Thesubmersiblewaterpumphasashock-
resistantplasticcasing.
Ithasacoolingjacket,throughwhichthe
pumpedwaterowsaroundthemotorto
thepumpoutlet.Thepumpisttedwitha
oatswitch,whichautomaticallyswitches
theequipmentonoroff.
Inaddition,thepumpalsohasabackow
stopthatpreventswaterfromowingback,
forexampleduringaninterruptioninthe
powersupply.

 Loosenthescrewoftheoatswitch
heightadjustment(5)andpushthe
adjustmentovertheoatswitch
guideway(4).Checkthattheoat
switchcable(3)movesupward
(arrow topointup)(see„Opera-
tion“).

 Pushthecableholder(16)fromthe
packageallthewayintotheguide-
wayatthebackofthepumpcasing
(12).

Connection of the pressure

 • Ifusinga½”hose,attachthe
hoseoverthepump’shosecon-
nection(13)andfastenitwitha
hoseclampifnecessary.
 • Tousea¾”,1“or1½”hose,
cutofftheconnectionaboveand
attachthehoseoverthecorrect
connection.
 • Touseatapadaptor(G1“)to
connectexternalhoseconnec-
tionsystems,cutoffthetwotop
connectionsdirectlyabovethe
G1“tubethread.
- Theprotectionoftheelectricalplug
connectionsfromthewet.
- Ifthereisariskofooding,xthe
plugconnectionsinanareathatis
safefromooding.
• Ensurethatthemainsvoltagematches
thespecicationsontheratingplate.
• Theelectricalinstallationshallbeac-
cordingtonationalwiringrules.
• Thedevicemustonlybeconnectedtoa
mainssocketviaaresidual-currentcir-
cuitbreaker(RCD)witharatedleakage
currentofnotmorethan30mA.Fuse:
atleast6ampere.
• Beforeeachuse,checktheequipment,
cableandplugfordamage.
• Ifthesupplycordisdamaged,itmust
bereplacedbythemanufactureorits
serviceagentorasimilarlyqualied
personinordertoavoidahazard.
 Thesupplycordmustbe10mlong.
• Donotpulltheplugfromthesocketby
thecable.Protectthecablefromheat,
oilandsharpedges.
• Donotcarryorxtheequipmentbythe
cable.
• Useonlyextensioncablesthatarepro-
tectedfromspraywateranddesigned
foroutdooruse.Alwaysfullyunrolla
cabledrumbeforeuse.Checkthecable
fordamage.
• Beforeanyworkontheequipment,dur-
ingworkbreaksandinthecaseofnon-
use,removetheplugfromthesocket.
Assembly
To screw-on the adapter
 Screwtheangleadapter(15)and
theadapterwiththehoseattachment
(13)ontothepumpoutlet(11).



 Measurementofmaximumoutput
datatakesplaceduringdirect,
straightpumping.Theangleadapt-
er( 15)andthebackowstop-
per( 14)mayreduceoutput.
Toincreasepumpoutput,thebackow
stopper(14)maybetakenoutoftheangle
adapter(15)(see “replacingbackow
stopper”).Thisisparticularlyrecom-
mendedforhoseconnectionssmallerthan
1“.Pleasebearinmindthatthewatermay
thenowbackduringpumping,orinthe
eventofapowercut.
To set the suction level
Thepumpcansuckupresidualwater
downtoaheightofafewmillimetres.The
residualwaterlevelcanbesetat4suction
levelsfrom1mmto8mm.
Choosethehighestsuctionlevel(8mm)for
normaloperation.
Chooseasuctionlevelbetween1mmand
5mmforatsuction,dependingonhow
dirtythewateris.
Flatsuctiondownto1mmisrecommend-
edforclean,clearwateronly.
Themoresuspendedmatterthereis,the
higherthesuctionlevelshouldbe.
Thiswillpreventthewaterinletsonthe
rotarydisc( 8)fromclogginguptoo
quickly
 Ondelivery,thepumpissettoa
residualwaterlevelof1mm(at
suction).
1. Holdtheroundhandleofthe
rotarydisk(7)ontheoorofthe
base(10)andpullouttherotary
disk(8).
 2. Turntheroundhandle(8)tothe
rightortotheleftuntilitreaches
thedesiredclearanceposition
(seethearrowmarking(9)on
therotarydisk).
  Thefoursuctionlevelsarela-
belledwithaheightscaleonthe
base(10)andrepeated.
 Theresidualwaterlevelof1mm
(atsuction)isattainedonlyin
manualmode,astheoatswitch
switchesthepumpoffearlierinau-
tomaticmode(see“Operation”).
To erect / suspend
Thepumpshaftshouldhavethedimen-
sions40x40x50cmatleast,sothatthe
oatswitchcanmovefreely.
 Thepumpcanbeerectedorsus-
pendedinthewater.
 Thecord( 17)containedinthe
deliverycontentsmaybeusedto
suspendand/orextractthepump.
Fixthecord(17)totheholesinthe
carryinghandle(2).
 




