1 BenutzerhinweiseDeutsch
Das CPX−Drucksensormodul ist ausschließlich zum Einsatz
in CPX−Terminals bestimmt.
Beim Betrieb sind die angegebenen Grenzwerte der tech
nischen Daten einzuhalten. Ausführliche Informationen
finden Sie in der Beschreibung der CPX−Analog−EA−Module
(P.BE−CPX−AX−...) sowie in der CPX−Systembeschreibung
(P.BE−CPX−SYS−...).
Warnung
SSchalten Sie vor Installations− und Wartungsarbeiten
folgende Einrichtungen aus:
 Druckluftversorgung
 Betriebs− und Lastspannungsversorgung.
SSchließen Sie einen Erdleiter mit ausreichendem
Leitungsquerschnitt an den mit dem Erdungssymbol
gekennzeichneten Anschluss des CPX−Terminals an.
SDie EA−Module enthalten elektrostatisch gefährdete
Bauelemente. Berühren Sie deshalb keine Bauele
mente. Beachten Sie die Handhabungsvorschriften
für elektrostatisch gefährdete Bauelemente.
Hinweis
Nehmen Sie nur ein komplett montiertes und
verdrahtetes CPX−Terminal in Betrieb.
Das Drucksensormodul hat keinen separaten Anschluss
block. Informationen zur Montage eines CPX−Terminals
finden Sie in der CPX−Systembeschreibung.

3 Installationshinweise
Warnung
Unter Druck stehende Pneumatikschläuche können bei
der Demontage unkontrollierte Bewegungen ausführen
und damit Personen verletzen. Führen sie erst nachfol
gende Schritte durch bevor Sie die Pneumatikschläuche
am Drucksensormodul lösen:
SSchalten Sie die Druckluftversorgung aus.
SStellen Sie sicher, dass alle Pneumatikschläuche
drucklos sind.
SEntlüften Sie alle Aktuatoren, die von Ventilen
gesteuert werden die in Ruhe− oder Mittelstellung
geperrt sind.
3.1 Verlegen der Pneumatikschläuche
Anschließen:
1. Schneiden Sie das Schlauchende gerade ab.
Verwenden Sie dazu möglichst einen geeigneten
Schlauchschneider.
2. Drücken den Schlauch bis zum Anschlag in den
QS−Anschluss (siehe Bild).
3. Bündeln Sie verlegte Schläuche zur besseren
Anlagenübersicht mit Schlauchbinder oder einer
Schlauchklemmleiste.

Abziehen:
1. Kennzeichnen Sie alle Pneumatikschläuche.
2. Drücken Sie den Klemmring des QS−Anschlusses
z.B. mit einem Schraubendreher oder der Lösehilfe
QSO von Festo.
3. Ziehen Sie den Schlauch aus dem QS−Anschluss.
4. Verschließen Sie nicht benötigte Anschlüsse durch
Blindstopfen (Typ QSC−4H, Teilenummer 153267)
3.2 Betrieb
Vorsicht
Extreme pneumatische Bedingungen (schnelle Druck
wechsel mit großen Druckamplituden) können die
Drucksensoren des Moduls beschädigen.
Beispiel:
Druckwechsel im Sekundentakt mit Druckamplituden von
10bar führen zu einer Temperaturerhöhung um 50K.
Die Einstellungen für das Drucksensormodul werden über
Parametrierung vorgenommen (siehe Beschreibung
CPX−Analog−EA−Module).

The CPX pressure sensor module is only intended for use
in CPX terminals.
The maximum values specified in the section Technical
specifications" must be observed during operation.
Detailed information can be found in the manual for the
CPX analogue IO modules (P.BE−CPX−AX−...) and in the
CPXsystem manual (P.BE−CPX−SYS−...).
Warning
SSwitch off the following equipment before
undertaking installation and/or maintenance work:
 compressed air supply
 operating and load voltage supplies.
SConnect an earth conductor with sufficient
cross−sectional area to the connection on the CPX
terminal marked with the earth symbol.
SThe I/O modules contain electrostatically sensitive
components. Therefore, do not touch any
components. Observe the handling instructions for
electrostatically sensitive components.
Note
Only commission a CPX terminal which has been
completely assembled and wired.
The pressure sensor module does not have a separate
electrical connection block. Information about installing a
CPX terminal can be found in the CPX system manual.

