Mode View
The display shows the modes available on TurboVap®96 Dual.

1Mode Mode selection. Press to select mode.
2Off The corresponding side is turned off
3Manual mode Evaporate until the user presses the Stop
button
4Time mode Evaporate for a set period of time
5Method mode There are several options
6Split to left and right The left and right sides operate the same
evaporation run
7Cancel Mode selection is cancelled
Manual Mode View
The display shows Manual Mode View. The left side is ready to
start and the right side is running an evaporation.

8Manifold setup The selected/installed manifold
9Gas flow The current and set gas flow in L/min
10 Gas temperature The current and set gas temperature
in

11 Plate temperature The current and set plate temperature in
°C or °F *
12 Plate height The current and set plate height in mm.
Press to move the plate up or down.
13 Start Press to start the evaporation
14 Pause Press to pause the evaporation
15 Stop Press to stop the evaporation
16 System settings Press to define system settings. Displays
the system settings screen.
* The temperature unit can be changed in the common settings.
Change a Setting
1. Press the button for the setting you want to change.
2. Press the Up and Down arrows in the appearing dialog
to change the setting step by step. Alternatively, use the
numeric keypad to enter numbers.
Time Mode View
The display shows Time Mode View. The left side is ready to
start and the right side is running an evaporation.
17 Time The set evaporation time in minutes. Press the
button to change the evaporation time.
18 Progress bar The progress bar shows remaining and/or
elapsed time of the current evaporation.

The display shows System Settings View.
19 Mode Mode selection. Press to select mode.
20 Common Settings Press to change common settings.
Displays the common settings screen.
21 Evaporation Settings Press to change evaporation settings.
Displays the evaporation settings screen.
22 Network and Firmware Press to change network, software and
firmware settings *
23 System Information Press to change system information

24 Cancel Mode selection is cancelled

Common Settings View
The display shows Common Settings View.
25 Manifold Setup The selected/installed manifold. Press to
change manifold setup.
26 Cabinet Light Cabinet light intensity. Press (–) or (+) to
change the light intensity or to turn off the
light.
27 Alarm Volume The current and set alarm volume. Press to
change the alarm volume.
28 Temp Unit The set temperature unit used by the system.
Press to switch between °C and °F.
29 Screen Brightness Brightness of the touch screen. Press (–) or
(+) to change the brightness.

Evaporation Settings View
The display shows Evaporation Settings View.
30 Wait for gas
temperature
Tick the box to wait for the gas temperature
to reach the set gas temperature before
starting an evaporation.
31 Wait for plate
temperature
Tick the box to wait for the plate
temperature to reach the set plate
temperature before starting an evaporation.
32 Idle Heating Set the idle gas and plate temperature
heating to Off (no preheating), On (set
the values for gas and plate preheating by
pressing the buttons) or Auto (values from
the last method or manual run when set to
Auto).
33 System idle gas
temperature
The set system idle gas temperature
in °C
or °F *.
Press to change the temperature.
34 System idle plate
temperature
The set system idle plate temperature
in °C
or °F *.
Press to change the temperature.
