DESTINAZIONE D’USO
- La pistola pneumatica per lavaggio è destinata al seguente uso:
• lavori per la pulizia di interni auto con l’impiego di detergenti, nel rispetto dell’ambiente
• pulizia di tappezzeria auto, moquette, sedili, abitacoli e bagagliai
- Non sono consentite le seguenti operazioni:
• è vietato l’utilizzo con benzina, petrolio e derivati
• è vietato l’utilizzo con vernici o acidi
• è vietato bloccare la leva di azionamento con nastro adesivo o fascette
• è vietato l’uso per tutte quelle applicazioni diverse da quelle indicate
SICUREZZA DELLA POSTAZIONE DI LAVORO
Impedire che bambini o visitatori possano avvicinarsi alla postazione di lavoro mentre si sta operando con l’utensile
pneumatico. La presenza di altre persone provoca distrazione.
Prestare attenzione al pericolo di inciampamento nel tubo essibile dell’aria ed alle superci che possono diventare
scivolose a causa dell’utilizzo di detergenti durante le operazioni di lavaggio.
SICUREZZA UTENSILI PNEUMATICI
- Controllare i raccordi di collegamento e le tubazioni di alimentazione. Tutti i gruppi, i giunti e i tubi essibili devono essere
installati conformemente ai dati tecnici relativi alla pressione e al usso d’aria. Una pressione troppo bassa pregiudica il corretto
funzionamento dell’utensile pneumatico; una pressione alta può causare danni e/o lesioni.
- Evitare di piegare o stringere i tubi essibili. Evitare l’uso di solventi e di spigoli taglienti. Proteggere i tubi da calore, olio e parti
rotanti. Sostituire immediatamente un tubo essibile danneggiato. Una tubazione con un’alimentazione difettosa può provocare
movimenti incontrollati del tubo dell’aria compressa. Polveri oppure trucioli sollevati dall’aria possono provocare lesioni agli
occhi. Accertarsi che le fascette per tubi essibili siano sempre ben ssate.
- Non trasportatore mai l’utensile pneumatico tenendolo per il tubo essibile.
INDICAZIONE PER LA SICUREZZA DEL PERSONALE
- Si raccomanda la massima attenzione avendo cura di concentrarsi sempre sulle proprie azioni. Non utilizzare l’utensile
pneumatico in caso di stanchezza o sotto l’effetto di droghe, bevande alcoliche o medicinali.
- Utilizzare sempre i seguenti dispositivi individuali di protezione:
• occhiali di protezione
• maschera di protezione
• guanti di protezione per agenti chimici
- Non dirigere mai il usso nebulizzato del liquido di lavaggio verso se stessi, altre persone o animali. Evitare il contatto con gli
occhi.
- L’aria utilizzata nell’utensile pneumatico può contenere acqua, olio, particelle metalliche ed impurità. Questi elementi possono
provocare pericoli.
UTILIZZO ACCURATO DELL'UTENSILE PNEUMATICO
- Non sottoporre l’utensile pneumatico a sovraccarico: effettuare i propri lavori utilizzandolo esclusivamente per quanto previsto.
- Vericare sempre l’integrità dell’utensile pneumatico. Non utilizzare il prodotto se la leva di avvio/arresto è difettosa. Un utensile
che non può più essere arrestato o avviato è pericoloso e deve essere riparato.

- Interrompere sempre l’alimentazione dell’aria prima di effettuare qualsiasi tipo di operazione sull’utensile pneumatico. Questa
misura preventiva impedisce l’avvio accidentale dell’utensile.
- Quando l’utensile pneumatico non viene utilizzato, conservarlo al di fuori del raggio di accesso dei bambini. Non permettere di
usare l’utensile a persone che non abbiano letto le presenti istruzioni.
- Controllare che l’utensile pneumatico sia in buone condizioni: accertarsi che non vi siano parti danneggiate.
- Accertarsi che non vi siano presenti altre persone nelle vicinanze.
- Utilizzare esclusivamente prodotti idonei per l’attività prevista:
• Detergenti per la pulizia di tappeti o interni auto, nel rispetto dell’ambiente
- L’utensile pneumatico non deve essere modicato. Le modiche possono ridurre l’efcacia delle misure di sicurezza ed
aumentare i rischi per l’operatore.
- Far riparare l’utensile pneumatico solo ed esclusivamente da personale specializzato. Utilizzare pezzi di ricambio originali.
- Plire l’utensile pneumatico sciacquando l’ugello con acqua pulita dopo ogni utilizzo.

