This Miller Twin Turbo G2 Connector Instruction Supplement must be used
in conjunction with the Miller Self-Retracting Lifelines & Fall Limiters
User Instruction Manual (I267).
1.0 Purpose
The Miller Twin Turbo™ G2 Connector is a compact, lightweight device uniquely engineered to
allow two compatible personal fall limiters (or self-retracting lifelines) to be connected to the back
of a user’s harness for continuous 100% tie-off fall protection.

Step 1
Pull webbing away from D-pad and place clip between webbing and D-pad, orienting as shown.

Insert clip into D-pad, adjusting the positioning until it fully “snaps” into place.

Step 3
Reach behind D-pad and “snap” back of clip into D-pad. Once the clip is fully installed onto the
D-pad, re-tighten the harness webbing around the clip and D-pad.

Protection System (with optional Harness D-Pad Clip)
Step 1
Open webbing retainer clip and slide to the side.
Step 2

Hook connector through the D-pad retainer clip tube located underneath the webbing.
For proper orientation of the system, insert connector from the left side as shown.

Follow steps 1 and 2 in section 4.2.
Step 3
Hook connector behind webbing straps, making sure to capture both webbing straps in the
connector. For proper orientation of the system, insert connector from the left side as shown.

5.0 Use
Once the Twin Turbo G2 Fall Protection System has been properly assembled and connected

to an approved anchorage. Anchorages must be capable of supporting a 5,000 pound (22.2kN)

While the Twin Turbo G2 System is designed to provide a user with two connecting devices for
