INTRODUZIONE
Questo manuale descrive le funzioni del vostro aspiratore.
E’ responsabilità dell’acquirente accertarsi che l’aspiratore venga utilizzato da persone che abbiano
preso visione del presente manuale.
L’acquirente non è autorizzato in nessun modo a modicare o manomettere l’aspiratore, pena l’inva-
lidazione della garanzia e l’esonero da ogni responsabilità, sugli eventuali danni a cose o persone,
della ditta costruttrice.
In caso di smarrimento o danneggiamento del libretto di istruzioni, si prega di contattare il costruttore.
In caso di vendita dell’aspiratore, si prega di consegnare il presente libretto di istruzioni al futuro
proprietario o segnalare gli estremi del costruttore.
L’aspiratore, prima di essere consegnato, per garantire il corretto funzionamento, è sottoposto ad un
collaudo elettrico secondo severe procedure interne e con una moderna strumentazione di collaudo
elettrico tarata annualmente.

INDICAZIONI DI SICUREZZA DA OSSERVARE SCRUPOLOSAMENTE
LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE LE ISTRUZIONI PRIMA DELL’USO DELL’ASPIRATORE, IN MODO
DA POTER OPERARE SEMPRE NELLA MASSIMA SICUREZZA.
Attenzione: Prima di essere utilizzato, l’apparecchio, deve essere montato cor-
rettamente in ogni sua parte. Vericare che gli elementi ltranti previsti siano
correttamente montati ed efcienti.
PERICOLI PER I BAMBINI
■Questa macchina non è destinata ad essere usata da persone (bambini compresi) con ridotte
capacità siche, sensoriali o mentali, o con mancanza di esperienza e di competenza.
■ I bambini dovrebbero essere sorvegliati afnché non giochino con l’apparecchio.
■Gli operatori devono essere adeguatamente istruiti all’uso di questa macchina.
■I componenti dell’imballaggio possono costituire dei potenziali pericoli (es. sacco in plastica): riporli
fuori della portata dei bambini, animali e persone non coscienti delle proprie azioni.
■Per un corretto smaltimento dell’imballo seguire le legislazioni locali.
PERICOLI DOVUTI ALL’ELETTRICITÀ
■Accertarsi che i valori elettrici indicati sulla targa dati tecnici corrispondano a quelli della rete cui si
intende collegare l’apparecchio e che la presa sia conforme alla spina dell’apparecchio.
■Assicurarsi che il cavo di alimentazione sia sempre completamente svolto durante l’utilizzo dell’a-
spiratore.
■Non toccare/utilizzare la spina e l’aspirapolvere con le mani bagnate.
■ Non aspirare materiali che possono danneggiare gli elementi ltranti (es. pezzi di vetro, metallo
ecc).
■Non tirare mai o alzare l’apparecchio utilizzando il cavo elettrico.
■ Non immergere l’apparecchio in acqua per la pulizia, né lavarlo con getti d’acqua.
Attenzione: Ogni utilizzo diverso da quelli indicati sul presente manuale può
costituire un pericolo, pertanto deve essere evitato.
Attenzione: Non lasciare incustodito l’apparecchio funzionante, togliere sempre
la spina dalla presa di corrente in caso di inutilizzo e comunque tenerlo fuori
dalla portata di bambini o di persone non coscienti dei propri atti.