Collegamento alimentazione dell’aria
Per un utilizzo corretto dell’utensile pneumatico rispettare sempre la pressione massima di 6.2 bar, misurata all’ingresso dello
stesso. Alimentare l’utensile con aria pulita e priva di condensa. Una pressione troppo elevata o la presenza di umidità nell’aria
di alimentazione possono causare danni all’utensile.
UTILIZZO
Avviamento / Arresto
Allentare completamente il serbatoio, svitandolo no alla sua rimozione. Inserire il prodotto da utilizzare per il lavaggio. Se
necessario, diluire il prodotto in base alle sua caratteristiche. Rimontare il serbatoio, avvitandolo.
Per avviare la pistola premere la leva di azionamento. Durante l’esecuzione del lavoro tenerla premuta. Al rilascio della leva, la
pistola si arresta rapidamente.
L’utensile è dotato di un rubinetto per il dosaggio del quantitativo di detergente.
Aspirazione
Durante il lavaggio è possibile aspirare direttamente il prodotto collegando alla pistola un aspiratore di liquidi. Attraverso il tubo
essibile collegare la pistola con l’aspiratore (scarico parte superiore della pistola). Avviare l’aspiratore e procedere con il lavaggio
avendo cura di tenere la parte frontale della pistola a contatto con la supercie che si sta lavando, solo in questo modo viene
garantita una corretta aspirazione del prodotto.
Terminato il lavaggio spegnere la pistola e l’aspiratore. Si raccomanda di non disperdere il liquido nell’ambiente, ma di smaltirlo
secondo quanto previsto dalle norme vigenti.
Compatibile con aspiratore Beta codice 1873-1874.
Interrompere sempre l’alimentazione dell’aria prima di effettuare operazioni di inserimento o aggiunta del detergente.
Questa misura preventiva impedisce l’avvio accidentale della pistola.
MANUTENZIONE
Gli interventi di manutenzione e di riparazione devono essere eseguiti solo ed esclusivamente da personale specializzato. Per tali
interventi potete rivolgervi al centro riparazioni di Beta Utensili S.p.A. attraverso il vostro rivenditore Beta di ducia.
SMALTIMENTO
La pistola, gli accessori e gli imballaggi devono essere inviati ad un centro di raccolta smaltimento riuti, secondo le leggi vigenti
del Paese in cui vi trovate.
GARANZIA
Questo utensile è fabbricato e collaudato, secondo le norme attualmente vigenti nella Comunità Europea, ed è coperto da
garanzia per un periodo di 12 mesi per uso professionale o 24 mesi per uso non professionale.
Vengono riparati guasti dovuti a difetti di materiale o di produzione, mediante ripristino o sostituzione dei pezzi difettosi a nostra
discrezione.
L’effettuazione di uno o più interventi nel periodo di garanzia non modica la data di scadenza della stessa.
Non sono soggetti a garanzia difetti dovuti all’usura, all’uso errato od improprio, rotture causate da colpi e/o cadute. Inoltre
la garanzia decade quando vengono apportate modiche, quando l’utensile pneumatico viene manomesso o viene inviato
all’assistenza smontato.
Sono espressamente esclusi danni causati a persone e/o cose di qualsiasi genere e/o natura, diretti e/o indiretti.

PURPOSE OF USE
- The pneumatic cleaning gun can be used for the following purposes:
• cleaning car interiors with environmentally-friendly detergents
• cleaning car upholstery, carpeting, seats, interiors and boots
- The reversible air ratchet must not be used for the following operations:
• the pneumatic cleaning gun must not be used with petrol, oil and by-products
• the pneumatic cleaning gun must not be used with paints or acids
• the trigger must not be locked with adhesive tape or clamps
• the pneumatic cleaning gun must not be used for any applications other than stated ones
WORK AREA SAFETY
Keep children and bystanders away from your workplace while operating the pneumatic tool. Other people cause
distractions.
Beware of both the danger of tripping over the air hose and the surfaces that may become slippery due to the use of
detergents during cleaning jobs.
PNEUMATIC TOOL SAFETY
- Check the connections and the air supply lines. All units, couplers and hoses should conform to the product specications in
terms of pressure and air volume. Too low pressure impairs the function of the pneumatic tool; too high pressure can cause
damage and/or injury.
- Do not bend or tighten any hoses. Avoid using solvents and sharp edges. Keep the hoses away from heat, oil and rotating
parts. Immediately replace any damaged hose. A defective feed pipe may cause uncontrolled movements of the compressed
air pipe. Raised dust or chips may cause eye injury. Make sure that the hose clamps are always secured rmly.
- Never carry the pneumatic tool by the hose.
PERSONNEL SAFETY
- Stay alert; watch what you are doing. Do not use the pneumatic tool while tired or under the inuence of drugs, alcohol,
or medication.
- Always use the following personal protective equipment:
• eye protection;
• protective mask;
• protective gloves against chemical agents;
- Do not direct the ow of the atomized solution towards yourself, other people or animals. Avoid contact with eyes.
- The air used in the pneumatic tool may contain water, oil, metal particles and impurities, which may cause hazards.
PNEUMATIC TOOL USE AND CARE
- Do not overload the pneumatic tool: only use it for the intended work.
- Always check that the pneumatic tool is free from defects. Do not use it if the start/stop lever is defective. A tool that can no
longer be stopped or started is dangerous and must be repaired.
- Always disconnect the air supply before carrying out any jobs on the pneumatic tool. This safety measure prevents accidental
starting of the tool.

- When the pneumatic tool is not used, store it out of the reach of children. Do not allow persons unfamiliar with these instructions
to operate the tool.
- Check that the pneumatic tool is in good condition: make sure that no parts have been damaged.
- Make sure that no other people are near the tool.
- Only use products suitable for the required job:
• Environmentally-friendly detergents for cleaning car carpeting or interiors.
- Do not modify the pneumatic tool. This can reduce the effectiveness of safety measures and increase operator risk.
- Have the pneumatic tool repaired only through a trained repair person. Use original replacement parts.
- Clean the pneumatic tool by rinsing the nozzle with clean water after each use.