 Notethat,overtime,dirtandsand
maycollectonthebottomofthe
shaft,whichcoulddamagethe
pump.Ifthewaterlevelistoolow,
thesiltintheshaftcanquicklydry
outandimpedethepumpwhen
warmingup.



Controls before operational
start-up
• Checkthattheoatswitchis
working(seechapter:“Opera-
tion–Automaticmode“).
• Checkthatthepumpisresting
onthepitbase
 • Checkthatthepressurelinehas
beenattachedproperly
 • Checktheproperstatusofthe
electricalplugsocketandmake
surethattheplugsocketissuf-
cientlyfused(atleast6A).In-
sertthepumpplugintotheplug
socketandthepumpisreadyfor
operation.
 • Makesurethatmoistureorwater
nevercomeincontactwiththe
mainsconnection.Thereisarisk
ofelectrocution.
Operation
Mains connection
Thesubmersiblewaterpumpacquiredby
youisalreadyprovidedwithangrounded
plug.Thepumpisdesignedforconnection
toangroundedsocketwith230V~50Hz.
 Onlystarttooperatethedevice
afteralltheaboveconditionshave
beenobserved.
Switching on and off
1. Insertthepluginthesocket.Thepump
startsworkingimmediately.
2. Toswitchoff,withdrawtheplugfrom
thesocket.Thepumpstops.
 Ifthewaterlevelistoolow,the
oatswitchwillautomatically
switchoffthepump.
 Supervisetheappliancewhileitis
inoperationinordertobeimmedi-
atelyawareiftheautomaticcut-out
operatesorthepumprunsdry,to
limitanydamagetoaminimum.
Automatic mode
Inautomaticmode,theoatswitchauto-
maticallyswitchesthepumponoroff.
 Inthecaseofstationaryinstallation,
checkregularly(nolessthenonce
everythreemonths)thattheoat
switch(10)isworking.
TheOn/Offswitchpointoftheoatswitch
(6)isinnitelyvariable:
 Loosenthescrewintheoatswitch
heightadjustment(5)andmoveit
tothedesiredposition.
 Checktheoatswitch(6).
 - Itmustbepositionedsothatit
canliftandlowerfreely.The
switchingpointheights“On”
and“Off”mustbeeasyto
reach.
  Checkthisbyplacingthepump
intoavessellledwithwater
andlifttheoatswitch(6)care-
fullybyhandandthenlowerit
again.Inthiscase,youcansee
whetherthepumpswitcheson
andoff.
 - Alsoensurethattheseparation
distancebetweentheoatswitch
(6)headandtheoatswitch
heightadjustment(5)isnottoo



small.Inthecaseofasepara-
tiondistancewhichistoosmall,
trouble-freefunctioningcannot
beguaranteed.
 - Duringtheadjustmentoftheoat
switch(6),ensurethattheoat
switchdoesnotcontacttheoor
beforethepumpswitchesoff.
 Thepumprundryiftoolonga
oatswitchcable( 3)ischosen,
particularlyiftheoatswitchheight
adjustment( 5)isnotinstalled
(see„Assembly“).
Manual mode / at suction
Inmanualmode,thepumpdoesnotswitch
offautomatically,astheoatswitchis
bypassed.
 Positiontheoatswitch(6)vertical-
lyupwardintheoatswitchheight
adjustment(5).
 Monitorthepumpconstantlywhen
inmanualmode.Switchthepump
offimmediately(disconnectfrom
themains)ifnomorewaterisbe-
ingpumped.Thereisariskofdam-
ageifthepumprunsdry.
Maintenance and Clean-
ing
Cleanandmaintainyourequipmentregu-
larly.Thiswillguaranteeitsperformance
andlongdurability.
 