UTILIZZO SICURO
Attenzione: Solo per uso interno.
Attenzione: Aspirare solo materiale secco.
Attenzione: Non aspirare liquidi.
■Attenzione: L’apparecchio deve essere utilizzato, montato, riparato e trasportato su un piano sta-
bile e sicuro non inclinato.
■Attenzione: Questo apparecchio deve essere immagazzinato tenendo conto del suo peso su un
piano stabile, sicuro e non inclinato solo in ambienti chiusi e privi di umidità.
■Attenzione: Questo apparecchio non può essere usato all’aperto o in condizioni di umidità o di
basse temperature.
■ Attenzione: Non dirigere mai l’orizio di aspirazione verso parti del corpo di persone o di animali –
come occhi, orecchie, bocca, ecc., può essere molto pericoloso.
■Attenzione: Se l’apparecchio è provvisto di una presa supplementare, assicurarsi che l’elettro-uten-
sile non superi la potenza riportata sulla presa. La non osservanza di questa norma può causare
incendi e danni anche mortali all’utilizzatore.
■ Attenzione: Usare soltanto gli accessori forniti con l’apparecchio o quelli eventualmente specicati
nel manuale di istruzioni. L’utilizzo di altri accessori può compromettere la sicurezza.
■Attenzione: L’apparecchio non è idoneo ad ambienti in cui scariche elettrostatiche o scintille pos-
sono causare danni alle componenti elettriche o alle persone.
■Attenzione: Questo apparecchio non è adatto a raccogliere polvere pericolosa. Non aspirare so-
stanze/ miscele incandescenti, inammabili, esplosive, tossiche. La temperatura massima ammes-
sa di utilizzo è 40°C (104°F).
MANUTENZIONE
Togliere sempre la spina dalla presa di corrente prima di effettuare qualsiasi tipo
di intervento.
Dopo ogni utilizzo, e prima di inviare l’apparecchio in manutenzione procedere
alla pulizia dell’apparecchio in ogni sua parte per evitare rischi
■Per garantire un funzionamento sicuro e continuativo dell’apparecchio, eseguire periodicamente
una regolare manutenzione, comprensiva di una verica dell’integrità delle parti plastiche, del kit
ltrante, della tenuta delle guarnizioni e del corretto funzionamento del meccanismo di comando.
■Controllare regolarmente il cavo di alimentazione alla ricerca di danni, quali tagli abrasioni screpo-
lature o invecchiamento. Sostituire il cavo prima di usarlo ulteriormente.
■La sostituzione del cavo danneggiato deve essere fatta dal servizio di assistenza tecnica o da
personale competente autorizzato da una qualica riconosciuta.
■Utilizzando prolunghe elettriche, assicurarsi che queste abbiano almeno la stessa sezione del cavo
di alimentazione e che non entrino in contatto con liquidi o superci conduttive.
■La pulizia non deve essere eseguita dai bambini se non supervisionati.
■Manutenzioni e riparazioni devono essere effettuate sempre da personale autorizzato dal costrut-
tore o da una qualica riconosciuta; le parti che eventualmente si guastassero vanno sostituite solo
con ricambi originali.

PULIZIA DEL FILTRO E DELL’APPARECCHIO
APPARECCHIO DOTATO DI SCUOTI FILTRO ELETTRO MAGNETICO AUTOMATICO E MANUALE PER LA
PULIZIA DELLA CARTUCCIA
LO SCUOTI FILTRO È MUNITO DI UN DISPOSITIVO TERMICO CHE LO PROTEGGE DA POSSIBILI SURRI-
SCALDAMENTI O FUNZIONAMENTI ANOMALI.
ATTENZIONE: Questo aspiratore , è dotato, di un pressostato con spia luminosa
che quando si illumina avvisa che la cartuccia ltro o ltro essenziale è intasata
e deve essere sostituita.
Non pulire il ltro essenziale con aria compressa.
Il ltro essenziale una volta intasato va smaltito, questo per non compromettere
l’efcacia del sistema di ltrazione che causerebbe l’immissione di particelle di
polvere non desiderate nell’ambiente.
Dopo ogni utilizzo, e prima di inviare l’apparecchio in manutenzione procedere
alla pulizia dell’apparecchio in ogni sua parte per evitare rischi
■Prima di qualsiasi operazione predisporre tutte le opportune misure per la propria sicurezza, degli
altri e dell’ambiente circostante (fare riferimento alle procedure interne di sicurezza al luogo di
lavoro).
■ E’ consigliato attendere qualche minuto (dopo lo spegnimento dell’aspiratore) prima di togliere il l-
tro essenziale, in modo che la polvere contaminata non sia più in sospensione all’interno del fusto.
■Tutte le parti dell’apparecchio devono essere considerate contaminate quando si tolgono dalla
zona di utilizzo e devono essere eseguite azioni appropriate per prevenire dispersione di polvere.
■Tutti gli elementi contaminati che non possono essere puliti bene devono essere eliminati.
■Tali elementi devono essere eliminati in sacchetti impenetrabili conformemente ai regolamenti ap-
plicabili per l’eliminazione di tale materiale.
■E’ necessario poi fornire un adeguato ricambio d’aria nel locale in riferimento alle norme nazionali.
■ ATTENZIONE: Le polveri presenti sul ltro essenziale potrebbero essere tossico nocive, quindi
consigliamo di utilizzare strumenti per la protezione della persona: utilizzare guanti, mascherina
di protezione per bocca e naso, occhiali protettivi e una tuta completa per evitare che la polvere
contaminata vada a contatto con altre parti del corpo dell’operatore.
■ La cartuccia ltro o ltro essenziale sporco è un riuto tossico nocivo e come tale deve essere
trattato. Utilizzare un contenitore idoneo per lo smaltimento.
■I consigli citati sono i requisiti minimi di sicurezza da adottare. Si prega di prendere visione delle
norme di sicurezza interne al luogo di lavoro.
■Per lo smaltimento adottare le procedure indicate dalle vigenti leggi in materia applicate nel luogo
di utilizzo.

