Assembly checklist
Useful information
Read through the instructions carefully
before you begin.
Identify and lay out all of the components
before you begin assembly.
! Never use power tools unless specifically instructed. They can damage your components or
hardware if used incorrectly.
! If you are having any diculties assembling your product, missing any hardware or
components please visit our website Help Centre for further assistance.
! Periodically check and re-tighten all fasteners. Check the product care label or website for
product care instructions.
! Never use any glue until you are certain that the parts belong together.
! Bulky items such as wardrobes and bunk beds should be assembled in the room they will be
used in as they may not fit through a door once assembled.
! Always use a soft surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling your product to
avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.
! The most common mistakes made during assembly are using the wrong hardware or getting
components back to front.
Unless instructed, do not fully tighten screws

Attach 8 x Cam Bolts (H11) to Side Panels (P5) by tightening with the Phillips Head Screwdriver.

Insert 4 x Dowels (H9) into Side Panel (P5). Insert 4 x Cam Nuts (H12) into the holes of Rails
(P8x2 & P9x2 ). Rotate the cam nuts so the arrow points towards the incoming cam bolts.
Attach Rails (P8x2 & P9x2 ) to Side Panel (P5) by tightening the Cam Nuts (H12) with the Phillips
Head Screwdriver.

Insert 4 x Dowels (H9) into Side Panel (P5). Insert 4 x Cam Nuts (H12) into the holes of Rails

You will need

This is how a cam nut works........
The head of the cam
bolt goes into the
open mouth of the
cam nut. You then
turn the cam nut so
it tightens over the
bolt.

Attach Rails (P3x2) to Blocks (P6x4) with 12 x Screws (H10) by tightening with the
Phillips Head Screwdriver.

Step 8
Lay table tops down on a soft surface to not scratch the finish. Attach Top
Panel (P1&P2) and Scab (P10&P11) together.
Attach 2 x Barckets (H8) to Scab (P10&P11) with 8 x Screws (H14) by
tightening with the Phillips Head Screwdriver.

Push down the lockeron runner. Attach runner to Top Panels (P1&P2) with 8 x Small Bolts (H7)
by tightening with the 1 x Allen Key (H5). Well align eight Bolts (H7) before fully tighten.

Attach 2 x Brackets (H3) to Scab (P11) and Rails (P8x2) with 10 x Small
Screws (H4) by tightening with the Phillips Head Screwdriver.

Attach Rails (P7) to Rails (P9x2) with 2 x Screws (H10) by tightening with the
Phillips Head Screwdriver.
If there exist unwanted gap between
table tops, press down the locker on
runner, loosen the bolts on bracket a
little, tightly close the tops, then
retighten the bolts.

lock the runners.

turn up the middle top and insert it into the left and right table tops, Press down
the lockers to lock the runners.
