Cleaning
─ Before using this product for the rst
time, wash it by hand and dry carefully.
─Always wash the product by hand after
use.
─Do not use steel wool or anything that
may scratch the coating. Dishwasher
detergent can affect the surface.
─The base is slightly concave when cold,
but expands to atten out when heated.
Always leave the product to cool before
cleaning it. This allows the base to
resume its shape and helps to prevent it
from becoming uneven with use.
Good to know
─The frying pan is suitable for use on gas
hob.
─The handle can get damaged when the
pan is used on a gas hob.
─The pan gets hot during use. Therefore,
always use pot holders when moving the
pan.
─Do not let the pan boil dry, as the base
becomes skew by overheating and the
coating loses its non-stick properties.
─Use wooden or plastic utensils without
sharp edges.