INSTRUCTIONS
Air supply connection
For correct use of the pneumatic tool, always keep to a maximum pressure of 6.2 bars, as measured at the tool inlet. Feed the
tool with clean, condensate-free air. Excessively high pressure or humidity in supply air may damage the tool.
USE
Start / Stop
Fully loosen the tank; unscrew it until it is removed. Pour in the detergent. Dilute the product according to its characteristics, if
need be. Install the tank by screwing it in. To start the gun, press the start lever. Keep it pressed during the job to be performed.
Releasing the lever will cause the gun to stop quickly. The tool is tted with a detergent dispensing tap.
Extraction
During cleaning jobs, the product can be directly extracted by connecting a uid extractor to the gun. Use the hose to connect
the gun to the extractor (drain on upper part of gun). Start the extractor and proceed with cleaning, making sure that the gun front
is in contact with the surface that is being cleaned, to allow for proper extraction of the product.
When cleaning is complete, turn off both the gun and the extractor. It is recommended that the liquid not be released into the
environment and be disposed of in accordance with current provisions.
Compatible with Beta extractor item 1873-1874
Always disconnect the air supply before any insertions or before adding detergent. This precaution will prevent the gun
from being accidentally started.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance and repair jobs must be carried out by trained personnel only. For such jobs, you can contact Beta Utensili S.P.A.’s
repair centre through your Beta dealer.
DISPOSAL
The gun, accessories and packaging should be sent to a waste disposal centre, in accordance with the laws in force in your
country.
WARRANTY
This tool is manufactured and tested in accordance with current EU regulations, and is covered by a 12-month warranty for
professional use or a 24-month warranty for nonprofessional use.
We will repair any breakdowns caused by material or manufacturing defects by xing the defective pieces or replacing them at
our discretion.
Should assistance be required once or several times during the warranty period, the expiry date of this warranty will remain
unchanged.
This warranty will not cover defects due to wear, misuse or breakdowns caused by blows and/or falls. In addition, this warranty
will no longer be valid if any changes are made, or if the pneumatic tool is forced or sent to the customer service in pieces.
This warranty explicitly excludes any damage to people and/or things, whether direct or consequential.

DESTINATION D’UTILISATION
- Le pistolet pneumatique de lavage est destiné à l'utilisation suivante:
• travaux de nettoyage pour l'intérieur des automobiles avec des détergents, dans le respect de l'environnement ;
• nettoyage de tissus de revêtement automobile, moquette, sièges, habitacles et coffres.
- Les opérations suivantes ne sont pas autorisées:
• il est interdit d'utiliser de l'essence, du pétrole et dérivés ;
• il est interdit d'utiliser des vernis ou des acides ;
• il est interdit de bloquer le levier d'actionnement avec du ruban adhésif ou des colliers.
• il est interdit de l'utiliser pour toutes les applications non envisagées dans les présentes instructions.
SÉCURITÉ DU POSTE DE TRAVAIL
Empêcher que des enfants ou des visiteurs s’approchent du poste de travail pendant les opérations avec l’outil
pneumatique. La présence d’autres personnes peut distraire l’opérateur.
Faire attention à ne pas trébucher sur le tuyau exible de l'air et aux surfaces qui peuvent devenir glissantes à cause
de l'utilisation de détergents pendant les opérations de lavage.
MESURES DE SÉCURITÉ POUR LES OUTILS PNEUMATIQUES
- Contrôler les branchements et les câbles d’alimentation. Tous les groupes, les raccords et les tuyaux exibles doivent être
installés conformément aux données techniques relatives à la pression et au débit d’air. Une pression trop basse empêche
le fonctionnement de l’outil pneumatique, une forte pression peut provoquer des dommages et/ou des lésions.
- Éviter de plier ou de serrer les tuyaux exibles. Éviter l’utilisation de solvants et de bords coupants. Protéger les tuyaux
contre la chaleur, l’huile et les pièces tournantes. Remplacer immédiatement les tuyaux exibles endommagés. Un tuyau
d’alimentation défectueux peut provoquer des mouvements incontrôlés du tuyau d’air comprimé. Les poussières ou les
copeaux soulevés par l’air peuvent causer des lésions aux yeux. S’assurer que les colliers pour tuyaux exibles soient
toujours bien xés.
- Ne jamais transporter l’outil pneumatique en le tenant par le tuyau exible.
RECOMMANDATIONS POUR LA SÉCURITÉ DU PERSONNEL
- La plus grande attention doit être apportée aux actions effectuées. Ne pas utiliser l’outil pneumatique en cas de fatigue ou
sous l’effet de drogues, de boissons alcooliques ou de médicaments.
- Utiliser systématiquement les équipements de protection individuelle suivants:
• lunettes de protection ;
• masque de protection ;
• gants de protection contre les agents chimiques.
- Ne jamais diriger le ux de la solution pulvérisée vers soi-même, autrui ou des animaux. Éviter le contact avec les yeux.
- L’air utilisé dans l'outil pneumatique peut contenir de l'eau, de l'huile, des particules métalliques et des impuretés. Ces
éléments représentent des sources de danger.
UTILISATION CORRECTE DE L’OUTIL PNEUMATIQUE
- Ne pas soumettre l'outil pneumatique à des surcharges : effectuer les travaux en l'utilisant exclusivement dans sa fonction.
- Vérier systématiquement l'intégrité de l'outil pneumatique. Ne pas utiliser le produit si le levier de mise en marche/arrêt est
défectueux. Un outil pneumatique qui ne peut plus être arrêté ou mis en marche est dangereux et doit être réparé.

- Interrompre systématiquement l’alimentation de l'air avant d'effectuer tout type d'opération sur l'outil pneumatique. Cette mesure
de prévention empêche la mise en marche accidentelle de l’outil.
- Lorsque l'outil pneumatique n'est pas utilisé, le ranger hors de portée des enfants. Ne pas permettre aux personnes qui n’ont
pas lu les présentes instructions d’utiliser l’outil.
- Contrôler que l'outil pneumatique soit dans de bonnes conditions : s'assurer qu'il n'y ait pas de pièces endommagées.
- S'assurer qu’il n’y ait personne dans les alentours.
- Utiliser exclusivement des produits aptes à l'activité prévue :
• détergents pour le nettoyage de tapis ou d'intérieur d'automobiles, dans le respect de l'environnement.
- L’outil pneumatique ne doit pas être modié. Les modications peuvent réduire l’efcacité des mesures de sécurité et augmenter
les risques pour l’opérateur.
- Faire réparer l’outil pneumatique seulement et exclusivement par un personnel spécialisé. Utiliser des pièces de rechange
originales.
- Nettoyer l'outil pneumatique en rinçant la buse avec de l'eau propre après chaque utilisation.

