1Benutzerhinweise
Die Feldbus-Baugruppe Typ SPC200-COM-PDP dient bestim-
mungsgemäß zur Ankopplung des SPC200 an den PROFIBUS-
DP (nach EN 50170 Teil 2). Mit dieser Feldbus-Baugruppe kann
der SPC200 als Slave am PROFIBUS-DP betrieben werden.
Ausführliche Informationen zur Feldbus-Baugruppe finden Sie in
der Beschreibung P.BE-SPC200-COM-PDP-....
VORSICHT:
Beachten Sie unbedingt die dort aufgeführten:
– Sicherheitstechnischen Hinweise
– den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch der jeweiligen
Baugruppen und Module.
WARNUNG:
Aktoren können ungewollt aktiviert und der SPC200 beschä-
digt werden, wenn Baugruppen bei eingeschalteter Span-
nungsversorgung hinzugefügt oder entfernt werden.
Schalten Sie vor Installations- und Wartungsarbeiten folgen-
de Energiequellen in folgender Reihenfolge ab:
1. Druckluftversorgung
2. Lastversorgung und Betriebsspannungsversorgung des
SPC200.

2Aus- und Einbau von Baugruppen
VORSICHT:
Unsachgemäße Handhabung kann zur Beschädigung der
Baugruppen führen.
• Berühren Sie keine Bauelemente.
• Beachten Sie die Handhabungsvorschriften für elektro-
statisch gefährdete Bauelemente.
• Entladen Sie sich vor dem Ein- oder Ausbau von Bau-
gruppen elektrostatisch, zum Schutz der Baugruppen vor
Entladung statischer Elektrizität.
Die Feldbus-Baugruppe können Sie beliebig in den Steckplät-
zen 2 bis 6 installieren. Wird die Feldbusbaugruppe neben die
Diagnose-Baugruppe installiert, kann kein Bedienfeld aufge-
steck werden, solange das Feldbuskabel aufgesteckt ist. Es
darf nur 1 Feldbus-Baugruppe installiert werden. Alle E/As in-
stallierter E/A-Baugruppen sind frei programmierbar.
Baugruppen ausbauen
1. Druckluftversorgung und Betriebsspannung abschalten.
2. Anschlußkabel auf der Baugruppenfront lösen und abziehen.
3. Beide Sicherungshebel durch Verschieben entriegeln (siehe
folgendes Bild).
4. Baugruppe an der Frontplatte fassen und hinausziehen.
5. Ggf. freibleibende Steckplätze mit Blindplatten verschließen.

Baugruppen einbauen
1. Druckluftversorgung und Betriebsspannungsversorgung ab-
schalten.
2. Ggf. Sicherungshebel entriegeln und Blindplatte entfernen.
3. Baugruppe an der Frontplatte fassen und in die Führungs-
schiene einschieben. Achten Sie darauf, daß Sie die Bau-
gruppe beim Einschieben nicht verkanten und keine Bautei-
le auf der Leiterplatte beschädigt werden.
4. Achten Sie darauf, daß die Stecker der Messerleisten richtig
aufeinander liegen. Schieben Sie die Baugruppe dann mit
leichtem Druck vollständig ein. Daraufhin verriegeln die
Sicherungshebel selbsttätig (siehe Bild).

Kabelspezifikation
Empfehlung: Setzen Sie ein Kabel gemäß den Kabelspezifikati-
on nach EN 50170 Teil 2 ein (Leitung A).
- Wellenwiderstand: 135-165 Ohm (3-20 MHz)
- Kapazitätsbelag: < 30 pF/m
- Schleifenwiderstand: < 110 Ohm/km
- Aderquerschnitt: > 0,34 mm2
Verwenden Sie spezielle Busanschlußstecker für PROFIBUS,
z. B. folgende 9poligen Stecker der Siemens AG:

4Inbetriebnahmehinweise
Einstellen der PROFIBUS-Adresse
Die PROFIBUS-Adresse (DP-Slave-Adresse) des SPC200 kön-
nen Sie mit dem Software-Paket WinPISA oder dem Bedienfeld
einstellen. Eine Änderung durch einen DP-Master ist nicht mög-
lich.
Anzahl der konfigurierbaren Ein - und Ausgänge
Der SPC200 kommuniziert mit dem PROFIBUS-Master über ein
E/A-Feld (interne Ein-/Ausgänge). Die zulässige Anzahl der kon-
figurierbaren Ein- und Ausgänge ist von der genutzten Be-
triebsart des SPC200 abhängig. Die folgende Tabelle gibt einen
Überblick:

5Diagnose
Die folgenden zwei Leuchtdioden (LEDs) auf der Feldbusbau-
gruppe ermöglichen eine Schnell-Diagnose über den Be-
triebszustand vor Ort:
–POWER-LED (grün)
–ERROR-LED (rot).

Diagnose die aktuelle Fehlermeldung bestehend aus Fehler-
klasse, Achskennung, Fehlernummer und Zusatzinformationen
auslesen (siehe Beschreibung P.BE-SPC-COM-PDP-...).

1User instructions
Field bus module type SPC200-COM-PDP has been designed
for interfacing the SPC200 to the PROFIBUS-DP (as per EN
50170 part 2). With this field bus module the SPC200 can be
operated as a slave on the PROFIBUS-DP.
Detailed information on the field bus module can be found in
the user manual P.BE-SPC200-COM-PDP-....
CAUTION
Pay strict attention to the following instructions shown
therein:
– safety guidelines
– specifications for the use of the individual modules and
components.
WARNING
Actuators may be activated unintentionally and the SPC200
may be damaged if components are added or removed
when the power supply is switched on.
Before undertaking installation or maintenance work, switch
off the following power supplies in the sequence listed:
1. the compressed air supply
2. the load voltage and the operating voltage for the
SPC200.

2Fitting and removing the modules
CAUTION
Modules can be damaged by incorrect handling.
• Do not touch any of the components.
• Observe the regulations for handling components which
are affected by electrostatic charges.
• Discharge yourself electrostatically before fitting or
removing modules, in order to protect the components
against discharges of static electricity.
The field bus module can be fitted as desired in slots 2 to 6. If
the field bus module is fitted next to the diagnostic module, it is
not possible to connect an operating panel whilst the field bus
cable is still connected. Only 1 field bus module may be fitted.
All the I/Os of fitted I/O modules can be programmed as
desired.
Removing the modules
1. Switch off the compressed air supply and the operating
voltage.
2. Loosen and remove the connecting cable on the front of the
module.
3. Unlock both safety levers by pushing them aside (see
following diagram).
4. Grip the module by the front plate and pull it out.
5. Any unused slots should be sealed with blind plates.

Fitting the modules
1. Switch off the compressed air supply and the operating volt-
age.
2. Unlock the safety lever (if fitted) and remove the blind plate.
3. Grasp the module by the front plate and push it into the
guide rail. Be careful not to tilt the module when sliding it
into the slot and make sure that none of the components
on the printed circuit board are damaged.
4. Make sure that the pins on the connectors are correctly
aligned. Then with a light pressure of the fingers push the
module in as far as it will go. The safety catches will then
lock automatically (see diagram).

Recommendation: Use a cable in accordance with cable specifi-
cation as per EN 50170 part 2 (cable A).

4Commissioning instructions
Setting the PROFIBUS address
You can set the PROFIBUS address (DP slave address) of the
SPC200 with the software package WinPISA or with the opera-
ting panel. Modification by a DP master is not possible.
Number of configurable inputs and outputs
The SPC200 communicates with the PROFIBUS master via an
I/O field (internal inputs/outputs). The permitted number of con-
figurable inputs and outputs depends on the operating mode of
the SPC200. This is summarized in the following table.

5Diagnosis
The two following LEDs on the field bus module enable the
user to make a quick on-the-spot diagnosis of the operating
status:
–POWER LED (green)
–ERROR LED (red).
