Helpful bunk bed safety tips
Bunk beds should be checked periodically to ensure that the guardrail, ladder and other
components are secure and in the correct position and all connectors are tight.
We recommend that children under the age of nine (9) do not use the upper bunk. Children
should be discouraged from playing on the bunk bed.
No more than one occupant should use the upper bunk at any time (unless otherwise stated).
Bunk beds should be placed a minimum of 2 metres away from any ceiling fans to prevent any
injury to the upper bunk occupant.

! The most common mistakes made during assembly are using the wrong hardware or
getting components back to front.
! Always use a so t surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling your
product to avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.
! Bulky items such as wardrobes and bunk beds should be assembled in the room they
will be used in as they may not fit through a door once assembled.
! Never use any glue until you are certain that the parts belong together.
! Periodically check and re-tighten all fasteners. Check the product care label or
website for product care instructions.

Attach the 2 x Shelf Panels (P38) to the Shelf Rear Panel (P35), by tightening the cam nuts

Attach CR Runner Track (H6c) to the Desk Side Panel (P32) with 3 x Screws (H14) by tightening with
a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Insert 2 x Cam Bolts (H2) into Desk Side Panel (P32), tightening with a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Insert 2 x Small Dowels (H5) into Desk Side Panel (P32).
Attach 2 x Brackets (H17) to Desk Side Panel (P32) with 4 x Screws (H14), tightening
with a Phillips Head Screwdriver.

Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows face the incoming bolts.
Then attach panels (P33 & P34) to panel (P39). Tighten the cam nuts with Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Insert 1 x Screw (H8) through panel (P39) to panel (P33) and tighten with the Allen Key (H21). Attach
panels (P33 & P34) to panel (P32). Tighten Cam Nut with the Phillips Head Screwdriver. Insert 1 x
Screw (H8) through panel (P32) to panel (P33) and tighten with the Allen Key (H21).

Before moving the desk, make sure both castors brakes are both unlocked by having
the brake lifted. Once the desk is in position, push down the lock so you can lock
both it into position.

Repeat for remaining drawers.
