Introduction
This manual is furnished with the XYZprinting and may be used or copied only in accordance with the term of purchase.
The manual is an integral part of the machine and must always accompany the same, even in case of sale. It must
always be kept near the machine, in an easily accessible and known to staff. The operator and maintenance staff must
be able to quickly locate and consult at any time.
The XYZprinting is responsible for the device in its original conguration. Any changes to the conguration or the operating cycle of the
machine must be performed or authorized by the XYZprinting technical department. XYZprinting is not responsible for the problems
dues to the use of not original spare parts.
PartPro300xT is designed and built for fused deposition modeling (FDM) for various high quality plastics like PLA, ABS.
The PartPro300xT printer is the perfect machines for concept models, functional prototypes. Particularly, the printer has two print
heads plus attaching an external Filament storage box. This box can mount up to 2 lament spool (3Kg) at the same time and also
print dual color 3D object simultaneously.
• Before performing any operations on the machine and / or packaging of the various parties should read this entire instruction
manual. This contains important information for the safety of persons engaged in routine maintenance, the persons involved in the
use and operation of the machine.
• This manual refers to the machine on which the model number is indicated on the title. XYZprinting reserves the right to make
technical changes on the machines and manuals without prior notice.

1. INTRODUCTION
Before installing the consumable parts, read the following safety precautions, and comply with safety rules when
using, operating, unboxing this product, replacing or removing any components, or maintaining this product.
For more information related to the PartPro300xT 3D Printer or XYZprinting, visit the ofcial website
(http://www.pro.xyzprinting.com) or contact a sales representative.
• When using the product, please place this product on a at ground; placing the printer on an uneven or unstable
surface may result in the printer falling/ipping or injuring.
• Please do not place any containers with water on (or around) the product; if liquid spills out or into the machine,
it may lead to risk or safety concerns.
• Keep the printer, ink cartridge, consumable and post processing equipment away from re sources. Please do
not modify or install any non-original accessories.
• Please verify that the power cord is appropriately plugged into the printer and outlet.
• When troubleshooting errors, please stay within the limits of this manual; if the error cannot be repaired, please
contact customer service center.
• When printer is booted, the accessories and components in the machine will perform various actions.
• Please make sure that no objects are in contact with or blocking the operation of components in the machine.
• Before printing, close the top cover or the machine will not perform actions.
• Please use original supplies with the product to ensure print quality and printer lifespan. Any malfunction or
abnormal operations due to use of non-original supplies will not be covered under warranty.
• When the printer is powered, the product will enter standby printing mode; do not move the printer while
it is powered.
• Please place the printer in a designated space; lower case independent ventilation is recommended for the area,
as the printer will produce dust during preparation sequences. We suggest dust collection equipment and wearing
standard personal protective equipment (PPE) for periods of prolonged use.
• Please avoid placing consumable under direct sunlight or high temperature environment.
• Please place and operate the printer in a well-ventilated area.
• Please read the guide carefully before using the printer.
• Do not let children operate this device without adult supervision.
• Please ensure the recommended operating conditions. (Operating Temperature 15 ~ 32 °C / 59 ~ 89.6 °F;
Operation Humidity 30 ~ 60 % RH (no condensation))
• For best printing quality, lament should preferably be stored at temperatures between 10 ~ 40 °C / 50 ~ 104 °F.
If a different storage temperature is printed on the label on the lament package, please adhere to the
recommended conditions on the label.

Please read through all sections, especially the safety guide, carefully before unpacking, assembling, operating, replacing, and
removing any part of this product. Please also comply with the instructions of relevant safety
precautions.
1.2 Important safety precautions
This symbol indicates to not put hand on the print bed, due to
high temperature.
“High temperature at print bed, Do not touch when printer is
running”.
This symbol indicates to not put hands under moving parts.
“Keep hands clear of moving parts. Turn power off before
servicing”.
This symbol indicates that print nozzle is at high temperature.

