1. InspecttheLR‐2XFP.Ifdamaged,fileaclaimwiththecarrier
andthencontactADTRANCustomerSupport.
CAUTION

DonotremovetheprotectiveendcapfromtheXFPuntilthefiber
opticcableisreadytobeconnected.
2. InserttheLR‐2XFPintotheSFPcageonthemodule.Ensure
thatthemanufacturer’slabelontheSFPisfacingupwardfor
correctinstallation.
3. SlidetheLR‐2XFPallthewayintothereceptacleuntilthereis
anaudible“click”.
NOTE
ThelatchontheLR‐2XFPisusedtoremovetheXFPfromthecage
onthecircuitcard.