Branchement à l’arrivée d’air
Pour une utilisation correcte de l’outil pneumatique, respecter toujours la pression maximum de 6,2 bar mesurée à l’entrée de
l’outil. Alimenter l’outil avec de l’air propre et sans condensation. Une pression trop élevée ou la présence d’humidité dans l’air
d’alimentation peuvent causer des dommages à l’outil.
UTILISATION
Mise en marche / Arrêt
Dévisser le réservoir à fond jusqu'à ce qu'il se détache. Introduire le produit de lavage. Si besoin est, diluer le produit en fonction
de ses caractéristiques. Remonter le réservoir en le vissant.
Pour commencer à utiliser le pistolet, appuyer sur le levier d'actionnement. Appuyer longuement sur le levier pendant l'utilisation.
En relâchant le levier, le pistolet s'arrête instantanément.
L’outil est doté d'un robinet de dosage du détergent.
Aspiration
Pendant le lavage, il est possible d'aspirer directement le produit en raccordant au pistolet un aspirateur de liquides. Au moyen
du tuyau exible, raccorder le pistolet à l'aspirateur (écoulement partie supérieure du pistolet). Visser l'aspirateur et procéder au
lavage en prenant soin de garder la partie frontale du pistolet en contact avec la surface lavée. L'aspiration correcte du produit
est garantie uniquement de cette manière.
Au terme du lavage, arrêter le pistolet et l’aspirateur. Ne pas jeter le liquide dans l'environnement, l'écouler conformément aux
normes en vigueur.

Interrompre systématiquement l’alimentation de l'air avant d'effectuer les opérations d’introduction ou d’ajout du
détergent. Cette mesure de prévention empêche la mise en marche accidentelle du pistolet.
MAINTENANCE
Les interventions de maintenance et de réparation doivent être exclusivement effectuées par un personnel spécialisé. Pour ces
interventions, vous pouvez vous adresser au centre des réparations de Beta Utensili S.p.A. à travers votre revendeur Beta de
référence.
ÉCOULEMENT
Le pistolet, les accessoires et les emballages doivent être envoyés à un centre d’écoulement des déchets, conformément aux
lois en igueur du pays où vous vous trouvez.
GARANTIE
Cet outil est fabriqué et testé conformément aux normes actuellement en vigueur dans la Communauté Européenne et est
couvert par une garantie de 12 mois pour une utilisation professionnelle et de 24 mois pour une utilisation non professionnelle.
Toutes les pannes dues à un défaut matériel ou de production seront réparées, en ajustant ou en remplaçant les pièces
défectueuses à notre discrétion.
La réalisation d’une ou de plusieurs interventions pendant la période de garantie n’en modie pas la date d’échéance.
La garantie ne couvre pas les problèmes dus à l’usure des composants, à un usage erroné ou incorrect de l’outil, aux ruptures

GEBRUIKSDOEL
- Het pneumatische waspistool is bestemd voor het volgende gebruik:
• milieuvriendelijke reinigingswerkzaamheden van het interieur van auto’s met het gebruik van reinigingsmiddelen
• de reiniging van autobekledingen, tapijten, stoelen, cabines, kofferruimtes
- De volgende handelingen zijn niet toegestaan:
• het is verboden de spuit met benzine, petroleum en bijproducten hiervan te gebruiken
• het is verboden de spuit met verf of zuren te gebruiken
• het is verboden de bedieningshendel met plakband of strips vast te zetten
• ander gebruik dan voor de toepassingen die worden beschreven is verboden
VEILIGHEID VAN DE WERKPLEK
Voorkom dat kinderen of bezoekers in de buurt van de werkplek kunnen komen terwijl met het pneumatische
gereedschap wordt gewerkt. De aanwezigheid van andere personen veroorzaakt onoplettendheid.
Kijk uit dat u niet over de exibele luchtslang struikelt en pas op voor de oppervlakken die glad kunnen worden door het
gebruik van reinigingsmiddelen tijdens de reinigingswerkzaamheden.
VEILIGHEID VAN PNEUMATISCH GEREEDSCHAP
- Controleer de koppelingen en de toevoerleidingen. Alle groepen, koppelingen en exibele slangen moeten conform de
technische gegevens met betrekking tot druk en luchtstroom worden geïnstalleerd. Een te lage druk schaadt de werking van
het pneumatische gereedschap. Een te hoge druk kan schade en/of letsel veroorzaken.
- Vouw exibele slangen niet dubbel en knel ze niet af. Gebruik geen oplosmiddelen en mijd scherpe randen. Bescherm de
slangen tegen hitte, olie en draaiende delen. Vervang een beschadigde exibele slang onmiddellijk. Een defecte toevoerleiding
kan ongecontroleerde bewegingen van de persluchtslang veroorzaken. Door de lucht opgetilde stof of spaanders kunnen
letsel aan de ogen veroorzaken. Verzeker u ervan dat de slangklemmen voor exibele slangen altijd goed vastzitten.
- Vervoer het pneumatische gereedschap nooit door het aan de exibele slang vast te houden.
AANWIJZINGEN VOOR DE VEILIGHEID VAN HET PERSONEEL
- We drukken u op het hart uw aandacht er altijd maximaal bij te houden en u op uw eigen handelingen te concentreren.
Gebruik het pneumatische gereedschap niet als u moe bent of onder invloed van drugs, alcohol of medicijnen.
- Gebruik altijd de volgende persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen:
• een beschermende bril;
• beschermingsmasker;
• beschermende handschoenen voor chemische stoffen.
- Richt de vernevelde oplossing nooit op uzelf, andere personen of dieren. Vermijd contact met de ogen.
- De lucht die in het pneumatische gereedschap wordt gebruikt kan water, olie, metalen delen en onzuiverheden bevatten.
Deze elementen kunnen gevaren veroorzaken.
ZORGVULDIG GEBRUIK VAN HET PNEUMATISCHE GEREEDSCHAP
- Overbelast het pneumatische gereedschap niet: gebruik het bij uw eigen werkzaamheden uitsluitend voor het gebruik
waarvoor het bestemd is.
- Controleer altijd of het pneumatische gereedschap heel is. Gebruik het product niet als de start/stopknop defect is. Een
gereedschap dat niet kan worden gestopt of gestart is gevaarlijk en moet worden gerepareerd.

