INSTRUMENT OPERATION - Insert the
battery into the battery compartment
located at the end of unit. The instrument
will perform a self-test, and within five
seconds the ambient readings will be
displayed. The unit is switched on/off by
pressing the button located on the front.
The instrument monitors the humidity and
temperature simultaneously.
MAX/MIN MEMORY FUNCTION - To display
the maximum reading press the MAX/MIN
button located at the back of the unit and a
'Max' symbol will be displayed. Press the
MAX/MIN button again to display the
minimum reading and a 'Min' symbol will be
displayed. To return to normal readings press
the MAX/MIN button again. To clear the
max/min temperature memory, press the
MAX/MIN button for three seconds or turn the
instrument off. Please note: Maximum and
minimum readings are not saved so switching
the thermometer off will clear these readings.
°C/°F FUNCTION - Press the °C/°F button on
the back of the instrument to switch between
Centigrade and Fahrenheit.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT - Replace the
battery immediately the reading becomes
erratic or the display clarity fades, using a
AAA battery or 1.5V equivalent. The battery is
located under the battery cover at the end of
the instrument.
EMC/RFI - Instrument performance may be
affected if operated within a high frequency
radio field, such as near a mobile phone, or if
subjected to an electrostatic shock.

relevé minimal et le symbole 'Min' s’affichera.
Appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton
MAX/MIN pour revenir aux valeurs de mesure
normales. Pour effacer la mémoire de
température max/min, appuyer pendant
3 secondes sur le bouton MAX/MIN ou
éteindre le thermomètre. Remarque: les
valeurs maximum et minimum mesurées
ne sont pas sauvegardées, éteindre le
thermomètre effacera donc ces valeurs.
°C/°F - Appuyez sur le bouton °C/°F à l’arrière
du thermomètre pour basculer entre Celsius
et Fahrenheit.
REMPLACEMENT DE LA PILE - Remplacez
immédiatement la pile lorsque la mesure
devient irrégulière ou la clarté d’affichage
diminue, en utilisant une pile AAA ou son
équivalent à 1,5 V. La pile se trouve sous le
couvercle du logement à pile, à l’extrémité de
l’instrument.
