Feldbusstecker FBS-SUB-9-GS-1X9POL-B (TN 534497)
Montage
1. Formdichtung (13) in Vertiefung des Gehäuses (12) einlegen.
2. Überwurfmutter (1) und passenden Dichtring auf Buskabel auffädeln.
– Kabeldurchmesser 5..8 mm: Innendichtring (3) und Aussendichtring (2) zusammenstecken,
Unterlegscheibe (4) unterlegen.
– Kabeldurchmesser 7..10 mm: nur Aussendichtring (2) verwenden.
3. Buskabel abisolieren und Schirmgeflecht an Kabelmantel zurücklegen.
4. Buskabel durch das Gehäuse (12) führen und Kabelschirm mit Klemmbügel (7) und
Klemmbügelschrauben (6) an Kontaktfläche der Leiterplatte klemmen. Das Schirmgeflecht muss blank
unter den Klemmbügel geklemmt werden.
5. Überwurfmutter (1) und Aussendichtring (2) bzw. (2), (3), (4) an Gehäuse (12) anschrauben.
6. Adern des Bukabels entsprechend der Anschlussbelegung an Klemmleiste anklemmen. Siehe
Leiterplattenbeschriftung. Entriegeln und verriegeln der Kabelklemme durch Verschieben des
Entriegelungsschiebers.
7. Überwurfmutter (8) mit Aussendichtring (9), Blindstopfen (10) und Unterlegscheibe (11) in den
unbenutzten Kabelabgang einschrauben.
8. Deckel schließen. Gehäuse (12) mit Senkschraube (14) verschrauben, Anzugsdrehmoment: 0,5 Nm.
9. Schrauben (5) in das Gehäuse (12) bis zum Anschlag einstecken und unter Druck mit einem
Schraubendreher eindrehen (Anziehdrehmoment 0,5 Nm).

Field bus plug FBS-SUB-9-GS-1X9POL-B (TN 534497)
Assembly
1. Place the profile seal (13) in the groove of the housing (12).
2. Thread the union nut (1) and the appropriate seal onto the bus cable.
– Cable diameter 5…8 mm: fit the inner seal (3) and the outer seal (2) together,
place the washer (4) underneath.
– Cable diameter 7…10 mm: use only the outer seal (2).
3. Remove the insulation from the end of the bus cable and push back the screening braiding on the cable
sleeve.
4. Insert the bus cable into the housing (12) and clamp the cable screening with the clamping strap (7)
and clamping strap screws (6) to the contact surface of the printed circuit bourd. The screening braiding
must be clamped flush under the clamping strap.
5. Screw the union nut (1) and the outer seal (2) resp. (2), (3), (4), to the housing (12).
6. Connect the cores of the bus cable in acccordance with the pin assignment on the terminal strip.
See labelling on the printed circuit board. You can lock and unlock the clamping strap by shifting the
unlocking slide.
7. Screw the union nut (8) with the outer seal (9), blanking plug (10) and washer (11) into the unused
cable exit.
8. Close the cover. Screw on the housing (12) with the countersunk screw (14), tightening torque: 0.5 Nm.
9. Insert the screws (5) as far as possible into the housing (12) and screw them tight with a screwdriver
(tightening torque: 0.5 Nm)
