les.Elusuarioperderátodossusderechos

4.1- Colocarlatorreelevadoraapoyada en
lasruedasdireccionablesde transporte(T)
sobreuna superficieplana yfirmeen suem-
plazamientode trabajo.
4.2- Sacarlaspatas(P)de susoportepara
transporte(S)einsertarlasafondo en sus
alojamientosdetrabajo(V)comprobandoque
quedansujetasporlosgatillosretenedoresde
seguridad.(R)
4.3- Ajustarlaposición verticalde latorre
mediantelosplatillosdeapoyoregulables(Q)
girando lasmanivelas(H)en elsentido
necesarioparalograrque laburbujadel
indicadordenivel(F)quedecentradaenel
círculo.
4.4- Liberarlostramosaflojando laspalomi-
llasderetenciónPR.Colocarlacargaaelevar
sobrelatorremedianteun soporteadecuado
según elcaso,de formaque elpesode la
carga sóloactúe ensentido vertical.La carga
deberásercomomínimode 25 Kg.Esta
quedarábloqueadaautomáticamenteencual-
quierposición porelsistemaautomáticode
seguridad Auto-Lock.
4.5- Elevar:
Girarlamaniveladelcabrestante(W)en
elsentido de lasagujasdelreloj(N

),
elevandolacargahastalaposicióndeseada,
comprobando que losgatillosdelsistema
Auto-Lockvan enclavándose,fijando
automáticamentelostramos.
4.6-Descenso:
Liberarelgatillode seguridad (M1).
Paraliberarlosgatillosde seguridadhayque
elevarligeramentelacarga conelcabrestan-
teparasoltarlos.Enlaposición normalde
trabajo,elpesode lacarga impide liberarlos
gatillos. Una vezdesbloqueado elgatillode
seguridad (M1),girarlamaniveladelcabres-
tanteensentidocontrarioalasagujasdelreloj
(N2)hastaquedescendiendolacarga,quede
bajado almáximoeltramo 1.Liberarelgatillo
(M2)yseguirbajando latorrehastaque éste
segundotramobajealmáximo.Desbloquear
elgatillo(M3)yseguirbajandolacargahasta
que latorrequede completamenteplegada a
sualturamínima.
Latorrepuededejarseencualquier
posiciónintermediaquesenecesitedel
mismomodo que alsubirlacarga.
4.7- Paratransportarlatorreesnecesario
plegarlabajandocompletamentelostramosy
fijarloscon laspalomillasde retención PR.
Desmontarlaspatasliberando losgatillosde
retenciónycolocarlasensuposiciónde
transporte(S).

5.Mantenimiento.
5.1- Comprobarperiódicamenteelestadodel
cable.Siun cablepresentaroturade hiloso
aplastamiento,debe sersubstituido in-
mediatamenteporotronuevo.Noutilizarla
torreelevadoracon cablesen malestado.
Utilizarsólamentecablede aceroDIN
3060 resistentealatorsión.
5.2- Latorreelevadorasesuministra
completamenteengrasadadefábrica.No
obstante,serecomienda engrasar
periódicamentesegúneluso,lacorona
dentada delcabrestante,loscojinetesdel
arbolde accionamientoyelbuje,laroscade
lamanivelaylostramos.
ATENCION:
Noengrasarnilubricarelmecanismo
delfreno.
Losdiscosdefreno,hansidoengrasados
con unagrasaespecialresistentealcaloryla
presión.Nodebenserutilizadosotros
productosparaevitarinfluirnegativamenteen
elfuncionamientodelfreno.
Noesnecesarioengrasarlosdiscosde
freno.
5.3- La torreelevadoraTE-074,debe ser
comprobadaporunexpertocomomínimouna
vezalaño de acuerdo con suutilización.
5.4- Sólamentedeben utilizarsepiezasde
repuestooriginalesparagarantizaruna
continuada seguridad de uso.
Elusuariopierde todoslosderechosde
garantía,siincorporaotrosrepuestosque no
sean originalesollevaacabo cualquier
modificación en elproducto.
5.5- Parasolicitarcualquierpiezade
repuesto,debe indicarsesunúmerode

