meter.
This quick reference contains a selection of the most
frequently used functions. You will find a full detailed
description of all the functions in the Operator Manual.

3. Set meter imprint:
– Postage / Canada Post product
(dispatch data, weight)
– Advertising imprint
– Mailing date.
1. Switch on.
2. Plug access card (MASTER /
USER) – set account.
4. Feed letter:
– Side to be printed face up
(address field visible).
– The top edge must touch the
letter guide.
– Push the letter in direction of
the arrow until the optimail
grips the letter.

The optimail is ready for metering.
You can feed and meter mail.
The Incoming mail stamp is enabled and ready.
You can feed incoming mail.
A list, report, preview image…
can be printed.
Text can be typed. The numeric keys are released for
text input.
The hourglass symbol appears when the optimail
requires some more time (e.g. when updating data).
Further options available.
Use the arrow keys to scroll forward or backward.
MEM and the memory location number indicate the
selected memory item.