 Pulloutthepowerplugbeforeeve-
rymaintenanceoperation.Thereis
ariskofelectrocutionorofinjury
frommovingparts.
General cleaning instructions
• Incaseoftransportforutilizationin
differentlocations,thepumpmustbe
cleanedwithclearwateraftereveryuse.
• Incaseofstationaryinstallation,the
functionoftheoatswitch( 6)is
tobecheckedregularly(atthelatest
everythreemonths).
• Withawaterjet,removeuffand
brousparticleswhicharepossibly
presentinthepumpcasing( 12).
• Cleanprecipitationfromtheoat
switch( 6)withclearwater.
• Regularlyremovesludgefromthepit
base(atthelatestevery3months)and
alsocleantheshaftwalls
• Inthecaseofalongperiodofnon-use,
thepumpmustbethoroughlycleaned
afterthelastuseandbeforethenew
use,sincedifcultiesinstart-upcan
ariseduetoprecipitationandresidues.
To replace the backow stop
Replaceadefectivebackowstop.
1. Unscrewtheadapterwiththe
hoseattachment(13)onthe
angleadapter(15)andremove
thebackowstop(14a)andseal
(14b).
 2. Inserttheseal(14b)intothe
backowstop(14a).
 3. Setthebackowstop(14)be-
tweentheangleadapter(15)
andtheadapterwiththehose
connection(13)insuchaman-


  
nerthatthestopisopenedin
theowingdirectionandclosed
againsttheowingdirection.
To clean the paddle wheel
Inthecaseoftoosevereprecipitationin
thepumpcasing(12),thelowerpartofthe
pumpsmustbedisassembledasfollows:
1. Loosenthescrew(18a)onthe
oorofthebase(10)andre-
movethexingcap(19)and
spring.
  



 2. Takeofftherotarydisk(8).
 3. Loosenthefourscrews(18b-e)
onthebase(10).
 4. Takeoffthebase(10).
 5. Cleanthepaddlewheel,base
androtarydisk(8)withclear
water.
 6. Screwthebase(10)backon.
  


Anymeasuresaboveandbeyondthese,
particularlyopeningtheequipment,are
tobecarriedoutbyanelectrician.Inthe
caseofrepairs,alwayscontactourservice
centre.
Storage
• Keepthedeviceinadryplace,pro-
tectedfromfrostandoutofreachof
children.
 Windthemainscablearoundthe
cableholder(1)onthebackof
thepumpbody(12)(seechapter:
“StartUp“).
Waste Disposal and En-
vironmental Protection
Beenvironmentallyfriendly.Returnthe
tool,accessoriesandpackagingtoarecy-
clingcentrewhenyouhavenishedwith
them.
 Electricappliancesshouldnotbe
disposedofinthedomesticgar-

Προσοχή! Κατά τη χρήση ηλεκτρικών
εργαλείων πρέπει, προς αποφυγή
κινδύνου τραυματισμών και πυρκα-
γιάς, να τηρείτε τις ακόλουθες γενικές
Υποδείξεις ασφαλείας:

Προσοχή: Έτσι θα αποφύγετε ατυχή-
ματα και τραυματισμούς:
• Δεν επιτρέπεται να χρησιμοποιούν τη
συσκευή πρόσωπα που δεν είναι εξοι-
κειωμένα με τις οδηγίες χειρισμού. Δεν
επιτρέπεται να χειρίζονται τη συσκευή
άτομα κάτω των 16 ετών.
• Επιτηρείτε τα παιδιά, για να είστε σίγου-
ροι πως δεν παίζουν με τη συσκευή.