elevateloadsupwardsinaverticaldirection,
NEVERshoulditbe used asaplatformto
elevatepeople.
3.2- Onlyplacetheliftonhard,flatsurfaces
alwayscheckingthatitisinaverticalposition
byusingthebubblelevelindicator( F)found
on the basesection.Adjustthe outrigger
stabilisers(Q)byturningthecrankstolevel
ifnecessary.NEVERusewedgesorother
foreignobjectstobringthelifttoequilibrium.
3.5- The maximumload indicated on the
characteristics labeland the instructions
manualshouldnotbe exceeded
3.4- NEVERshouldthe lift be used to
elevateaload that hasnotbeen properly
checked.It isnecessarytoverifythatthe
load iscorrectlysupported and centred on
theappropriateliftsupportsothattheweight
ofthe load will onlyelevateinavertical
direction.

and set-up correctlyusing the pinssafety

orgusts,placethe lift on the ground firmly
andsecureitwiththeuseofstraps.NEVER
attachastrap toavehicleoranyother
objectthatcan possiblybe moved.
3.10 - NEVERmovethe lift whilstitis
carrying aload.It isnotadvisabletocarry
outanytype ofmovementevensmall
positionaladjustments.

theloadoranybodyelseintheliftsoperating
zone.

liftanditsextensionzonesuchascornices,
balconies,and luminoussignboards.It is
veryimportanttoavoidthe presenceofall
typesofcablesbelowthe extended lift.

3.12 - Beforeusing the lift, check the state
ofthe cable.The cableshouldnotcontain
brokenthreadsorshowanysignsof
crushed/flattenedareas.NEVERusefaulty
cables,always change themifthereisany
doubt. Onlyusesteelcablesreference:
DIN3060.Quality:180KG/mm and torsion
resistant.
3.16 - All sectionsmustbe lowered during
transportation.
3.15- Donotgreaseorlubricatethewinch’s
breakingmechanism.Thebrakediskshave
been greased withaspecialheatand
pressureresistantsolution.Otherproducts
shouldnotbeusedtoavoidnegativeeffects
regarding the braking mechanism.
3.14- Theminimumloadtoavoidproblems
regardingthebreakingmechanismis25KG.
Withoutthisload the brakewill notwork.
3.13 - NEVERtakeapart the crankofthe
winchwhen the lift iscarrying aload or
extended.
3.17-Onlyoriginalreplacementpartsshould

4. Operation.
4.1- Inordertoplacethe elevatortowerin
theirworking location,putthe towerleaned in
theirtransportwheels(T)on ahardand level
surface.
4.2- Getonthe legs(P)oftheirsupportforthe
transport(S)and insertthemintheirworking
lodging (V)verifying thattheyaretightly
fastened bythe safetycatches(R).
4.3- Adjusttheverticalpositionofthetowerby
meansofthe disc feetsupports(Q)rotating
the hand crank(H)inthe necessarydirection
tomanagethatthebubbleofthespiritlevel(F)
stays centred inthe circle.
4.4- Releasetheprofilesturningtheretention
cranknob PR.Putthe loadon top ofthe tower
using the suitablesupport, inordertomake
workthe weightofthe load onlyinthe vertical
direction. The minimumload must be 25 Kg.
The load will be automaticallylocked inany
position.
4.5- Lifting:
Raisethe lift turning the hand crankof
thewinch(W)clockwise(N1 ),liftingtheloadup
todesired height.
4.6-Lowering:
Whenlowering the towerliftyou mustlift
the load somecmuntil the ALSlock becomes
free.Then pull up the locking pinon the ALS
safetycatch(M1)androtatethehandcrankof
the winchcounterclockwise(N2)lowering the
load until the profileiscompletelyfolded.
Repeatthe aboveprocess toeachsection
until all arecompletelylowered.
PullupthelockingpinontheALSsafetycatch
(M2)andcontinueloweringthetoweruntilthis
second profileiscompletelyfolded.
PullupthelockingpinontheALSsafetycatch
(M3)and continue lowering the load until the
towerlift iscompletelyfolded downtoits
minimumheight.
Thetowerlift can be left inany
intermediateposition whichwouldbe
necessary.
4.7-Totransportthelift youmustlowerallthe
profilescompletely,locking themwiththe
retention cranknob PR.Getoutthelegs
liftingtheblockadeonthecatchesandput
themintheirtransportlodging(S).