Attenzione:
Per mantenere in perfetta efcienza l’apparecchio, per l’aspirazione di pol-
vere, è necessario pulire il ltro in poliestere scuotendolo dopo ogni utilizzo.
Attenzione: è vietata qualsiasi modica all’apparecchio. La manomissione com-
porta il decadimento della garanzia del costruttore oltre che provocare incendi
o danni no alla morte dell’utilizzatore.
Il fabbricante declina ogni responsabilità per danni causati a persone o cose in
seguito al mancato rispetto di queste istruzioni o se l’apparecchio viene usato
in modo irragionevole.
COMPONENTI ELETTRICI - CARATTERISTICHE - MODO DI OPERARE
A1 Interruttore generale rosso.
Posizione “0” aspiratore spento - Posizione “I” aspiratore acceso.
A2 Presa supplementare per elettro utensile.
Attenzione: La presa supplementare è sempre sotto tensione quando la spina
dell’aspiratore è inserita nella presa di corrente.
Attenzione: Quando si utilizzano utensili elettrici, non superare la potenza ri-
portata sulla presa supplementare dell’aspiratore. Assicurarsi che la tensione
di alimentazione dell’utensile elettrico corrisponda a quanto riportato sull’e-
tichetta dati tecnici dell’aspiratore. La non osservanza di queste regole può
causare incendi e danni anche mortali all’utilizzatore. L’aspiratore deve essere
tassativamente collegato ad una presa munita di contatto di terra
Attenzione: Prima di collegare l’utensile elettrico all’aspiratore, accertarsi che
sia spento - Prima di spegnere l’aspiratore, assicurarsi che l’utensile sia spento.
Quando si è terminato il lavoro, sconnettere l’utensile dall’aspiratore
A3 Spia luminosa collegata ad un pressostato, si accende quando la cartuccia ltro è intasata
e deve essere sostituita.
A8 Commutatore I - 0 - II
Posizione “I”: funziona solo l’aspirazione
Posizione “0”: modalità automatica - utensile elettrico + aspirazione + scuoti ltro automatico.
L’accensione e lo spegnimento del motore dell’aspiratore avviene in modo automatico in funzione
dell’accensione / spegnimento dell’utensile elettrico collegato alla presa supplementare (Potenza
massima (vedi etichetta applicata sulla presa).
Quando viene spento l’utensile, dopo circa 8 secondi si spegnerà il motore dell’aspiratore e si avvierà
la funzione di scuoti ltro per circa 15 secondi.
NB: Se durante il tempo di scuotimento del ltro, viene fatto ripartire l’utensile, la funzione scuoti ltro
si arresterà automaticamente ed il motore dell’aspiratore ripartirà.
Posizione “II”: funziona solo lo scuoti ltro in modalità manuale .
L’operatore può far scuotere il ltro quando lo ritiene opportuno (a motore spento) premendo il com-
mutatore in posizione “II” per un tempo massimo non superiore ai 15 secondi (il tempo minimo tra un
utilizzo e l’altro è di 2/3 minuti).

