Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Bediengerät CDSA−D1−VX ist ein tragbares Bedien− und
Anzeigegerät zur Durchführung von typischen Aufgaben
der Mehrachssteuerung CMXR−C1, wie:
 Bewegen von Mehrachs−Kinematiken
 Teachen von Positionen im Raum
 Resten und Optimieren von FTL−Programmen
 Rechtemanagement für gestaffelte Funktionalität
 NOT−Aus und Zustimm−Funkton per Tasten.
Dazu ist das Gerät mit einem großen farbigen
Touch−Screen und intuitiv bedienbaren Funktonstasten
ausgestattet.

3 Bediengerät CDSA und Zubehör
3.1 Bediengerät CDSA
Beim Handbediengerät CDSA−D1−VX sind um das zentrale
farbige TFT−Display herum 3 Funktionstasten−Gruppen und
der NOT−AUS−Knopf angeordnet. Die Bedienung des
Touch−Screen erfolgt mit Hilfe des beiliegenden Stifts.

Das Handbediengerät wird über die Anschaltbox CAMI−C
an die CMXR Mehrachssteuerung angeschlossen.

3.3 Kabel NESC−C−D1−x−C1
Zum Anschluss des Bediengerätes CDSA an die Anschalt
box sind 3 Kabel mit unterschiedlichen Längen verfügbar.

3.4 Brückenstecker CAMF−B−M25−G4
Es ist möglich die Mehrachssteuerung CMXR über eine
externe Steuerung anzusteuern. Für einen solchen Betrieb
ist das Handbediengerät nicht zwingend erforderlich. Nach
den Programmier− und Inbetriebnahmearbeiten kann das
Handbediengerät abgesteckt werden. Da die Signale für
NOT−AUS über das Handbediengerät geführt werden, ist
nach dem Abstecken eine Überbrückung der Signale erfor
derlich. Dies geschieht mit dem Brückenstecker CAMF−B.

3.5 Wandhalterung CAFM−D1−W
Die Wandhalterung dient zum stationären Betrieb oder zur
Ablage des Handbediengerätes CDSA. Die Kabelhalterung
dient der Ablage des Kabels NESC−C−D1.

5 Diagnose vor Ort
5.1 Diagnose vor Ort über LED
Der aktuelle Zustand der Mehrachssteuerung CMXR kann
am Bediengerät CDSA über die Status−LEDs ermittelt
werden.

5.2 Diagnose vor Ort über Display
Bei einem anstehenden Fehler (Error LED leuchtet) wird
der Fehlertext in der Kopfzeile des Handbediengerätes

Designated use
The CDSA−D1−VX operator unit is a portable display and
control unit for performing typical tasks with the CMXR−C1,
multi−axis controller, such as:
 Moving multi−axis kinematic systems
 Teaching positions in space
 Testing and optimisation of FTL programs
 Priviledges management for staggered functionality
 EMERGENCY STOP and enabling function via keys.
Furthermore, the device is equipped with a large colour
touch screen and function keys that can be operated
intuitively.

3.1 CDSA handheld operator unit
On the CDSA−D1−VX handheld operator unit there are three
function key groups and the EMERGENCY STOP button
arranged around the central colour TFT display.
The touch screen is operated using the supplied pen.

connecting the CDSA operating unit to the interface unit.

3.4 CAMF−B−M25−G4 jumper plug
It is possible to control the CMXR multi−axis controller
using an external controller. The handheld operator unit is
not absolutely required for such operation. The handheld
operator unit can be disconnected after the programming
and commissioning work. Because the signals for
EMERGENCY STOP are transmitted via the operator unit,
after it is disconnected it is necessary to jumper the
signals. This is done using the CAMF−B jumper plug.

3.5 CAFM−D1−W wall holder
The wall holder is used for stationary operation or for
holding the CDSA handheld operator unit.
The cable holder is used to hold the NESC−C−D1 cable.
