4.1 To The New Owner or Operator
              


It is the responsibility of the owner and operator to read this manual and to train
all other operators before they start working with the machine. Follow all safety
instructions exactly. Safety is everyone's business. By following recommended
procedures, a safe working environment is provided for the operator, bystanders
and the area around the worksite. Untrained operators are not qualified to operate
the machine.
