PERICOLO!
Assicuratevi di aver fissato saldamente alla bicicletta i sensori, i ma-
gneti, i cavi e gli altri componenti affinché non si allentino durante l’uso. Il
loro allentamento potrebbe essere causa di cadute e di gravi lesioni.
Installazione
Inserite il trasduttore nel comando Ergopower, installate il sensore di veloci-
tà (SPD) sulla forcella e il sensore di cadenza* (CDC) sul fodero orizzontale
(Entrambi i sensori sono collegati alla basetta).
Installate la basetta vicino all’attacco manubrio.

Se i comandi Ergopower sono giàmontati sul-
la vostra bicicletta dovrete rimuoverli dal ma-
nubrio (fate riferimento alle istruzioni dei co-
mandi Ergopower).
*) Potete decidere voi se installare o no il sen-
sore di cadenza (CDC).
Trasduttori
Nota: Fate attenzione a non perdere i pezzi di
dimensione molto ridotta forniti nella
confezione.
Nota: Alcuni pezzi sono realizzati apposita-
mente per essere montati a destra o a
sinistra, fate attenzione a non montarli
invertiti.
PERICOLO!
Tenete tutti i pezzi lontani dalla portata
dei bambini.
1. Portate il comando nella posizione di pigno-
ne piùpiccolo.
2. Rimuovete l’Ergopower per mezzo di una
chiave a brugola da 5mm.
3. Rimuovete l’inserto in resina alla base del
comando.
4. Inserite delicatamente il trasduttore nel co-
mando, spingendo contemporaneamente il
corpo e l’appendice superiore dell’inserto,
dopo aver verificato il suo verso di montag-
gio **.
Verificate che l’anello rotante dentato sia
posizionato come indicato nella figura.
**) Il trasduttore con l’anello rotante di colo-
re nero va montato sul comando sinistro
mentre quello con l’anello bianco (9v) o ros-
so (10v) va sul comando destro.
5. Installate i pulsanti nei comandi come illustrato.
Il pulsante marcato "DX" èper il comando de-
stro, quello "SX" per il sinistro.In caso abbiate
montato il pulsante dalla parte sbagliata non
tentate di estrarlo ma rimuovete il trasduttore e
spingete il pulsante verso l’interno.
6. Rimontate l’Ergopower sul manubrio.
Fate riferimento al manuale d’istruzioni dei
comandi Ergopower per le operazioni di mon-
taggio, smontaggio e regolazione del cavo.
Rimozione del trasduttore
Rimuovete con cautela il trasduttore e preme-
te il pulsante verso l’interno del comando.

Sensori e Magneti di velocità (SPD) e cadenza (CDC)
• Posizionate i sensori in modo che la loro distanza dai magneti sia infe-
riore ai 5mm e che il centro del magnete durante la rotazione sia allinea-
to con la linea di riferimento sul sensore.
Importante:posizionate il magnete ed il sensore ad una distanza massima di
10 cm dal perno del mozzo.
Fissate il sensore di velocità(SPD) alla forcella anteriore destra.Fissate il ma-
gnete per la velocità(SPD) ad un raggio della ruota anteriore.
Fissate il sensore di cadenza (CDC) al fodero orizzontale sinistro. Inserite lo
speciale magnete per la cadenza (CDC) nel foro del perno pedale. Se ciònon
fosse possibile, installate il magnete tradizionale sul lato interno della pedivella
per mezzo della fascetta di nylon fornita.
Nota: I magneti possono danneggiare orologi o altri strumenti posti nelle loro
vicinanze.
Nota: Installate saldamente sensori e magneti in modo che non si allentino du-
rante l’uso.

Basetta
Fissate il supporto a fianco dell’attacco manubrio (alla sua destra).Stringete la vite.
Fissate la basetta sul supporto e stringete la vite.Regolate la posizione e l’incli-
nazione del supporto in modo che l’unitàcentrale sia allineata al manubrio.
Cavi di collegamento dei sensori di velocità e cadenza
I connettori per il collegamento dei sensori di velocitàe cadenza si trovano sulla
basetta.
Per disconnettere il cavo del sensore di cadenza o per sostituire uno dei cavi
seguite la seguente procedura:
1. Rimuovete la vite nella parte bassa della basetta e togliete il coperchio del
connettore.
2. Sfilate il connettore. Se non dovete sostituirlo coprite lo spazio vuoto con
l’apposito inserto, rimontate il coperchio e bloccatelo per mezzo della vite.

