This Miller Twin Turbo G2 Connector Instruction Supplement must be used
in conjunction with the Miller Self-Retracting Lifelines & Fall Limiters
User Instruction Manual (I267).
1.0 Purpose
The Miller Twin Turbo™ G2 Connector is a compact, lightweight device uniquely engineered to
allow two compatible personal fall limiters (or self-retracting lifelines) to be connected to the back
of a user’s harness for continuous 100% tie-off fall protection.

Insert clip into D-pad, adjusting the positioning until it fully “snaps” into place.

Reach behind D-pad and “snap” back of clip into D-pad. Once the clip is fully installed onto the
D-pad, re-tighten the harness webbing around the clip and D-pad.

Open webbing retainer clip and slide to the side.
Step 2

Hook connector through the D-pad retainer clip tube located underneath the webbing.
For proper orientation of the system, insert connector from the left side as shown.

Hook connector behind webbing straps, making sure to capture both webbing straps in the
connector. For proper orientation of the system, insert connector from the left side as shown.

5.0 Use
Once the Twin Turbo G2 Fall Protection System has been properly assembled and connected

to an approved anchorage. Anchorages must be capable of supporting a 5,000 pound (22.2kN)

person as part of a complete fall arrest system which maintains a safety factor of two. Make sure

strength and shape. Always verify that the connector gate is completely closed and locked.
While the Twin Turbo G2 System is designed to provide a user with two connecting devices for

be connected at the same time when transitioning from one anchorage to another. During the

6.0 Inspection and Maintenance
Cleaning and Storage
Basic care of all fall protection equipment will prolong the durable life of the unit and will con-
tribute toward the performance of its vital safety function. Periodically clean the device using a
damp cloth and mild detergent to remove any dirt, paint, corrosives, contaminants, or other ma-
terials that may have accumulated. Then wipe dry with a clean cloth. When not in use, store in
DFOHDQGU\ORFDWLRQIUHHRIH[SRVXUHWRKHDWOLJKWH[FHVVLYHPRLVWXUHRLOFKHPLFDOVYDSRUV
or other degrading elements.
Servicing
Servicing of Miller fall protection equipment must only be carried out by Honeywell Safety Prod-
XFWVRUSHUVRQVRUHQWLWLHVDXWKRUL]HGLQZULWLQJE\+RQH\ZHOO$UHFRUGORJRIDOOVHUYLFLQJDQG
inspection dates for this device must be maintained. Only original Miller replacement parts are
approved for use in this device. Non-repairable devices that do not pass inspection must be dis-
posed of in a manner to prevent inadvertent further use. Contact Honeywell Technical Service at

Inspection
The Miller Twin Turbo G2 Connector is designed for today’s rugged work environments. To
maintain its service life and high performance, this device should be inspected frequently. 7KLV