- Onderbreek altijd de luchttoevoer voordat u werkzaamheden op het pneumatische gereedschap verricht. Deze
voorzorgsmaatregel voorkomt dat het gereedschap per ongeluk kan worden ingeschakeld.
- Wanneer het pneumatische gereedschap niet wordt gebruikt, bewaart u het buiten het bereik van kinderen. Sta niet toe dat het
gereedschap wordt gebruikt door personen die deze aanwijzingen niet hebben gelezen.
- Controleer of het pneumatische gereedschap zich in goede staat bevindt: verzeker u ervan dat er geen beschadigde onderdelen
zijn.
- Controleer of er geen andere personen in de buurt aanwezig zijn.
- Gebruik uitsluitend producten die geschikt zijn voor de werkzaamheden die moeten worden verricht, zoals bijvoorbeeld:
• milieuvriendelijke reinigingsmiddelen voor de reiniging van de matten of het interieur van auto’s.
- Er mogen geen wijzigingen aan het pneumatische gereedschap worden aangebracht. Wijzigingen kunnen de efciëntie van de
veiligheidsmaatregelen verminderen en de gevaren voor de gebruiker verhogen.
- Laat het pneumatische gereedschap enkel en alleen door vakmensen repareren. Gebruik originele reserveonderdelen.
- Maak het pneumatische gereedschap schoon door de spuitmond na ieder gebruik met schoon water om te spoelen.

GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING
De luchttoevoer aansluiten
Voor een optimaal gebruik van het pneumatische gereedschap dient men zich altijd aan de maximumdruk van 6,2 bar te houden,
gemeten aan de inlaat van het gereedschap. Voed het gereedschap met schone lucht en zonder condens. Een te hoge druk of
de aanwezigheid van vocht in de toevoerlucht kunnen het gereedschap beschadigen.
GEBRUIK
Start / Stop
Schroef het reservoir helemaal los door het los te draaien tot het verwijderd is. Doe het product erin dat moet worden gebruikt
voor de reiniging. Indien nodig verdunt u het product op grond van zijn kenmerken. Breng het reservoir weer aan door het op
zijn plaats te schroeven.
Om het pistool te starten drukt u de startknop in. Houd de knop tijdens de werkzaamheden ingedrukt. Wanneer u de knop loslaat,
stopt het pistool snel.
Het gereedschap heeft een kraantje om de hoeveelheid reinigingsmiddel te doseren.
Opzuigen
Tijdens de reiniging kan het product direct worden opgezogen door een vloeistofzuiger op het pistool aan te sluiten. Sluit het
pistool via de slang op de zuiger aan (afvoer bovenste gedeelte van het pistool). Start de zuiger en begin met de reiniging. Zorg
ervoor dat het voorste gedeelte van het pistool in aanraking blijft met het oppervlak dat wordt gereinigd, alleen op die manier
wordt een correcte zuigkracht van het product gegarandeerd.
Schakel het pistool en de zuiger na het reinigen uit. Loos de vloeistof niet in het milieu, maar voer hem volgens de geldende
voorschriften af.
Compatibel met de zuiger van Beta code 1873-1874
Ontkoppel altijd de luchttoevoer voordat u het reinigingsmiddel erin doet of bijvult. Deze voorzorgsmaatregel voorkomt
dat het pistool per ongeluk kan gaan werken.
ONDERHOUD
Onderhoudswerkzaamheden en reparaties mogen enkel en alleen door vakmensen worden verricht. Wend u voor deze
werkzaamheden via uw vertrouwde Beta dealer tot het reparatiecentrum van Beta Utensili S.P.A.
AFDANKEN
Het pistool, de accessoires en de verpakkingen moeten volgens de wetten van het land waarin u zich bevindt naar een centrum
voor afvalverwerking worden gestuurd.
GARANTIE
Dit gereedschap is volgens de op dit moment in de Europese Unie geldende voorschriften getest en heeft 12 maanden garantie
bij professioneel gebruik of 24 maanden bij niet professioneel gebruik.
Storingen veroorzaakt door materiaal- of fabrieksfouten worden naar ons goeddunken ofwel gerepareerd of de defecte
onderdelen worden vervangen.
Eén of meerdere reparaties tijdens de garantieperiode wijzigt de verloopdatum ervan niet.
Defecten veroorzaakt door slijtage, een verkeerd of oneigenlijk gebruik, of door vallen en/of stoten worden niet door de garantie
gedekt.
De garantie vervalt wanneer er wijzigingen worden aangebracht, wanneer er met het pneumatische gereedschap wordt geknoeid
en wanneer het gedemonteerd naar de servicedienst wordt gestuurd.
Schade toegebracht aan personen en / of voorwerpen van welke aard en / of natuur, direct en / of indirect is uitdrukkelijk
uitgesloten.

