Components
Upon unpacking your entertainment unit from it’s delivery box, you should
have the separate pieces shown below. Follow the steps on the next pages to
assemble your new entertainment unit.

1.1 Align the base of the push-to-open set (V) with
corresponding holes on top panel (1) and secure into
place using the screws (K). Repeat for the other base.

Align the bottom of the push-to-open pin with
the slot on the back of the base.
1.3 Push the pin to secure it into place.

Take the base (4) and insert a dowel (A) into each of
the inner holes along the bottom and a cam screw (B)
into the outer holes. Align the each wall (3) to their
corresponding place along the base and rmly press
together. Insert a cam lock (C) on the inside of the
entertainment unit as shown in the diagram.

Turn it over and slide the back walls (2) into place.

Step 4
Step 5 Insert the back panel connectors (I) into proper places
and secure them with screws (H) .
Insert a dowel (A) into each of the inner holes along
the top of the top panel (1) and a cam screw (B) in the
outer holes. Align each side/inner wall so that all the
parts align to the corresponding holes and rmly press
into place. Insert a cam lock (C) into the holes on the
inside of the entertainment unit as shown.

6.1 Cover each of the cam lock with a plastic cap (F) .
6.2 Align a leg to the underside of the formed structure
so that the screw holes are overlapping. Fit a washer
(E) to a bolt (D) and screw into place using a screw
driver. Repeat for the remaining holes and then repeat
for the remaining legs.
6.3 Attach a feet pad (L) to the underside of each foot.

7.1 Separate the hinge (J) by sliding the two halves out
from one another and attach the mountain plate to the
inner wall of the entertainment unit as shown in the
diagram (by screwing it into place).
7.2 Align the hinge-arm to the corresponding holes on
the door and screw into place.
7.3 Fix the screw (V) of the push-to-open set into place.

Step 8 With another person holding the door, slide the hinges
back together. Insert the screws and tighten.
Step 9 Repeat step 7 and step 8 to t the door on the other
side.

Step 10 e following steps are to instruct how to adjust the
hinges if needed.
10.1 Vertical adjustment via slots on mounting plate
by slackening and retightening the screws on the
mounting plate.
10.2 Lateral adjustment by screw adjusment.
10.3 Front-to-Back adjustment by slackening and
retightening the hinge-arm mounting screw.

Step 11 the door if needed.
11.1 Have a second person supporting the door
during the removal process. Using a screw driver to
remove the screw from the hinge holding the two
halves together.
11.2 Slide the hinge-arm attached to the door out to
remove the door of the unit.
