Requires 3-4 person assembly
Tools required: Corded / Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit / Screwdriver, (Torx Bit Included)
1. Position 2no Ring Beams A as shown in Fig. 1a and fix using 2no 5mm x 60mm screws. Position
remaining 2no Ring Beams A as shown in Fig. 1b to form a square ring-beam, and fix using 6no 5mm x
60mm screws (2no per corner).
2. Position Posts B beneath corners of ring beam as shown in Fig. 2 and fix using 4no 8mm x 140mm
screws (1no per corner).
3. Place 1no Handrail C between two Posts B and fix at desired height (nom. 150mm from base of post) and
fix using 4no 8mm x 140mm screws (2no per post) as shown in Figs. 3a & 3b.
Repeat procedure for remaining 2no Handrails C. (See Fig. 3c)
4. Position 1no Bracing D and fix using 2no 8mm x 120mm screws. (See Figs. 4a & 4b)
Repeat procedure for remaining 7no Bracings D using 14no 8mm x 120mm screws (2no per bracing).
5. Position 1no Roof Panel E1 & 1no Roof Panel E2 as shown in Fig. 5a and attach using 3no 5mm x 60mm
screws (1no either end and 1no to centre of joint).
Invert roof panel assembly and place 1no Cover Strip F over joint and fix using 6no 4mm x 60mm screws.
(See Fig. 5b)
Repeat procedure for remaining Panels E1, E2 and Cover Strips F.
6. Attach Finial G to apex of 1no roof panel assembly using 1no 90mm screw, ensuring correct orientaion of
Finial (See Fig. 6c),
Position and fix roof panel assembly onto ring-beam using 2no 5mm x 120mm screws (1no per corner)
as shown in Figs. 6a & 6b.
N.B. Fixed roof panel assembly will require temporary support until opposing roof panel assembly is
fixed into position
Place further roof panel assembly opposite fixed roof panel assembly, and similarly fix using 2no 5mm x
120mm screws. (1no per corner) (See Fig. 6c)
Position and fix remaining 2no roof panel assemblies adjacent to fixed roof panel assemblies and
similarly fix using 4no 5mm x 120mm screws (2no per assembly (1no per corner)).
Attach centre joint of roof panel assemblies to ring-beam using 4no 5mm x 120mm screws (1no per roof
panel assembly). (See Fig. 6d) - Pre drill hole before screwing.
Attach corner joints of roof panel assemblies to each other using 12no 5mm x 60mm screws (3no per
joint (1no either end and 1no to centre of joint)). (See Fig. 6e)
7. Position and fix 1no Cover Strip H to corner joints in roof assembly using 6no 4mm x 60mm screws. (2no
either end and 2no to centre). (See Fig. 7)
Repeat procedure for remaining 3no Cover Strips H using 18no 4mm x 60mm screws (6no per cover
strip).