BESTIMMUNGSZWECK
- Die Druckluft-Reinigungspistole ist für die folgenden Anwendungen bestimmt:
• KFZ-Innenraumreinigung mit umweltfreundlichen Reinigungsmitteln
• Reinigung von KFZ-Polsterung, Teppichboden, Sitzen, Innenräumen und Kofferräumen
- Nicht zulässig sind die folgenden Vorgänge:
• Unzulässig ist der Gebrauch mit Benzin, Erdöl und Erdölprodukten
• Unzulässig ist der Gebrauch mit Farben oder Säuren
• Es ist verboten, den Betätigungshebel mit Klebeband oder Schellen zu blockieren
• Unzulässig ist der Gebrauch für alle Anwendungen, die nicht aufgeführt sind
SICHERHEIT DES ARBEITSPLATZES
Dafür sorgen, dass sich Kinder oder Besucher nicht dem Arbeitsplatz nähern können, wenn Sie mit dem Druckluftwerkzeug
arbeiten. Der Aufenthalt anderer Personen lenkt bei der Arbeit ab.
Aufpassen, nicht über die Druckluftleitung zu stolpern, und mit Vorsicht vorgehen auf Oberächen, die durch den Gebrauch
von Reinigungsmitteln während der Reinigungsarbeiten glatt bzw. rutschig werden können.
SICHERHEIT DER DRUCKLUFTWERKZEUGE
- Die Anschlüsse und Luftzufuhrleitungen stets überprüfen. Alle Aggregate, Kupplungen und Schläuche sind entsprechend den
technischen Daten hinsichtlich Druck und Luftuss zu installieren. Ein zu niedriger Druck beeinträchtigt den korrekten Betrieb
des Druckluftwerkzeugs; ein zu hoher Druck führt zu Schäden und/oder Verletzungen.
- Die Schläuche nicht biegen oder drücken. Keine Lösemittel oder scharfe Kanten verwenden. Schützen Sie die Leitungen vor
Hitze, Öl und drehenden Teilen. Bei Beschädigungen eines Schlauchs ist dieser unverzüglich zu ersetzen. Eine fehlerhafte
Zufuhrleitung kann zu unkontrollierbaren Bewegungen der Druckluftleitung führen. Von der Luft aufgewirbelte Späne oder Staub
können die Augen verletzen. Sicherstellen, dass die Schellen für die Schläuche stets gut befestigt sind.
- Das Druckluftwerkzeug niemals durch Ziehen des Schlauchs transportieren
HINWEISE FÜR DIE SICHERHEIT DES PERSONALS
- Bei der Arbeit mit Druckluftwerkzeugen ist stets mit höchster Vorsicht und Konzentration vorzugehen. Auf keinen Fall mit dem
Druckluftwerkzeug arbeiten, wenn Sie müde sind oder unter Drogen-, Alkohol- oder Medikamenteneinuss stehen.
- Stets die folgenden persönlichen Sicherheitsausrüstungen tragen:
• Schutzbrille;
• Schutzmaske;
• Schutzhandschuhe gegen chemische Einwirkungen.
- Den Fluss der zerstäubten Lösung niemals auf sich selbst oder auf andere Personen oder Tiere richten. Kontakt mit den
Augen vermeiden.

KORREKTER GEBRAUCH DES DRUCKLUFTWERKZEUGS
- Das Druckluftwerkzeug nicht überlasten und ausschließlich für die bestimmten Zwecke verwenden.
- Stets die Unversehrtheit des Druckluftwerkzeugs überprüfen. Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht, wenn dessen Start-/Stopp-
Hebel fehlerhaft ist. Ein Werkzeug, das weder angehalten noch gestartet werden kann, ist gefährlich und muss repariert werden.

- Vor jeder Arbeit am Druckluftwerkzeug trennen Sie es von der Luftleitung. Mit dieser Maßnahme wird das unbeabsichtigte
Einschalten des Werkzeugs ausgeschlossen.
- Bei Nichtgebrauch des Druckluftwerkzeugs dieses außer Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren. Das Werkzeug darf auf keinen
Fall von Personen benutzt werden, die nicht die Bedienungsanleitung gelesen haben.
- Überprüfen Sie, dass das Druckluftwerkzeug in einwandfreiem Zustand ist: Stellen Sie sicher, dass keine Teile beschädigt sind.

ANLEITUNGI
Luftversorgungsanschluss
Für einen korrekten Gebrauch des Druckluftwerkzeugs ist stets der max. Betriebsdruck von 6.2 bar zu verwenden, der am Eingang
des Werkzeugs gemessen wird. Das Druckluftwerkzeug mit reiner und kondensatfreier Luft versorgen. Ein zu hoher Druck oder
Feuchtigkeit in der Zufuhrluft kann zu Schäden am Werkzeug führen.
GEBRAUCH
Start / Stop
Den Tank ganz aufschrauben und entfernen. Das Reinigungsmittel eingießen. Falls erforderlich, das Produkt aufgrund seiner
Eigenschaften verdünnen. Den Tank wieder einschrauben.
Zum Starten der Pistole den Betätigungshebel drücken. Den Betätigungshebel während des Arbeitsvorgangs gedrückt halten. Bei
Lösen des Hebels stoppt die Pistole schnell.
Das Werkzeug ist mit einem Hahn zur Dosierung des Reinigungsmittels versehen.
Absaugung
Während dem Reinigungs-/Waschvorgang kann das Produkt direkt abgesaugt werden, indem Sie einen Flüssigkeitssauger an
die Pistole anschließen. Mittels des Schlauchs die Pistole mit dem Sauger verbinden (Abuss oberer Teil der Pistole). Den Sauger
einschalten und den Reinigungs-/Waschvorgang starten, wobei darauf zu achten ist, dass das Frontteil der Pistole mit der zu
waschenden Oberäche in Kontakt ist; nur so wird eine korrekte Absaugung des Produkts garantiert.
Nach abgeschlossener Reinigung die Pistole und den Flüssigkeitssauger ausschalten. Die Flüssigkeit darf nicht in die Umwelt
gelangen, sondern muss entsprechend den geltenden Vorschriften und Normen entsorgt werden.
Kompatibel mit Flüssigkeitssauger Beta Artikelnr. 1873-1874
Vor dem Eingießen oder der Hinzufügung des Reinigungsmittels ist stets die Luftzufuhr zu unterbrechen. Mit dieser
Maßnahme wird ein unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten der Pistole ausgeschlossen.
WARTUNG
Die Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten dürfen nur von qualiziertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden. Für diese Eingriffe können
Sie sich an das Reparaturzentrum Beta Utensili S.P.A. über Ihren Beta Händler wenden.
ENTSORGUNG
Die Pistole, die Zubehörteile und die Verpackung müssen entsprechend den im Benutzerland geltenden Gesetzen zu einer
Entsorgungs- und Sammelstelle gebracht werden.
GARANTIE
Dieses Werkzeug wird entsprechend den in der Europäischen Gemeinschaft geltenden Bestimmungen hergestellt und geprüft
und hat eine Garantie für einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten für den beruichen Gebrauch oder von 24 Monaten für den privaten
Gebrauch.
Störungen, die auf Material- oder Fertigungsfehler zurückzuführen sind, werden unentgeltlich durch Reparatur oder Austausch der
defekten Teile beseitigt bzw. wieder instandgesetzt.
Die Durchführung einer oder mehrerer Reparaturen unter Garantie hat keinerlei Auswirkungen auf die Garantiedauer des
Werkzeugs.
Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind Fehler, die auf natürlichen Verschleiß, unsachgemäßen Gebrauch und Brüche infolge von
Stößen und/oder Stürzen zurückzuführen sind. Die Garantie verfällt, wenn das Druckluftwerkzeug verändert oder dem
Kundendienst in +beschädigtem oder zerlegtem Zustand übergeben wird.