 
• Η συσκευή αυτή δεν προορίζεται για τη
χρήση από άτομα (συμπεριλαμβανομέ-
νων παιδιών) με περιορισμένες φυσικές,
αισθητικές και νοητικές ικανότητες ή
από άτομα με έλλειψη εμπειρίας και/ή
γνώσης; εκτός και αν επιτηρούνται από
κάποιο άτομο υπεύθυνο για την ασφά-
λειά τους ή λαμβάνουν από αυτό οδηγίες
σχετικά με το χειρισμό της συσκευής.
• Η συσκευή δεν επιτρέπεται να λειτουργεί
όταν βρίσκονται άτομα μέσα στο νερό.
• Λάβετε τα αναγκαία μέτρα ώστε τα
παιδιά να παραμένουν μακριά από τη
συσκευή, όταν αυτή βρίσκεται σε λει-
τουργία.
• Αποσύρετε το υλικό συσκευασίας σύμ-
φωνα με τους κανονισμούς.
• Μη χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή κοντά σε
εύφλεκτα υγρά ή αέρια. Σε περίπτωση
μη συμμόρφωσης με την υπόδειξη αυτή,
υφίσταται κίνδυνος πυρκαγιάςα ή έκρη-
ξης.
• Δεν επιτρέπεται η προώθηση δραστι-
κών, τριπτικών (σα σμύριδα), καυστικών,
εύφλεκτων (π.χ. καύσιμα κινητήρων) ή
εκρηκτικών υγρών, αλατόνερου, καθα-
ριστικών μέσων και ειδών διατροφής. Η
θερμοκρασία του υγρού προώθησης δεν
επιτρέπεται να ξεπερνάει τους 35°C.
• Φυλάσσετε τη συσκευή σε ένα ξηρό μέ-
ρος και εκτός της εμβέλειας των παιδιών.
Προσοχή! Έτσι θα αποφύγετε ζημιές
της συσκευής και ενδεχόμενες συνα-
κόλουθες ζημιές προσώπων:
• Μην εργάζεστε με συσκευές που έχουν
υποστεί ζημιές, που δεν είναι πλήρεις ή
που τροποποιήθηκαν χωρίς την έγκριση
του κατασκευαστή. Πριν από τη θέση σε
λειτουργία, δώστε εντολή σε κάποιον ει-
δικό να ελέγξει, αν είναι διαθέσιμα όλα τα
απαιτούμενα ηλεκτρικά μέτρα προστασί-
ας.
• Επιτηρείτε τη συσκευή κατά τη διάρκεια
της λειτουργίας (κυρίως σε οικιακούς χώ-
ρους), για να αναγνωρίσετε έγκαιρα εν-
δεχόμενη αυτόματη παύση ή ενδεχόμενη
ξηρή λειτουργία της αντλίας. Ελέγχετε
τακτικά τη λειτουργία του πλωτού διακό-
πτη (βλέπε κεφάλαιο „Χειρισμός“). Σε
περίπτωση μη τήρησης των υποδείξεων
αυτών, εκπίπτουν οποιεσδήποτε αξιώ-
σεις εγγύησης και ευθύνης.
• Λάβετε υπόψη σας πως στη συσκευή
χρησιμοποιούνται λιπαντικά μέσα, τα
οποία, υπό προϋποθέσεις, μπορεί κατά
την εκροή της να προκαλέσουν ζημιές ή
ρύπανση. Μη χρησιμοποιείτε την αντλία
σε τεχνητές λιμνούλες κήπων με ψάρια ή
πολύτιμα φυτά.
• Μη μεταφέρετε και μη στερεώνετε τη
συσκευή από το καλώδιο ή τον αγωγό
πίεσης.
• Προστατεύετε τη συσκευή από τον παγε-
τό και την ξηρή λειτουργία.
• Χρησιμοποιείτε μόνο αυθεντικά εξαρτή-
ματα και μη διεξάγετε τροποποιήσεις στη
συσκευή.
• Παρακαλούμε, διαβάστε τις υποδείξεις
των οδηγιών χειρισμού πάνω στο θέμα
„Συντήρηση και καθαρισμός“. Οποιαδή-
ποτε περαιτέρω μέτρα, ειδικά το άνοιγμα
της συσκευής, πρέπει να λαμβάνονται
από εξειδικευμένο ηλεκτροτεχνίτη. Σε
περίπτωση ανάγκης επισκευής, αποτα-
θείτε στο Κέντρο Σέρβις μας.