3. HARDWARE INSTALLATION
Please read instructions thoroughly before installation and ensure users take appropriate safety precaution, to avoid
injury.
3.1 Space Requirements
①Remove the outer packaging material of the printer.
②Take out the accessories.
③ After taking out the accessories, then remove the outer carton box.
Caution: DO NOT remove side box rst to avoid lament carton falling and becoming damaged.
④ Then, take out the print head carton box and lament carton box.
① Place the printer and the lament storage box on the same plane.
② Put the lament storage box on the right side of the printer.
③The distance from the printer to the wall must be more than 10 cm.
④Reserve 40 cm on the front side to open the printer’s door.

⑤ Printer is very heavy. Please assign two persons to move, before transporting to at table.

Note :
1. The lament weight is 3kg, please use both hands to move it out.
2. Check the lament spool label specication and the lament scale status.
⑥Remove the tape, cable tie, inner packaging, all protective mask on the glass.
⑦ Check that the printer sits on the table stably. If the printer shakes, adjust the leg knob height until the printer is balanced
(only front right leg has knob).

3.2 Print Nozzle and Filament Installation
Before installing the print nozzle to the nozzle holder, make sure the print nozzle has no cosmetic issues.
①Remove the top cover, then press down the white button on top of the nozzle holder, and then mount the dual print nozzle
on the nozzle holder.
② Insert the wire plug rmly & evenly. Do not tilt in any direction.
③Insert one end of the tube into the print nozzle tube inlet.
Note:
• DO NOT turn on the power during installation.
• Installation single print nozzle procedure refers item ①~ ③.
Note: Make sure the guide tube is totally inserted into the inner tube hole on the lament storage box.
Note: Use 600g & 1kg lament reel in lament box may have risk of tangle. Please proceed with caution.
④ Insert the other end of the guide tube into the lament storage box (Spool 1 & Spool 2). Before inserting the guide tube to
the lament storage box, pull the lock to open both sides of the box cover.
⑤ Put the lament spool into the spool holder.
⑥ Insert the lament to the guide tube, until lament contact the sensor nozzle. It will automatically feed to the printer
through the guide tube.

3.3 Using Y coupling
When using Y coupling for single print nozzle, remember that 1kg or 3kg lament spool must be used. Otherwise, printer
cannot continuously feed the other lament spool (e.g. spool 2) if spool 1 is done.
①Insert one end of the tube into the print nozzle tube hole and the other end of the tube into the Y coupling, as follows.
②Following, insert two separate tubes to the other end of the Y coupling.
③ Insert two separate guide tubes to lament storage box (spool 1 and spool 2) and refer to item installation procedure
refers item 5.2 Filament Installation.
Note:
• Y coupling needs to connect 3 lament guide tube.
• Y coupling is only used for the single extruder nozzle.
• Please remember that 1kg or 3kg lament spool must be used. Otherwise, the printer will not be able to
continuously feed the other lament spool (e.g. spool 2), if spool 1 is done.
• Spool 1 and spool 2 must use the same material.
• Straight the lament before loading.
•
For single print nozzle, the lament head must cut in “at head” as following.

3.5 Cable Installation
3.4 Using Print Bed Sheet
①Use the enclosed cable to connect both printer and filament storage box.
② Connect the USB cable between USB socket and USB port of notebook.
③Plug in the power cord and turn on the power to display the screen. The installation is done.
A Print Bed Sheet sticks on the print bed. (cover the whole print bed surface)

Note:
• The user should replace the sheet, if surface worn out or damaged.
• Close each build plate clamps at the surrounding by hand in order to secure it.
• If the build plate clamp is open, it may interfere and damage the sensor. Please make sure to close these
clamps.

4. FIRST USE
4.2 Auto Calibration
4.1 Select Language
Ensure all installation parts (print nozzle, guide tube, and lament) have been well connected.
When rst using the printer, user must complete rst time setup. Otherwise, printer will continue to ask and not go onto next
stage.
① After press OK for welcome screen, the touch panel will diplay the Auto-calibration, press START and press
“OK” when completed calibration.
Turn on the printer power, the touch panel will display the company logo. Then,select the language.
4.3 Network Setup
The user can use the Wi-Fi dongle for network settings. If you skip the network setting, you can directly go to the next stage
and the system won’t remind you again.
① Press “START” to start the network setting.
② Select your Netwok and press “YES” for connection.
③ Key in the password for connection and press “OK” once Wi-Fi connected.
Note: The rst print test must use the DUAL NOZZLE printing on ONE SIDE, using ABS.
DO NOT use other type lament for testing, it will cause setting error.