MODO DI UTILIZZO - ASPIRAZIONE POLVERE
■ Inserire il sacco ltro nel fusto calzandolo sul deettore (Fig.1)
■ Inserire la cartuccia ltro nel fusto (Fig.2)
■Montare la testa sul fusto e bloccarla con i ganci (Fig.3)
■ Inserire il tubo essibile nel bocchettone (Fig.4)
■ Inserire all’estremità del tubo essibile l’impugnatura e le prolunghe (Fig.5-6-7)
■Scegliere e collegare l’accessorio più adatto
■Accendere l’apparecchio dopo aver collegato la spina ad una presa (Fig.8)

This manual describe your vacuum cleaner features.
It is owner’s responsibility to make sure that the vacuum cleaner is used by people informed about
this handbook of instructions.
It is not permitted to the owner modify, use or tampering with the vacuum cleaner for purposes differ-
ent from those described in this handbook, otherwise the warranty is no longer effective and exempt
the manufacturer from every responsibility for possible damages to people or things.
In case of loss or damage of the handbook, please contact the manufacturing company.
In case of sale of the vacuum cleaner please attach the present handbook of instructions to the ma-
chine or inform the buyer about the manufacturing company.
The vacuum cleaner is fully tested before the delivery, in order to ensure the good performances of
the appliance. This is done according to strict internal procedures and with modern yearly certied
electrical tests.
INTENDED USE
APPLIANCE DESIGNED TO VACUUM DUST AND LIGHT DEBRIS.
NOT SUITABLE TO PICK UP LIQUIDS.
SOLID, POWERFUL AND EASY TO USE, IT IS ALSO EQUIPPED WITH EFFICIENT
TOOLS, FOR A RAPID AND COMPLETE CLEANING. THIS VACUUM CLEANER IS SUIT-
ABLE FOR COLLECTIVE USE: FOR EXAMPLE IN HOTELS, SCHOOLS, FACTORIES,
SHOPS, ETC.

Warning: Before using the appliance, the device must be correctly assembled.
Check that all the equipped ltering elements are in place and efcient.
CHILDREN WARNING
■This appliance must be kept out of the reach of children, of people with reduced physical, sensory
or mental abilities or lacking experience and knowledge.
■Children must be kept under control, do not allow that children use the appliance as a toy.
■Users must be properly trained to use the machine.
■Components used in packaging (ex: plastic bags) can be dangerous; keep away from children and
animals.
■To correctly dispose of the packaging follow the local standards in force
ELECTRICAL WARNING
■Make sure that the voltage of electrical mains is the same as that indicated on the rating plate on
of the vacuum cleaner. Verify that the socket is compatible with the plug.
■Do not use the cable coiled.
■Do not handle/use plug or appliance with wet hands.
■ Do not pick up anything that can damage the ltering elements (such as glass, metal etc.).
■Do not use the electrical cord to move or lift the machine.
■The machine should never be immersed in water or a pressure jet of water be used for cleaning.
Warning: An application not described in this manual is potentially dangerous,
therefore it must be avoided.
Warning: Do not leave the unsupervised a working machine. Always unplug the

MAINTENANCE
Always disconnect power cord from power source before operating.
After every use and before sending the appliance to technical assistance, the
vacuum cleaner must be disassembled, cleaned and overhauled to avoid hazard
for the maintenance staff.
■ Do routine maintenance. Inspect gaskets seals, plastic parts, lters, switches and replace those
which have begun to leak or are damaged.
■Using a machine with a damaged power cord could result in an electrocution. Check the cord look-
ing for cut, cracks or aging signs and replace it, if it’s necessary.
■Only an authorized service centre can replace power cord of the appliance.
■If extension cord are used, ensure that the cable rating is suitable for use with the equipment. Keep
dry at all times.
■Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
■Only an authorized service centre can do reparation or maintenance of the appliance. Use only
original spare parts.
■Don’t let children clean the appliance if they are not under supervision of an adult.