Προσοχή: Έτσι θα αποφύγετε ατυχή-
ματα και τραυματισμούς οφειλόμενα
σε ηλεκτροπληξία:
• Κατά τη λειτουργία της συσκευής, μετά
την τοποθέτηση, το φις του δικτύου πρέ-
πει να είναι ελεύθερα προσβάσιμο.
• Πριν θέσετε σε λειτουργία τη νέα σας


 
αντλία, δώστε εντολή σε κάποιον ειδικό
να ελέγξει τα παρακάτω:
- Η γείωση, ο μηδενισμός και ο δι-
ακόπτης ασφαλείας πρέπει να
ανταποκρίνονται στις προδιαγραφές
ασφαλείας των επιχειρήσεων πα-
ροχής ενέργειας και να λειτουργούν
απρόσκοπτα.
- Προστασία των ηλεκτρικών συνδέσε-
ων από την υγρασία.
- Σε περίπτωση που υπάρχει κίνδυνος
πλημμύρας, φέρτε τις συνδέσεις σε
περιοχές ασφαλείς από υπερχειλίσεις.
• Φροντίστε ώστε η τάση του ρεύματος να
συμφωνεί με τα στοιχεία τις πινακίδας
τύπου.
• Nα συνδέετε τη συσκευή μόνο σε πρίζα
με διακόπτη διαρροής με ευαισθησία όχι
πάνω από 30 mA, ασφάλεια τουλάχι-
στον 6 αμπέρ.
• Αν το καλώδιο ρεύματος της συσκευής
αυτής φθαρεί, πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί
από έναν άλλο, ειδικό καλώδιο ρεύμα-
τος, μέσω του κατασκευαστή, της υπη-
ρεσίας εξυπηρέτησης πελατών αυτού ή
ενός όμοια καταρτισμένου προσώπου,
έτσι ώστε να αποφευχθούν ενδεχόμενοι
κίνδυνοι. Το μήκος του αγωγού πρέπει
να ανέρχεται στα 10 m.
• Μη χρησιμοποιείτε το καλώδιο για να
τραβήξετε το φις από την πρίζα. Προστα-
τεύετε το καλώδιο από τη ζέστη, έλαια
και αιχμηρές γωνίες.
• Μη μεταφέρετε και μη στερεώνετε τη συ-
σκευή από το καλώδιο. Χρησιμοποιείτε
μόνο καλώδια προέκτασης που διαθέ-
τουν προστασία πιτσιλίσματος και προο-
ρίζονται για εξωτερική χρήση. Ξετυλίγετε
πάντα την μπομπίνα του καλωδίου εντε-
λώς πριν τη χρήση. Ελέγχετε το καλώδια
για ενδεχόμενες ζημιές.
• Πριν από κάθε εργασία στη συσκευή,
κατά τα διαλείμματα και όταν δε χρησιμο-
ποιείτε τη συσκευή, βγάζετε πάντα το φις
από την πρίζα.


Βιδώστε τον γωνιακό αντάπτερ
(15) και τον αντάπτερ με σύνδεση
σωλήνα (13) στην έξοδο της αντλί-
ας (11).


Λασκάρετε τις βίδες στη ρύθμιση
ύψους του διακόπτη με πλωτήρα
(5) και σπρώξτε την πάνω μέσω
του οδηγού (4). Το καλώδιο του δι-
ακόπτη με πλωτήρα (3) πρέπει να
περάσει προς τα επάνω (το βέλος
να δειχνει προς τα επάνω) (βλέ-
πε „Χειρισμός“).


Σπρώξτε το συμπαραδιδόμενο
στήριγμα καλωδίου (16) μέχρι το
τέρμα στον οδηγό στην όπισθεν
του περίβλημα της αντλίας (12).