Inserite dall’alto verso il basso l’unitàprincipale nella basetta.Per estrarla, sol-
levatela.
Attenzione: non cortocircuitare i contatti dell'unitàprincipale

DANGER!
Be sure to attach all sensors, magnets, wires, and other hardware securely
to the bicycle so they will not become loose when riding. If they become
loose, they could cause you to fall from the bicycle, resulting in serious per-
sonal injury.
How to Install
Insert the interface sensor into your Ergopower lever, attach the SPD sensor
to your front fork and the CDC sensor* to your chainstay.(All of these sensors

are connected to the bracket.) Then install the
bracket to the center of your handlebar.
If your bicycle already has the Ergopower le-
vers, you need to detach them according to the
instruction.
*) Whether to install the CDC sensor or not, is
your choice.

Note: Tiny parts are included.Be careful not to
lose them.
Note: Some parts are specified for right side
and left side.Be careful not to install them
in the reverse way.

Keep all parts out of the reach of children.
1. Shift to the lowest gear.
2. Detach the Ergopower lever using a 5mm
allen key.
3. Remove the resin cover located at the bot-
tom of the body.
4. Carefully insert the interface sensor into the
lever, pushing gently on the main part of the
insert and on the upper appendix at the same
time, paying also attention to the right and
the left**.
Note that the position of the rotary-ring
should be as illustrated.
**) The interface sensor with the black ro-
tary-ring is for the left lever, the interface
sensor with the white ring (9s) or the red ring
(10s) are for the right lever.
5. Install the switch button onto the lever as il-
lustrated."DX" is for the right lever and "SX"
for the left. In case you have installed it to
the wrong side, do not pull it out forcibly, but
remove the interface sensor first and push
the button inward.
6. Reinstall the Ergopower lever to your han-
dlebar.
Refer to the instruction manual of the Ergopower
for howtoinstall and detachtheErgopowerlever,
as well as for how to adjust the cable.
How to Remove Interface Sensor
Remove the interface sensor, then push the
button inward.
Insert the switch button
as figure shows.

SPD Sensor and Magnet / CDC Sensor and Magnet
•Install the sensors so that the clearance between the sensors and their
magnets become less than 5mm, and that the center of the magnets and
their sensors' marking lines align when rotating the wheel.
Important: attach the sensor and the magnet within 10cm from the hub axle.
Attach the SPD sensor to the right front fork. Attach the SPD magnet to the
spoke of the front wheel.
Attach the CDC sensor to the left chainstay. Insert the CDC magnet into the hole
of the pedal axle.If this is not possible, install the covered magnet on the inner
side of the crankarm using the nylon tie supplied.
Note: Magnets can damage watches and other instruments.
Note: Fix the sensors and magnets securely so that they will not become loose
when riding.

Bracket
Attach the arm next to the handlebar stem (right side).Tighten the screw.
Attach the bracket to the arm and tighten the screw. Adjust the angle and the
position of the arm so that the main unit comes to the center of the handlebar.
SPD/CDC SensorWire
The connectors of the SPD sensor and CDC sensor are inside the bracket.
When detaching the CDC sensor wire, or when replacing either of the wires,
follow the procedures below:
1. Remove the screw at the bottom of the bracket.Then remove the connector
cover.
2. Take off the connector. If you do not replace it with a new one, fill the empty
space with the spacer and reinstall the connector cover with the screw.
Main Unit
Slide the main unit down from upside.To remove it, pull the unit upward.
Warning: do not short-circuit the contacts of the main unit.

DANGER!
Assurez-vous de bien fixer les senseurs, les aimants, les câbles et les
autres composants au vélo afin d’éviter tout relâchement durant l’utilisation.
Leur relâchement ou bien leur détachement pourrait causer des accidents
et des graves blessures.
Installation
Inserez le transducteur dans la poignée Ergopower, installez le senseur de
la vitesse (SPD) sur la fourche et le senseur de la cadence* (CDC) sur la
base gauche (les deux senseurs sont connectés au support).
Installez le support au milieu du cintre.
