
lances on all shelf adjustment strips point toward
the top of the cabinet. (See Figure 2)
3. Repeat Step 2 with the right side panel (3).
(See Figure 3)
4. Insert two bolts through the outside holes on each
end of the sill (4). Attach the nuts, but do not tighten.
Place the sill between the side panels at the front
of the cabinet, inserting the loose bolt heads in the
two keyhole slots on each side. (See Figure 4)
NOTE: The bolt heads should be fully pushed
into the bottom of the keyhole slots.

5. Place the header (5) at the top of the unit and
attach by inserting two nuts and two bolts through
the holes at each end. (See Figure 5)
6. Place one shelf (6) into the bottom lances on the
back and side panels of the unit. The flange on the
sill will be just in front of the shelf. (See Figure 6)

7. Set the unit upright and insert the other shelves,
facing the edge with no slots toward the front of the
cabinet. Ensure the rear of the shelf is inserted into
all four lances. (See Figure 7)
NOTE: The slots on the other three sides of the
shelf fit over the lances on the cabinet walls,
which hold the shelf in place.
8. Attach the left door (7) to the unit. Place the door
on the hinges, align the holes, and drive two hinge
pins (11) into place. (See Figure 8)
9. Repeat Step 8 for the right door (8).
10. Lay the stiffener (9) across the top of the unit. Align
the four holes with the holes on the left and right
edges of the unit. Attach with four bolts and nuts.
(See Figure 9)
11. Attach the top (10) by inserting the tabs on the top
into the slots on the front of the unit. Pull the top over
the back of the unit and attach with four bolts and
nuts. (See Figure 10)

ATTACHING HANDLE
1. Place the locking handle (14) on the right hand door
and fasten with two slotted bolts and lock washers.
(See Figure 11)
2. Turn the handle to the open position (parallel to the
ground) and hook the locking cam (15) over the
square shank of the door handle. The latch must be
facing downward as shown. (See Figure 12)
3. With the handle still in the open position, hook the
locking bar (16) to the locking cam (15). (See Figure 13)
4. Hold the lock bars in position while sliding the lock bar
guide (17) over the lock bar ends and through the door
slots. (See Figure 14)
5. Place the cotter pin (18) through the hole in the shank
of the door handle. (See Figure 15)
6. Place dummy handle (19) on left hand door and
fasten with 2 bolts and lock washers.
