Overview
This driver provides integrators with a driver that congures the Fermax MEET Placa Milo door staon to
work with with Control4.
ith our driver you can congure the door staon and Control4's Communicaon's Agent all from the
Proepres tab of the driver.

Introduction
The driver is able to auto congure the Fermax Milo doorstaon for a simple setup.
If you have a more complex site, you can manually congure the Fermax door staon and the driver. You
must take care that the se/ngs in the driver match the conguraon of the door staon's web ui.
The device comes with the following conguraon:

Con$gure Device
Minimum Con$guration
1. Idenfy and reserve an IP address via the site's DHCP server
2. Change the network se/ngs such as IP address, Subnet Mask and Gateway of the device
3. Change the default username and password as required
4. Connect door staon to the network
Manual Con$guration
If you choose not to use the Auto Cong tool in the driver then please follow these steps. If you have a pre-
exisng door staon which is congured, you may want to do the cong manually.
GENERAL
 This should match the apartment and number added in the SIP CALL menu
 320x240 should be ne. 1280x720 might slow the C4 interface down but should sll
work

SIP
 This is usually the IP address of the C4 controller. You can check this address in Composer >
Agents> Communicaon > Advanced tab > IP Address.
It should have  in front of the IP Address
 This is the same IP Address as the SIP SERVER above
 This needs to be exactly the same as the se/ng in the driver's Properes tab
 This needs to be exactly the same as the se/ng in the driver's Properes tab
SIP TRUNK
 This has to be cked
 This is the group or device that the door staon will call when the bu=on is pressed.
Note: This is case sensive!

The only requirement here is that the APARTMENT and NUMBER in the table matches the GENERAL menu

Licensing
Fermax will provide you with a unique Licence Key.
You will need to provide Fermax with the MAC address of the Control4 controller that the driver will be used
on.
Enter the Licence Key provided by Fermax into to the Properes eld and press  !
hen you have a valid code entered, the Licence Status property will change to ACTIVATED

*Make sure you have completed the licensing steps before proceedi
1. Open Composer and Search for " #$
2. Add the driver " #$%&%'''#!('#) # to your project
3. Update the following as required:
•# ** The IP address of the door staon
•+'#! Leave as default
•* # This is the username for the door staon web ui
•**,'# This is the password for the door staon web ui
• This will auto populate with the IP of Control4's SIP server which shouldn't need
changing
• This can be anything you want. You can also leave the default value as well

•! #&'-#'./!'0%% This will auto populate with a list of all the available groups. Choose
the group you would like the door staon to call
•/#! !.1 #!'% This will add the number to the APARTMENT and NUMBER list in
the web ui's SIP CALL menu
Auto Con$gure the Door Station
It is possible to congure the door staon once it is on the network. If you haven't made any changes to the
door staon's conguraon you can take the following steps
1. Select the &('* tab
2. Click .!'0'23.#
3. Now select the Intercom proxy (which is the 2nd proxy a=ached to the driver)
4. Conrm that the * #  eld matches the  eld in the #'/ #( * tab
5. Tick * 0.*!'.4' and rename it appropriately. this is what users will select to unlock the door
6. Now refresh the Navigators ("% >  5# *6)3!'#*)
7. Now refresh the SIP server (3 !* > 0'.&(' agent > )&  tab >  5# *6-! ,7

Trou leshooting
I can't see the door station on the network
The door staon only has stacally dened network properes.
The device comes with the following conguraon:
IP address: 
username: 
password: 
You'll need to change the IP address to match a valid, and DHCP reserved, IP address on the network that
the Control4 controller can reach.
SIP Credentials Not Working
Be aware that the SIP credenals are case sensive and you should avoid any special characters or spaces
The door station appears greyed out on the C4 Touchscreen
To x this, in the driver you can select the Acons tab > Idle State
