Press the down arrow key.
To check the Mac Address Press Phone Tab
How to Set the Configuration Server
Enter the IP Address into a local web browser address field.
Log in with the phone admin password, which is "admin" by default.
3. Click on the “System” than Select the Auto Provision tab at the top, then click on Static Provisioning Server.
4. Define the URL to your PBX, which is generally an IP Address, such as 10.10.0.1 in our example. Then define the Configuration file name
such as Mac.cfg. Then select Update After Reboot in Update Mode. Then press the “Apply” button at the bottom.
5. Click on "Autoprovision Now" Button, This will fetch mac.cfg file from respective PBX.

How to Restore to Factory Default
Enter the IP Address into a local web browser address field.
Log in with the phone admin password, which is "admin" by default.
3 Click on the “System” than Select the Configurations tab at the top, then click on Reset Phone..
4. A Pop-up will come, then click on "OK" button. The Phone will get reset.

How to Find the IP & MAC Addresses
For model H5W Press the “#” key for more than 3 seconds to display the IP address on the screen.
For model H2U & H3W Press the “#” key for more than 3 seconds to broadcast IP.

To check the Mac Address Press Phone Tab for H5W only.
For H2U & H3W To check the Mac Address.