5.Maintenance.
5.1- The cablesshouldbe checked regularly
forwear(ie:kinks,fraying,singlestrand
breakage,etc).Worncablesmustbereplaced
immediately.Donotusethe lift withworn
cables.
OnlyusehandlecablesDIN3060.
5.2- Thelifthasbeenlubricatedinthefactory.
It isnevertheless recommendedthatyou
lubricatethegeardrive,thebearingbusheson
the driveshaft and drumhub,the handle
threadsand the towersections.
ATTENTION:
Donotapplyoilorgreasetothebrake
mechanism.
The brakewashershavebeen greased
withaspecialheatand pressureresistant
grease.Donotuseothergreasesasthiswill
affectthe winchbrakeperformance.
It isnotnecessarygreasing the brake
washers.
5.3- The TE-074 lift mustbe inspected by
trained personnelatleastonceannually.
5.4- Inordertomaintainthe originalpartsof
the manufacturer'sdesign mustbe used.
The userforfeitsall warrantyrightsto
claimifpartsotherthanthoseofthe
manufacturerareusedortheproductis
modified inanyotherway.
5.5- Whensparepartsarerequired,youmust
quotethereferencenumberasincludedinthis
booklet.

4.Bedienungsanleitung.
4.1- Den Hebeturmauf den Transportrollen
(T)abgestütztaufeineebeneundfesteFläche
an derArbeitsstelleaufstellen.
4.2- DieAusleger(P)ausder
Transporhalterung (S)herausnehmen und in
derenArbeitsaufnahmen(V)volleinschieben.
Dabeiachten Siebittedarauf, daßsiemittels
derSicherheitsbolzen (R)befestigtsind.
4.3- DiesenkrechteTurmlageüberdie
verstellbaren Spindel(Q)durchDrehen der
kurbel(H)inentsprechenderRichtung zum
Zentrieren derWasserwaagenblase(F)an
derKreismitteeinstellen.
4.4- Entriegelung derProfiledurchdrücken
derrückhalteKnöpfe.
Diezuhebende LastaufdemTurmmittels
einesgeeigneten Trägerssoaufstellen,daß
dasLastgewichtnursenkrechtwirkt. Die
Mindestlastmuß25 Kg.betragen.Derlift
bleibtdurchdasautomatische Auto-Lock-
Systemautomatischinjederbeliebigen
Positionarretiert.
4.5- Heben:
DenTurmdurchDrehenderWindekurbel
(W)imUhrzeigersinn(N1 ),aufdiegewünschte
Höhebringen.PrüfenSiebitte,dassdieBolzen
desAuto-Lock-SystemsinSchaltpositionsind
und einrasten,sodass dieAbschnitte
automatischfixiertwerden.
4.6-Senken:
Den Sicherheitsbolzen (M1)entriegeln.
UmdieSicherheitsbolzenzuentsperren,muß
mandieLastmitderWinde leichtanheben.In
dernormalen Arbeitsposition verhindertdas
LastgewichtdasEntriegelnderBolzen.Nach
demEntriegelndesSicherheitsbolzen (M1),
dieKurbelderWindegegendenUhrzeigersinn
(N2)drehenbisbeimSenken derLast
Turmabschnitt 1voll heruntergefahren ist.
Den Bolzen (M2)entriegelnund derTurm
weiternachunten senken bisAbschnitt 2voll
heruntergefahrenist.
Bolzen (M3)entriegelnund dieLastweiter
senkenbisderHeberturmvollkommenbiszur
Mindesthöheheruntergefahren ist.
4.7- ZumTransportdesLiftesmüssen alle
Profilekomplett abgelassen werden und mit
demVerriegelungsbolzen gesichertwerden.
DieAuslegerentsperren und dieseinihre
Transportstellung (S)bringen.