3 Installation instructions
Warning
If the pneumatic tubing is under pressure when
dismantled, it may perform sudden unexpected
movements, causing injury to persons. Carry out the
following steps before disconnecting the pneumatic
tubing on the pressure sensor module:
SSwitch off the compressed air supply.
SMake sure that all pneumatic tubing is pressureless.
SExhaust all actuators controlled by valves that are
blocked in the rest or middle positions.
3.1 Installing the pneumatic tubing
Connecting:
1. Cut off the end of the hose straight. Use a suitable
hose cutter for this.
2. Press the hose into the QS connector as far as the
stop (see picture).
3. Group the tubing together with tube ties or a tube
holder for a better overview of the system.

Removing:
1. Mark all pneumatic tubing.
2. Press the locking ring of the QS connector, e.g. using
a screwdriver or the QSO releasing tool from Festo.
3. Remove the tubing from the QS connector.
4. Close all connections not needed with blanking
plugs (type QSC−4H, part number 153267)
3.2 Operation
Caution
Extreme pneumatic conditions (rapid pressure change
with large pressure amplitudes) can damage the pres
sure sensors of the module.
Example:
Pressure changes at one second intervals with pressure
amplitudes of 10bar result in a temperature increase of
50K.
The settings for the pressure sensor module are made by
parameterisation (see the CPX analogue IO modules
manual).

El módulo de sensor de presión CPX ha sido diseñado
exclusivamente para ser utilizado en terminales CPX.
Durante el funcionamiento deben observarse los valores
límite indicados en la sección Especificaciones técnicas".
En el manual de los módulos CPX I/O analógicos
(P.BE−CPX−AX−...), así como en el manual del sistema CPX
(P.BE−CPX−SYS−...), encontrará información detallada.
Advertencia
SAntes de realizar trabajos de instalación y manteni
miento, es preciso desconectar lo siguiente:
laalimentación de aire comprimido
laalimentación de tensión de funcionamiento y
la de tensión de carga.
SConecte un conductor de tierra con suficiente sector
de cable a la conexión del terminal CPX marcada con
el símbolo de tierra.
SLos módulos I/O contienen componentes sensibles a
las descargas electrostáticas. Por este motivo no se
deben tocar los componentes. Observe las especifi
caciones sobre cómo manipular elementos sensibles
a las descargas electrostáticas.
Importante
Ponga en marcha un terminal CPX sólo cuando se halle
completamente montado y cableado.
El módulo de sensor de presión no tiene ninguna placa de
alimentación separada. En el manual del sistema CPX
encontrará más información sobre el montaje de un
terminal CPX.

3 Instrucciones de instalación
Advertencia
Si los tubos neumáticos se hallan bajo presión cuando
se desmonta el terminal, pueden producirse movi
mientos inesperados súbitos y con ello causar lesiones
a las personas. Realice los siguientes pasos antes de
aflojar los tubos neumáticos en el módulo de sensor de
presión:
SDesconecte la alimentación de aire comprimido.
SAsegúrese de que todos los tubos neumáticos estén
sin presión.
SPurgue el aire de todos los actuadores controlados
por válvulas que estén bloqueadas en las posiciones
de reposo o central.
3.1 Tendido de los tubos neumáticos
Conexión:
1. Corte recto el extremo del tubo. Si es posible, utilice
para ello un cortatubos apropiado.
2. Introduzca el tubo en la conexión QS hasta el tope
(véase la figura).
3. Por razones de claridad, los tubos deben agruparse
con bridas para tubos o con una regleta de fijación
de tubos flexibles.

Desmontaje:
1. Marque todos los tubos neumáticos.
2. Presione el anillo opresor de la conexión QS p.ej.
con un destornillador o con el extractor de tubos
QSO de Festo.
3. Extraiga el tubo de la conexión QS.
4. Cierre con tapones ciegos la conexiones no utili
zadas (tipo QSC−4H, número de artículo 153267).
3.2 Funcionamiento
Atención
Las condiciones neumáticas extremas (cambios rápidos
de presión con elevadas amplitudes de presión)
pueden dañar los sensores de presión del módulo.
Ejemplo:
los cambios de presión en ciclos de un segundo con
amplitudes de presión de 10bar ocasionan un aumento de
temperatura de 50K.
Los ajustes para el módulo de sensor de presión se
realizan mediante la parametrización (véase manual de los
módulos I/O analógicos CPX).
