Important
Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat and non-
abrasive surface. You will need the parts identified on page 3 and 4 of this instruction manual.
NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED OFF
WITH DAMP CLOTH.
Insert Dowel at least half way by tapping lightly with a rubber mallet, IF NECESSARY.
CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION
HOW THE KNOCK DOWN (KD) ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Screw the Cam Bolt into the threaded inserts on the panel. Connect both panels together; making sure Cam
Bolt goes into the pre-drilled hole on the end of panel for Cam Lock.
2. Insert the Cam Lock into the pre-drilled large hole on the panel. Make sure the arrow on the face of Cam
Lock faces out and points towards Cam Bolt.
3. Take a Phillips screwdriver and rotate the Cam Lock clockwise to lock the Cam Bolt in place.
4. Plug the Cam Lock Cover into the cross slot of the Cam Lock to conceal the Cam.
You are now ready to assemble the KD unit.

Assembly Instructions
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts.
2. Place Right Frame Front and Back Panels (I and J) and Right Frame Top Panel (K) on a level and
protective surface with the holes facing up. Insert and screw the Cam Bolts (2) all the way into the
designated small holes as shown in the illustration.
3. Gently tap one Floor Protector (14) onto the bottom of Right Frame Front and Back Panels (I and J)
respectively. Make sure the Floor Protectors rest on the center of panel for avoiding any damage or crack.

4. Insert the M8 x 40 mm Wood Dowels (4) into the outer end holes of the Right Frame Bottom Panel (L)
and the Side Panel (M) as a guide. Make sure you use a small amount of glue with both ends of all
dowels.
5. Align and attach Right Frame Bottom Panel (L) and Right Frame Side Panel (M) to the Right Frame
Front Panel (I) by engaging two Cam Locks (1) (Refer to page 2 on Cam Lock system operation
supplement). Ensure the Cam Locks point outward and the top edges are flush with each other.
6. Repeat last step to attach the Right Frame Back Panel (J) at the opposite end.

7. Align and attach the Right Frame Top Panel (K) to the last assembly using six M8 x 40 mm Wood
Dowels (4) and four Cam Locks (1), as shown.

8. Insert and screw the Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Left Cabinet Panels (A, B, E
and F), as shown in the illustration.
9. Fasten 2 Plastic Stoppers (12) to the top of Left Cabinet Right Side Panel (F) using four M3.5 x 12 mm
Pan Head Screws (6) into the pilot holes. Make sure the right-angle side of the Stopper will point up.
10. Gently tap two Floor Protectors (14) onto the bottom of Left Cabinet Front and Back Panels (A and B)
respectively. Make sure the Floor Protectors rest on the center of panel for avoiding any damage or crack.

Assembly Instructions
11. Insert two M8 x 30 mm Wood Dowels (3) into the inner end holes of the Left Cabinet Fix Shelf (C) and
attach to the Left Cabinet Left Panel (E) by using two Cam Locks (1). Ensure the Cam Locks point
outward.

Assembly Instructions
12. Insert one M8 x 30 mm Wood Dowel (3) into the middle end hole of the Left Cabinet Left Side Panel
(E) and attach to the Left Cabinet Back Panel (B) by engaging 2 Cam Locks (1).
13. Align and attach Left Cabinet Bottom Panel (D) to the Left Cabinet Back Panel (B) using one M8 x 30
mm Wood Dowel (3) and one Cam Lock (1). Make sure the Cam Lock will face floor when the unit is
turned upright.
