HBP-V40 由以下部件组成:
1.顶部铜件
2.密封连接配件
3.透明滤杯
该过滤器用于过滤饮用水和生活用水。它能保护
管道及其相连的设施，防止因铁锈颗粒、碎片、沙
子、纤维等杂质造成的故障和污染。过滤器不能用于
经化学处理的循环水、工艺水和连续用于冷却系统的
冷却水。
该过滤器不适用于油、油脂、溶剂、肥皂水和其
他润滑介质，也不适用于分离水溶性物质。

遵守所有当地安装规则、一般指南和技术规范。
必须连接至污水系统（排水），最小管径
DN40。
注意：安装现场必须防冻，必须保证过滤器免
受溶剂蒸汽、燃油、垃圾、各种化学品、紫外线辐
射和40℃以上热源的影响。
注意：避免在塑料零件表面使用油、油脂、溶
剂和酸性或碱性清洁剂。在猛烈碰撞或撞击后，例
如，使用不合适的工具，或落在坚硬地面上等（以
防突然爆裂），即使没有可见的损坏，塑料零件也
必须更换，避免极端的压力冲击。

安装条件
根据过滤器的标称宽度，在相同尺寸的冷水管
道中安装过滤器，并安装在需要保护的设备之前。
在过滤器前后安装截止阀。
将连接件（2）与管道相连，并在水平冷水管
道中沿流向（见流向箭头）安装过滤器（见安装草
图）。
使用软管将冲洗水接头连接至污水管道或提供
一个废水桶(容量约10升)。
请注意：根据德国工业标准EN 1717，冲洗水
管必须安装在距离最高废水水位以下至少20毫米
（以便顺利排水）。
安装
未经处理的水通过原水进水口流入过滤器，然后
从内部通过过滤元件后流到净水出口。大于90微米
的杂质被截留在滤芯内部。滤芯需要通过定期反冲
洗进行清洁。进行反冲洗时，废水口可以通过旋钮
打开，同时反冲洗元件也被打开。滤芯内部的杂质
通过抽吸被清除，并冲洗到废水口排走。

应用

检查过滤器和冲洗水管是否安装正确。
截止阀还不能打开。检查透明滤杯(3)是否正确安
装，然后顺时针转动旋钮(5)。
缓慢打开过滤器前后的截止阀，并对（过滤器
后部）最靠近过滤器的排气管进行排气。
如果冲洗水管没有连接到排水口，在反冲洗前提供
一个废水桶。
逆时针打开旋钮，直到听到水流出来，然后再
次关闭。检查过滤器是否密封良好。
如果在保修期内出现故障，请联系我们的客户
服务部门，并说明过滤器的型号和生产编号（参见
参数表或铭牌）。
任何保修工作只能由我公司专业的客户服务部
门执行。
不符合安装条件或未经授权的操作人员进行维
修/保养，将使保修失效。

保修期
建议每月进行一次反冲洗，以防止污垢颗粒沉
积在滤芯上。（如果水质较差反冲洗频率也应该相
应增加）
在开始反冲洗之前，如果冲洗水管没有连接到
排水口，则需要提供一个废水桶收集废水。
反冲洗
逆时针打开反冲洗旋钮(5)，直到听到水流出
来，然后再次关闭。检查过滤器是否密封良好。
塑料零件只能用浸湿的软布清洗。请勿使用任
何溶剂或清洁剂或酸性清洁剂。
所有技术设备都需要定期维护。根据德国工业
标准1988，维护必须由专业技术人员进行，专业
人员也会定期更换易磨损的零件。因此，我们建议
签订维护合同。
非技术设备部分必须每年维护一次或两次。维
护应由安装方或制造商来执行。

HBP-V40 consisting of:

Observe the local installation regulations, general
guidelines, general hygiene regulations and the
technical specifications.
A connection to the sewage system (discharge) of
min. DN 40 should be available.
Attention: The installation site must be protected
against frost and must ensure the protection of the
filter against e.g. solvent vapours, fuel oil, lees,
chemicals of any kind, UV radiation and heat
sources above 40 °C.
Attention: keep the plastic parts free from grease,
solvents and acidic as well as basic detergents.
The plastic parts must be replaced even if there is
no visible damage after severe concussions and
shocks e.g. due to the use of unsuitable tools or if
dropped on stone floors etc (danger of bursting).
Avoid extreme pressure impact.
This filter is intended for the filtration of drinking
and service water. It protects the water pipes and
the connected water system parts from malfunc-
tions and corrosion damage due to impurities such
as rust particles, chippings, sand, hemp, etc. The
filter cannot be used in applications with chemi-
cally treated circulating water, process water and
cooling water for continuous cooling systems.
In applications with water containing coarse im-
purities, a coarse dirt separator must be used. The
filter is not suitable for oils, greases, solvents,
soaps and other lubricating media nor for the
separation of watersoluble substances.
The untreated water flows through the untreated
water inlet into the filter and from there from the
inside to the outside through the filter element into
the clean water outlet. Any impurities >90 μm are
trapped on the inside of the filter cloth. The filter
element needs to be cleaned by backwashing at
regular intervals. For the backwashing process,
the waste water connection is opened by turning
the turning knob and the backwashing element is
also turned. The particles on the filter cloth are re-
moved by suction and then washed out.
Scope of Supply
Application
Function
Install filter according to its nominal width in cold
water pipes of the same dimensions and before
the equipment to be protected. Install stop valves
before and after the filter.
Assemble the connection fittings (2) in the pipe
and install filter in flow direction (see flow direc-
tion arrow) in the horizontal cold water pipe (see
installation sketch).
Route the flushing water connection with hose to
the sewage channel or provide a collection basin
(capacity approx. 10 l).
Please note: According to DIN EN 1717, the
flushing water hose must be installed at a mini-
mum distance of 20mm to the highest possible
waste water level (free discharge).
Installation
Installation Conditions

Check the filter and the flushing water pipe for
proper installation. The stop valves must not be
opened yet. Check the transparent cylinder (3) for
proper fit and then close the turning knob (5) by
turning it clockwise.
Slowly open the stop valves before and after the
filter and deaerate the pipework at the air bleed
closest to the filter (after the filter).
Before backwashing provide a collecting basin, if
the flushing water pipe is not connected to the
waste water system.
Open the turning knob counter-clockwise until
you can hear water running out and then close it
again. Check whether the filter is correctly sealed.
Backwashing
Open the turning knob (5) counter-clockwise
until you can hear water running out and then
close it again. Check whether the filter is cor-
rectly sealed.
The plastic parts may only be cleaned with a
soft, damp cloth. Do not use any solvents or
detergents nor acid cleaners.
A backwash must be carried out once a month to
prevent dirt particles from settling on the filter cloth
(or more frequently with higher amounts of dirt).
Before starting the backwash procedure,
provide a collecting basin, if the flushing water pipe
is not connected to the waste water system.
All technical equipment requires regular mainte-
nance. According to DIN 1988, maintenance must
be carried out by expert technical staff who also
replaces the parts subject to wear and tear. We
therefore recommend closing a maintenance
contract.
Maintenance must be carried out once a year, or
twice a year for communal installations. It is to be
carried out by the installer or manufacturer.

Any warranty work may only be carried out by our
Customer Service.
Non-compliance with the installation conditions
and maintenance/repair carried out by unautho-
rized operator voids the warranty.
