TO START.
Make sure you have a clear space, remember when finished and in
place you need access to check your build and able to pull the
shower out should you need to replace anything!
Take the shower tray remove all protecve wrapping and fit waste.
If you purchased the fing kit it is possible this could have been
already been fiEed in the tray hole but please note it will only have
been for transport and will need sealing correctly and alignment
for your house waste.
Now on the surface the shower is to finally rest, take the tray and
place accordingly. Level tray with water run off slightly towards the
drain. This is done by adjusng the feet fiEed underside

Taking the first back panel, place it into posion as shown below.
Next take the other back panel and align it to the panel already
placed on the tub. Now using a set of clamps, clamp it in to posi-
on. And drill the holes through using the guide holes on the first
panel.

Next fit the riser rail to the back panel as shown below and aEach
the shower hose and the hand shower on to it.
Taking the pre-built front panel
align it up to the back panels and
using a small pilot drill, drill out
the holes all the way up the col-
umn. Now take the self tapping
screws and aEach the column
up.

not to over ?ghten the
screw and damage the
back panel.

Take the first glass door and aEach the spring wheel as shown be-
low to the boEom of the door. AEach the back cover and secure in
place via the 2 screws.
Next aEach the top wheels which are the non spring wheels, mak-
ing sure you have the adjustable screw facing down the door not
up as you will need access to this later

Now place the roof in to posion. Make sure your roof overlaps the
edge of the top rail by about 10mm

Noce 10mm overhang!
Drill the holes up through the roof and aEach in to posion by the
nuts and bolts.

Now everything is built, make sure everything is aligned on the
boEom tray. Once you’re happy drill the holes by the guide on the
back panel and aEach via the nut and bolts.

Finally hang the doors. This is done by hanging the top in place first
then pushing the buEon down on the boEom spring wheel unl
they clip in to the rail. If they do not clip in you will need to lower
the top wheels in order to drop the door lower. Please see below.

doors cover the internal screws
with the screw caps.
Finally connect the an splash seals to
the back of the doors and the cabin is
complete.

Make sure all the hoses have their washers already inserted.
Finally connect up the last hose to the main overhead shower
found at the top of the shower roof.

Pressure Requirements from your house supply.
have a gravity feed older type of installaon (hot water tank type
usually less than 1 bar) you will almost certainly need a pump. We
cannot advise on which type of pump is used, locaon or design
because all house plumbing layouts vary. This is a job for your in-
staller /plumber. The end delivery however must fall within the
scope above.
Debit Requirements.
You will need the debit capabilies of at least 10 litres per minute.
Again an average combi boiler will supply this but please check if
you have a gravity feed system.
Important Note Do not exceed 3 bar pressure under any circum-
stances. Warranty void if so as damage will occur. If combi. type
supply, use a pressure reducing valve if required.

pulled away from the wall, the water supply pipes and waste pipe
require flexible pipes. If you purchased the fiEed kit with this
shower you will have the required fings. The water supply pipes
need to be at least 1 metre long and flexi braided type not speed
fit type heang piping.

Connect house waste to flexi pipe (if oponal fing kit purchased
you will have this as menoned in first stage)

Do not use a remote control inside the shower or leave in heavy
moisture areas.
Never clean your shower directly aPer use especially aPer steam-
ing. Allow one hour or longer to cool to room temperature. Cold
water on hot glass increases the risk of glass shaEering and in-
creases the risk of acrylic crazing. Never do this!
Never be tempted to invesgate a fault by opening ANY electrical
fing on your appliance. No parts are reclaimable and no parts are

Returned Goods
Your aEenon is drawn to the terms and condions. Any returned
Item must be accompanied by a return form. Using our customer
service department, they will authorise this subject to condions
and offer you a returns number, NO P ODUCT can be returned
without this and will be refused at the desnaon address. It is al-
so very important to remember NO GOODS are accepted for return
if built, used or no return number. In addion all boxes and packag-
ing must at all mes be in the same condion as it was delivered.
The goods must be as new and in a posion (sub. to reason of re-
turn) ready to be resold as so. Failure to adhere to this incurs costs
at the senders liability.

the largest stockists of all steam shower, non steam shower and
whirlpool bath spares in the UK. It is rare an item is out of stock
and usually on the shelf. All items are courier delivered where pos-

FAQs
What water pressure is required to operate you showers correctly and what
about your baths and basin taps?
2.5 bar is what we consider opmum pressure for all. A combi boiler is ideal just
make sure it is not giving too much pressure. If it is, use a pressure reducon
valve. If your house cannot deliver the required pressure you will need the assis-
tance of a pump.
I have a pump on my gravity fed system but it pulses so water comes out in
spurts. Why?
This could be a few things, if just installed you have the wrong pump or it could
be correct but in wrong posion. If it pulses with a shower the chances are, it
will be on the hand shower applicaon more than others. You need to consult
shower pump makers regards this offering the requirements we have stated
required for your product. If you have had this installed someme and been fine,
the chances are lime scale has blocked the valve filters fiEed in the back of the
shower valve block. Unscrew you hoses hot and cold and with a torch check in-
side you will see filters, remove these check and replace if required. Also check
hoses, as we have seen these blocked before in a very short space of me. Our
showers operate high pressure and calcium build up is faster than with older
systems. Think hard about a water soPener it will answer future problems and
keep you covered by warranty because remember calcium damage is not cov-
ered.
I have a bath and shower where water only dribbles out, my old bath worked
great before and our tank supplied it fine.
You need a pump, increasingly more and more appliances operate on hi pres-
sure systems and tank fed hot water is on the way out as it is very inefficient.
Without changing your boiler this is a good investment. Tell your plumber you
need a twin impeller hot/cold feed pump.

My shower has leaked water from day one! It comes up through the glass and
everywhere. My plumber has been back four ?mes and now says he has had
enough it is product fault. I now have silicone everywhere it looks terrible. I
want my money back!

I have water leaking from my shower valve inside the cabin, my bath tap does
the same, why?
Because the water cartridge in both needs replacing. emove this and replace,
I have loads of marks on the bath I purchased from you, it’s black in places and
cannot be used.
Seen this lots of mes, you have not taken protecve film off!! emove this and
underneath you will have a gleaming bath or shower tray.
Bulbs gone in my overhead light. Is it dangerous?
No it is not dangerous, all your lights operate on 12 volts even the fluorescent
type.
We purchased a shower from you 3 months ago now found one that looks the
same for £100.00 cheaper. We have been ripped off!
No you haven’t we are importers we design build test all of our items, many you
see in the shops have already been supplied by ourselves to them. Our dealer
network extends over five counes not just a small area. You cannot purchase
cheaper. The key to your statement is “looks the same”. It may look the same
but certainly is not! It is more than possible that dealers are indeed selling mod-
els such as this at maybe up to £150,00 cheaper than our price BUT this is old
technology we rejected more than three years ago. Control panels were unsta-
ble, transformers offering paral performance, thermostac valves with a very
high failure rate, we could go on. With Insignia we guarantee only the latest
technology is used, even if a customer has ordered from our adversing some-
thing we have deleted, we upgrade free of charge before delivery. Now think
back up! You will not find a more refined customer service dept open 80 hours
per week, to aEend to any problem you have and all in wring. As far as we
know we are the only company to offer the opon of a second year warranty
which more faith in our products than almost all others.