- No están permitidas las siguientes operaciones:
• está prohibido el uso con gasolina, petróleo y derivados
• está prohibido el uso con pinturas o ácido
• está prohibido bloquear la palanca de accionamiento con cinta adhesiva o abrazaderas
• está prohibido el uso en todas las aplicaciones diferentes de las indicadas
SEGURIDAD DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO
Impida que niños o visitantes puedan acercarse al puesto de trabajo mientras se está trabajando con la herramienta
neumática. La presencia de otras personas produce distracción.
Preste atención al peligro de tropiezo en la manguera del aire así como a las supercies que pueden resultar
resbaladizas debido al uso de detergentes durante las operaciones de lavado.
SEGURIDAD DE LAS HERRAMIENTAS NEUMÁTICAS
- Compruebe las uniones de conexión y las tuberías de alimentación. Todos los grupos, las juntas y los tubos exibles han
de instalarse según los datos técnicos relativos a la presión y al ujo de aire. Una presión demasiado baja perjudica el
funcionamiento de la herramienta neumática, una presión alta puede producir daños y/o lesiones.
- Evite doblar o apretar las mangueras. Evite utilizar disolventes y cantos cortantes. Proteja los tubos de calor, aceite y
partes giratorias. Sustituya inmediatamente una manguera dañada. Una tubería de alimentación defectuosa puede producir
movimientos incontrolados del tubo del aire comprimido. Polvos o virutas levantados por el aire pueden producir lesiones a
los ojos. Asegúrese que las abrazaderas para mangueras estén siempre bien jadas.
- No transporte nunca la herramienta sujetándola por la manguera.
INDICACIÓN PARA LA SEGURIDAD DEL PERSONAL
- Se recomienda la máxima atención, tratando de concentrarse siempre en lo que se hace. No utilizar la herramienta
neumática en caso de cansancio o bajo el efecto de drogas, bebidas alcohólicas o medicinas.
- Utilice siempre los siguientes dispositivos individuales de protección:
• gafas de protección;
• máscara de protección;
• guantes de protección para agentes químicos.
- No dirija nunca el ujo de la solución nebulizada hacia usted mismo, otras personas o animales. Evite el contacto con los
ojos.
- El aire utilizado en la herramienta neumática puede contener agua, aceite, partículas metálicas e impurezas. Dichos
elementos pueden plantear peligros.
UTILIZACIÓN ATENTA DE LA HERRAMIENTA NEUMÁTICA
- No someta la herramienta neumática a sobrecarga: efectúe sus trabajos utilizándola exclusivamente para el uso previsto.
- Compruebe siempre la integridad de la herramienta neumática. No utilice el producto cuando la palanca de arranque/parada
está defectuosa. Una herramienta que no puede detenerse o arrancarse es peligrosa y ha de repararse.
IMPORTANTE: LEA COMPLETAMENTE ESTE MANUAL ANTES DE
UTILIZAR LA HERRAMIENTA NEUMÁTICA. DE NO RESPETAR LAS

- Interrumpa siempre la alimentación del aire antes de llevar a cabo cualquier tipo de operación en la herramienta neumática. Esta
medida de prevención impide la puesta en marcha accidental de la herramienta.
- Cuando la herramienta neumática no se utiliza, guárdela fuera del radio de acceso de los niños. No permita utilizar la herramienta
a personas que no hayan leído estas instrucciones.
- Compruebe que la herramienta neumática esté en buenas condiciones: asegúrese de que no haya partes dañadas.
- Asegúrese de que no haya otras personas en las cercanías.
- Utilice exclusivamente productos adecuados para la actividad prevista:
• detergentes para la limpieza de alfombras o interiores de coche, respetando el medio ambiente.
- La herramienta neumática no ha de modicarse. Las modicaciones pueden reducir la ecacia de las medidas de seguridad y
aumentar los riesgos para el operario.
- La reparación de la herramienta neumática ha de correr a cargo tan sólo y exclusivamente de personal especializado. Utilice
piezas de repuesto originales.
- Limpie la herramienta neumática aclarando la boquilla con agua limpia después de cada uso.

