Connecting the V400C to the Computer
1. Locate the USB to RJ50 cable and plug it into the V400 as shown in figure 1 below.

2. Plug in the Ethernet cable as shown in Figure 2 below.. *Note that the V400 requires an Ethernet Connection in
order to communicate the transactions to the gateway. The USB cable is to send the commands
in POS mode to the terminal and receive non-PCI data back to the POS.

3. Connect the power cable to the terminal and first plug the terminal into the PC before powering
on the device itself.

4. If your Terminal does not look like this when powering It up, you need to contact IntelliPay
support

Installing the V400 SAAS Service
1. Download the Installer file from the CPTeller site.
2. Hit Next

4. Hit Next and the installer will install the service

5. You might be prompted to allow the application to install by windows and also by your antivirus.
When you get to the last screen select Close.

6. Another box will be opened up like the one below, You will need to put your Merchant Key and
API key in before continuing.

7. Hit Next and it should connect to the SAAS service and open up this screen.

8. You need to select the COM port that the V400 is connected to.

9. You can elect to name the device and save it if you would like
The terminal is now ready to receive a transaction from the POS.