CLEANING THE FILTER AND THE VACUUM
APPLIANCE EQUIPPED WITH MANUAL AND AUTOMATIC ELECTRO-MAGNETIC FILTER SHAKER TO
CLEAN THE FILTER CARTRIDGE.
FILTER SHAKER IS PROVIDED WITH A THERMAL LIMITER THAT PROTECT IT FROM OVERHEATING OR
IRREGULAR FUNCTIONING.
WARNING: This vacuum is equipped with a vacuum gauge with an indicator
light that turns on when the lter cartridge (or absolute lter) is clogged and
must be replaced.
Never clean the absolute lter with compressed air.
A clogged absolute lter must be replaced with one of identical characteristics,
otherwise the vacuum cleaner will not operate correctly. This is necessary in
order not to compromise the efciency of the ltering system which would let
go unwanted dust particles into the environment.
After every use and before sending the appliance to technical assistance, the
vacuum cleaner must be disassembled, cleaned and overhauled to avoid hazard
for the maintenance staff.
■Before any operation prepare all the appropriate measures for your personal safety, for the safety
of other people and of the surrounding environment (refer to the safety procedures in your work
place).
■ Before proceeding with the replacement of the lter, turn off the vacuum cleaner and wait a few
minute, allowing the dust to lay down at the bottom of the tank.
■All parts of the vacuum cleaner must be considered as contaminated when they are removed from
the hazardous zone, and appropriate actions must be taken to prevent dust from dispersing.
■All the contaminated elements that cannot be properly cleaned, must be eliminated.
■These elements must be disposed of in sealed bags in accordance with applicable regulations and
local laws on the disposal of such material.
■It is necessary giving adequate ventilation of the exhaust air from the room in which it is disassem-
bled.
■ WARNING: Dust laid down the lter can be toxic, wear a mask that covers mouth and nose, protec-
tive clothing and protective gloves suited to the hazardous nature of the dust collected.
■ Filter cartridge (absolute lter) is an hazardous and toxic element. Dispose of it in a sealed bag.
■These warnings are the minimum safety requirement that has to be adopted. Please take note of
the safety regulations in your work place.

tridge must be shaken after every use.

proper use of the machine or caused by the failure to respect the instructions
given in this manual.
ELECTRICAL PARTS - FEATURES - STARTING UP
A1 Red general switch.
Position “0” appliance off - Position “I” appliance on.
A2 Additional socket to connect the power tool.
Warning: the additional socket is always under power when the machine is
connected to electrical main.
When using power-tools, do not exceed the power reported on the additional
socket. Check that the power-tool voltage corresponds to what is stated on the
technical data plate on the vacuum cleaner. Failure to comply with these instruc-
tion could cause serious accidents and damages to the user, that can also lead
to death. Connect the plug to a receptacle that is connected to the electrical
ground.
Warning: Before connecting the power tool, make sure that it is off.
Warning: Before turning off the appliance, make sure that the power tool is off.
At the end of a cleaning session turn off the vacuum and remove the plug from
the socket.
A3 Light indicator connected to a pressure switch, it turns on when the lter cartridge is clogged
and it must be replaced.
A8 General switch I - 0 - II
Position “I”: Only the vacuum cleaner can work.
Position“0”: Automatic mode: power tool + vacuum + automatic lter shaker.
Vacuum cleaner turns on or off automatically depending on whether or not the power tool is on or off
(Max power - see label on the additional socket).
If you turn off the power tool, after 8 seconds the motor of the vacuum cleaner will turn off and an the
lter shaker will perform an automatic cleaning cycle that will last 15 seconds.
NB: If throughout the cleaning cycle you turn on the power tool, the shaker will automatically stops
and the vacuum cleaner will start.
Position “II”: Only the lter shaker works, in manual mode.
Stop the vacuum cleaner before shaking the lter. In this position the user can shake the main lter by
pushing the switch in position “II” for a lapse of 15 seconds at the most. The minimum time between
one use and the following is 2/3 minutes.

PICKING UP DUST
■ Attach paper bag to tank inlet deector (Fig.1)
■ Insert the lter inside the tank (Fig.2)
■Place vacuum head onto the tank and secure it with the two hooks (Fig.3)
■ Insert exible hose into the tank inlet (Fig.4)
■Attach appropriate cleaning tool: the curve and straight wand (Fig.5-6-7)
■Connect the power cord to power source. Activate the vacuum by pressing the switch.
