• Do not block light emanating from product in whole or
part, as this may cause an unsafe condition.
• Never operate the fixture with missing or damaged lens.
Lens must be cleaned on regular basis.
• Entire fixture may become extremely hot. Do not touch hot
lens or fixture body. Do not touch the lamp at any time.
Use a clean, dry, soft cloth to handle the lamp. Oil from
skin may damage the lamp and cause it to rupture.
• Replace lamp only with correct wattage and type of lamp
marked on fixture label.
• All gaskets, o-rings and sealing surfaces must be kept
clean during installation and service; failure to do this may
cause an unsafe condition and void product warranty.

WARNING - To reduce the risk of
FIRE OR INJURY TO PERSONS:
Turn off/unplug and allow to cool before
replacing lamp/LED. Fixture gets HOT quickly!
Contact only switch/plug when turning on.
Do not touch hot lens, guard, or enclosure.
Keep fixture away from materials that may burn.
Do not operate the luminaire fitting with a missing or
damaged shield. Do not touch the source at any time.
Use a soft cloth or gloves. Oil from skin may cause
damage.

3. Install anchor plate and bolt assembly flush
with the finished grade.

1. Adjusted anchor bolts to project at least 1-1/2”
using the four (4) 1/4-20 nuts to the top of the
plate. The four (4) nuts can be left in place
while concrete is poured.
4. With the conduits in place and the anchor
plate properly positioned, secured and leveled,
concrete may be poured.
2. Run conduit inside of the anchor plate center
hole prior to pouring concrete.

5. The fixture may be installed by removing the
four (4) 1/4-20 nuts and re-using them to
secure the fixture mounting base assembly.

Union Bollard
Installation Instructions
1. Remove 1/4-20 nuts from installed Union
anchor kit with a socket. Keep the hardware
to reuse in the next step.
2. Line up then place base over installed 1/4-20
nuts.
3. Secure to anchor bolts with the 1/4-20 nuts
and lockwashers provided with the Union
anchor kit using a socket.
Base & Tenon Installation
4. Seal as per NEC with waterproof silicone
sealant (not included).
If the fixture has a receptacle.
7. Secure receptacle cover by tightening #6-32
set screw using a 7/64” allen wrench.
6. Attach receptacle to installed anchor base with
four (4) #10-32 stainless steel countersunk
screws at the base using a 1/8” allen wrench.
5. Pull primary branch circuit wiring and any
additional dimming controls or other wiring
necessary for installation. Attach ground from
branch circuit to ground lead on the anchor
base. Place connectors inside of the housing
(Please refer to page 4 for wiring diagram).

WIRING DIAGRAM
Pull branch circuit wiring. Make watertight
connections from primary branch circuit to
pre-wired 12ga solid wire receptacle leads
using waterproof wire connectors. Connect
incoming ground and ground from receptacle
to ground wire on base. See wiring diagram.

Pull branch circuit wiring. Make watertight
connections from primary branch circuit to
pre-wired 16/5 round jacketed fixture head
leads using waterproof wire connectors.
Connect incoming ground and ground from
receptacle to ground wire on base. See wiring

3. Secure receptacle cover by tightening #6-32
set screw using a 7/64” allen wrench.

WIRING DIAGRAM 5. Place connection(s) and/or cable inside
receptacle.
4. Place connections into bollard. Attach
inner bracket with RJ45 jack with two (2)
#6-32 screws with a 7/64” allen wrench.
INSTALLATION OF RECEPTACLE (RE3 Option)
2. Loosen two (2) #6-32 screws with a 7/64”
allen wrench to remove inner bracket with
RJ45 jack.
3. Connect incoming data cable (by others)
to RJ45 jack as per installation plan. Follow
manufacturer’s instructions as per cable and
method of connection to RJ45 jack (cable and
connections required by others). See wiring
diagram.
1. Open receptacle cover. Receptacle cover has
#6-32 screw for use with a 7/64” allen wrench.
2. Attach receptacle to installed anchor base
with (4) #10-32 stainless steel countersunk
screws at the base using a 1/8” allen wrench.
1. Attach ground from branch circuit to screw on
anchor base. Place connectors inside receptacle.

6. Attach in-use receptacle to installed anchor
base and plate with (4) #10-32 stainless steel cap
screws at the base using a 1/8” allen wrench.
7. Receptacle cover has captive #6-32 screw.
Secure receptacle by tightening captive
#6-32 set screw using a 7/64” allen wrench.