4.4 Loading Filament
① After network setup, follow loading prompt and press "START" to load the lament.
② When loading the lament, the system will ask for verication that the lament is extruded from the nozzle. If extruded,
press "YES" and loading will be complete.
4.5 First Test Print
① When the first time setup is done, press “START” to do the test print, as follows.
② To skip the quick tour, press "PROCEED" to view the printer heating status.
③ Start Printing & Printing finish, press “OK”.
④ After printing is complete, remove the object from the print bed.

Note: Other than the test print above, you can select “PRINT AGAIN”, and “RETURN IDLE” when printing is
completed.

① Check if the USB drive is plugged to the machine.
② Click USB printing menu in the main screen & select the le (.3cp) to print.

① “Filament”>”Load”> Select Feeding Mode “Dual”>Selet a spool to be the first feeding material.
② User selects either spool 1 or spool 2 icon; it will promptly ask to check that the Y connector is installed. Press “OK” if
installed.
① ”Filament”>select nozzle >”Load” filament for selected nozzle.
② Repeat step 1 and select another nozzle to load the filament.
5.3 Print Bed
Press settings icon, and continue to press print bed icon to adjust Calibration, Z Offset or select Jog Mode.
A. Calibration
Press calibration icon to start the print bed calibration. The printing bed goes up. The print head will move to measure differ-
ent different points. Once the measurement is completed, the motor under the print bed will automatically adjust the print bed
level. After the calibration is successfully completed, press “OK”.
Note: Print bed calibration is required each time the nozzle is replaced.

B. Z Offset
When the print bed is calibrated, perform the vertical calibration of Z offset to ensure the print head can eject onto the print
bed smoothly.
①Press Z Offset icon.
② Press + / - to adjust the print bed vertical height, after press “APPLY” to conrm the Z offset value.
Users can use a business card inserted to the space between the print head and the print bed to check whether it can pass
freely through it. If not, adjust the setscrew under the print bed.
C. Jog Mode
The jog mode is a function that allows you to manually control the position of the print head and the printing bed.
Press different arrow key to move the print head.
Return to the home point. Always return to the home point prior to any movement in any direction.
Move in the X axle direct.
Move in the Y axle direction.
Move in the Z axle direction
Using print bed gauge:
In case the auto calibration & leveling found not accuracy, the print-bed gauge can be another choice to veri-
fy the print-bed leveling status. The gauge should smoothly slide into the gap between the print-bed and print
bed platform. If not, adjust the setscrew until to suitable height.

Before cleaning the extruder nozzle, first make sure that the filament has been unloaded and the guide tube has been
removed.
Please refers this chapter B. Change Module ⑤ ~ ⑦ .
Before change module, first make sure that the filament has been unloaded and the guide tube has been removed.
① Select “Change Module”.
② Wait until the print head moves to a proper position for change.
③ Turn off the power before change the print head.
④ Change the print head from above the machine.
• Unload the extruder module
⑤ Press the feeding tube grip spring to take out the guide tube, and unplug the heating bus at the side of the extruder module.
⑥ Press the quick-detachment button to quickly remove the extruder module.
⑦ Press and hold the latch on two sides to unload the filament, and gently press the spring surrounding the feed port to
remove the guide tube.
• Installing the module
⑧ Please refers 3.2 Print Nozzle and Filament Installation ① ~ ③ .
① Select the “Clean Nozzle”.
② The print bed will be lowered and the print extruder will move to a position slightly in front of the center.
③ When the temperature of the print head reaches the operating temperature, the cleaning operation starts. Please follow
steps as 8.1 Clean Out Your Filament Nozzle.
Note: DO NOT touch the metal part of the print head as it becomes hot during the operation.
5.4 Print Head
Press settings icon, and continue to press print head calibration icon to adjust clean nozzle, change module and print head
calibration. In addition, user can know the nozzle diameter.
