Donning of Dräger Saver CF

Grip the loop on the lid of the carrying bag and pull fir ly
upward to break the anti-ta per tag. Open the flap of the
bag which then releases the locking clip fro the valve
turning on the air supply to the hood.

I ediately re ove the hood fro the carrying bag.

Place both hands inside the hood neck seal, place chin
inside half ask and pull hood over head fro front to
back.

Position half ask over nose and outh and
breath nor ally.

I ediately leave the hazardous area by the shortest
and safest route.
Safet Warning: Do not re ove the
equip ent until in a safe area and clear of hazard.

Check contents gauge ensuring the
cylinder is fully pressurised (i.e. 200 bar).
The gauge needle ust be inside the
green seg ent of the gauge face.

Place neck strap of carrying bag over head. Adjust
length of strap until equip ent sits in the centre of
chest. Fix waistbelt, if fitted, and adjust by pulling the
free end until equip ent is secure and co fortable.
An intact anti-ta per device ensures full
perfor ance. If this device is broken the
unit ust be checked.

Grip the loop on the lid of the carrying case and pull

Lift the full-face ask fro the carrying case and
i ediately put on the ask.

Donning the full-face ask: Using one hand, hold the
ask onto the face and with the other hand, pull the
elastic head harness over the back of head, locating the
harness centrally with the back of the head.

Tighten both lower straps evenly towards back of the
head.

On achieving the face seal and on taking your first breath
of inhalation the lung de and valve will auto atically
switch to positive pressure starting air supply to ask.
Breathe nor ally and i ediately leave the hazardous
area by shortest and safest escape route.
