Assembly checklist
Useful Information
! Never use power tools unless specifically instructed. They can damage your components or
hardware if used incorrectly.
! The most common mistakes made during assembly are using the wrong hardware or getting
components back to front.
! Always use a soft surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling your product to
avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.
! Bulky items such as wardrobes and bunk beds should be assembled in the room they will be
used in as they may not fit through a door once assembled.
! Never use any glue until you are certain that the parts belong together.
! Periodically check and re-tighten all fasteners. Check the product care label ot website for
product care instructions.
!if you are having any difficulties assembling your product, missing any hardware or components
please visit our website Help Centre for further assistance.
Read through the instructions carefully
before you begin
Make sure you have all the requires tools.
Never use power tools unless instructed.
Identify and lay out all of the components
before you begin assembly.
Unless instructed, do not fully tighten
screws until the item is fully assembled.

STEP 1
1 Insert a small amount of lue (H5) into the holes provided in panels P2,
P3 & P4.
2. Insert the Wooden Dowels (H6) into the holes that you have just put
glue into and tap in with a mallet.
3. Insert TZ Fitting (H1) into P4 (AS SHOWN) and tap in with a
mallet

You will need:
12 x Wooden Dowels (H6) 1 x T Z Fitting (H1)
1 x Glue (H5)

STEP 2
1 Insert a small amount of glue into the holes provided in panels P2 & P3
2 Align dowels on P4 with holes on P2 and bring together.
3 Align dowels on P4 with holes on P3 and bring together.
4 Using 4 x Confirmat screws (H2) fix panels P2 & P3 into panel P4.
Insert end caps (H3) into the screws.

NOTE THE HOLES ON PART 2 & 3 ARE NOT IN THE CENTRE
THE LARGER OF THE OPENINGS IS THE FRONT OF THE DESK

You will need:
1 x Glue (H5) 4 x Confirmat Screws (H2)
4 x Confirmat Screw Caps (H3)

1 Carefully turn desk base upside down.
2 Place P1 (desk top) onto a solid surface with the holes facing up
3 Insert a small amount of glue into the holes on P1
4 Line up dowels on P2 & P3 with the holes on P1 and bring together
***THE DESK BASE DOWELS WILL ONLY LINE UP WITH THE HOLES ON THE
DESK TOP (P1) ONEWAY. ENSURE THAT PARTS (P2 & P3) ARE NOT HANGING
OVER THE EDGE OF (P1)***
5 Fix panels (P4) with 1 x 28mm Nib screw (H4) through TZ fitting to Panel (P1).
6 ently hammer in Plastic glides (H7) to bottom edges of Desk
28MM NIB SCREW INTO T Z FITTING

1 x 28mm Nib Screw (H4) 4 x Plastic Glides (H )
1 x Glue (H5)