INSTRUCCIONES
Conexión alimentación del aire
Para utilizar correctamente la herramienta neumática respete siempre la presión máxima de 6.2 bares, medida en la entrada
de la herramienta. Alimente la herramienta con aire limpio y sin agua de condensación. Una presión demasiado elevada o la
presencia de humedad en el aire de alimentación pueden producir daños a la herramienta.
UTILIZACIÓN
Arranque / Parada
Aoje completamente el depósito, desenroscándolo hasta que se retire. Introduzca el producto a utilizar para el lavado. De ser
necesario, diluya el producto según sus características. Vuelva a montar el depósito, enroscándolo.
Para arrancar la pistola pulse la palanca de accionamiento. Durante la ejecución del trabajo manténgala pulsada. Al soltar la
palanca, la pistola se detiene rápidamente.
La herramienta está dotada de un grifo para dosicar la cantidad de detergente
Aspiración
Durante el lavado se puede aspirar directamente el producto conectando a la pistola un aspirador de líquidos. Mediante el tubo
exible conecte la pistola con el aspirador (evacuación parte superior de la pistola). Ponga en marcha el aspirador y proceda
con el lavado prestando atención para mantener la parte frontal de la pistola en contacto con la supercie que se está lavando;
sólamente de esta forma se asegura una aspiración correcta del producto.
Tras nalizar el lavado, apague la pistola y el aspirador. Se recomienda no dispersar el líquido en el medio ambiente, sino
eliminarlo conforme a lo previsto por las leyes vigentes.

Interrumpa siempre la alimentación de aire antes de llevar a cabo operaciones de introducción o añadido de detergente.
Esta medida de prevención impide el arranque accidental de la pistola.
MANTENIMIENTO
Las actuaciones de mantenimiento y reparación ha de llevarlas a cabo tan sólo y exclusivamente personal especializado. En
caso de dichas actuaciones puede acudir al centro de reparaciones de Beta Utensili S.P.A. a través de su revendedor Beta de
conanza.
ELIMINACIÓN
La pistola, los accesorios y los embalajes han de enviarse a un centro de recogida y eliminación de residuos, según la normativa
vigente en el país en el que se encuentra.
GARANTÍA
Esta herramienta se ha fabricado y ensayado conforme a la normativa actualmente vigente en la Unión Europea y tiene una
garantía por un periodo de 12 meses para uso profesional o 24 meses para uso no profesional.
Se repararán averías debidas a defectos de material o producción mediante reposición o sustitución de piezas defectuosas a
nuestra discreción.
La efectuación de una o más actuaciones durante el período de garantía no modica la fecha de caducidad de la misma.
No están sujetos a garantía defectos debidos al desgaste, al uso incorrecto o impropio y las rupturas ocasionadas por golpes y/o
caídas. La garantía cesa cuando se aportan modicaciones, cando la herramienta neumática se altera o se envía para reparación
desmontada.
Quedan expresamente excluidos daños ocasionados a personas y/o objetos de cualquier tipo y/o naturaleza, directos y/o
indirectos.

FINALIDADE DE USO
- A pistola pneumática para lavagem é destinada ao uso a seguir:
• trabalhos de limpeza de interiores de automóveis com o uso de detergentes, no respeito do ambiente
• limpeza de tapetes e estofos de automóveis, alcatifas, assentos, habitáculos e bagageiros
- Não podem ser efetuadas as operações a seguir:
• é proibida a utilização com gasolina, petróleo e derivados
• é proibida a utilização com tintas ou ácidos
• é proibido travar a alavanca de acionamento com ta adesiva ou abraçadeiras
• é proibido o uso para todas as aplicações diferentes daquelas indicadas
SEGURANÇA DA POSIÇÃO DE TRABALHO
Impedir que crianças ou visitantes possam aproximar-se da posição de trabalho enquanto se está operando com a
ferramenta pneumática. A presença de outras pessoas provoca distração.
Prestar atenção no perigo de tropeçar no tubo exível do ar e nas superfícies que podem tornar-se escorregadias por causa
da utilização de detergentes durante as operações de lavagem.
SEGURANÇA DAS FERRAMENTAS PNEUMÁTICAS
- Controlar conexões de ligação e tubagens de alimentação. Todos os conjuntos, as junções e as mangueiras devem ser
instaladas de conformidade com os dados técnicos relativos a pressão e uxo de ar. Uma pressão muito baixa prejudica o
funcionamento da ferramenta pneumática, uma pressão alta pode causar danos e/ou ferimentos.
- Evitar dobrar ou apertar as mangueiras. Evitar o uso de solventes e arestas aadas. Proteger os tubos do calor, óleo e
partes rotativas. Substituir imediatamente uma mangueira danicada. Uma tubagem de alimentação defeituosa pode causar
movimentos descontrolados do tubo do ar comprimido. Poeiras ou limalhas erguidas pelo ar podem provocar ferimentos nos
olhos. Vericar que as abraçadeiras para mangueiras estejam sempre bem xadas.
- Não transportar nunca a ferramenta pneumática segurando-a pela mangueira.
INDICAÇÃO PARA A SEGURANÇA DO PESSOAL
- Recomenda-se a máxima atenção tomando o cuidado de concentrar-se sempre nas próprias ações. Não utilizar a ferramenta
pneumática no caso de cansaço ou sob o efeito de drogas, bebidas alcoólicas ou remédios.
- Utilizar sempre os equipamentos de proteção individual a seguir:
• óculos de proteção;
• máscara de proteção;
• luvas de proteção para agentes químicos.
- O uxo da solução pulverizada nunca deve ser direcionado na própria direção, em outras pessoas ou animais. Evitar o contato
com os olhos.
- O ar utilizado na ferramenta pneumática pode conter água, óleo, partículas metálicas e impurezas. Esses elementos podem
provocar perigos.
UTILIZAÇÃO CUIDADOSA DA FERRAMENTA PNEUMÁTICA
- Não submeter a ferramenta pneumática a sobrecarga: efetuar os próprios trabalhos utilizando-a exclusivamente para quanto
previsto.
