questo manuale des rive le funzioni del vostro
aspiratore: prima di utilizzarlo è indispensabile
leggere le istruzioni fornite nelle varie sezioni. Il
produttore attinge ad una ventennale
esperienza nella ostruzione di aspiratori per gli
usi più svariati e, da sempre, è attento
all’ambiente ed ai sistemi di filtraggio della
mis ela dell’aria.
L’aspiratore è stato realizzato nel rispetto delle
normative della direttiva ma hine 2006/42 CE.
L’appare hio riporta sull’eti hetta dei dati
te ni i il simbolo CE.
Questa simbologia verrà utilizzata per ri ordare
all’operatore di prestare la massima attenzione
su operazioni he possono provo are lesioni,
fino alla morte, all’operatore stesso oppure a
persone o animali presenti nelle vi inanze.
Inoltre le operazioni ri hiamate da questa
simbologia potrebbero ausare danneggiamenti
an he irreparabili all’aspiratore.
E’ importante he l’aspiratore sia ondotto da
persone responsabili he ne mantengano un
orretto utilizzo di funzionamento,
manutenzione e riparazione.
Nel aso sorgessero problemi di funzionamento,
onsultare sempre il ostruttore.
Prima di essere onsegnato, per garantire il
orretto funzionamento, l’aspiratore è
ollaudato in ogni sua parte se ondo severe
pro edure interne e on una moderna
strumentazione di ollaudo elettri o tarata
annualmente.

this handbook of instru tions des ribes the
fun tions of your va uum leaner: it is
important to read the instru tions given in the
different se tions before using the applian e.
The produ er has a 20-year experien e in
produ ing va uum leaners for a wide range of
uses and it has always ared about the
environment and the systems of filtering the air
mixture.
The va uum leaner is built in omplian e with
the Ma hinery Dire tive 2006/42/EC. This
applian e reports the CE symbol on the label of
te hni al data.
This symbol will be used to remind the operator
to pay attention to operations that may ause
lesions, in luding death, to the operator or to
other people or animals nearby.
Furthermore, the operations indi ated by these
symbols may ause damages, even irreparable
ones, to the su tion devi e.
It is important that the va uum leaner is used
by responsible people who an guarantee for its
orre t use, maintenan e and fixing.
In ase of problems, always onta t the
manufa turer.
In order to guarantee the right fun tioning, the
va uum leaner is fully tested a ording to
stri t internal pro edures and with modern
yearly alibrated ele tri al tests, before the
delivery.

In parti olare il ollaudo di si urezza elettri a
viene eseguito se ondo le normative sulla
direttiva ma hine itata e riguarda:
- Prova del onduttore di terra (verifi a
l’effi ienza della messa a terra dell’aspiratore)
- Prova di resistenza di isolamento (verifi a il
valore di isolamento tra i onduttori attivi e
la terra)
- Prova rigidità dielettri a (verifi a il valore di
isolamento tra i onduttori attivi e la terra)
- Prova di orrente di dispersione (verifi a he il
valore di orrente dispersa dall’appare hio non
sia superiore ai limiti normativi)
- Prova di orrente assorbita (verifi a il orretto
valore di assorbimento he l’aspiratore deve
avere on una tolleranza di ± 10% rispetto al
valore nominale)
- Prova di potenza assorbita (verifi a il orretto
valore di potenza he l’aspiratore deve avere
on una tolleranza di ± 10% rispetto al valore
nominale)
- Prova di depressione (verifi a il orretto valore
di depressione he l’aspiratore deve avere on
una tolleranza di ± 15% rispetto al valore
nominale)
- Prova di portata d’aria (verifi a il orretto
valore di portata d’aria he l’aspiratore deve
avere on una tolleranza di ± 15% rispetto al
valore nominale)
Al termine di queste prove, opia del ertifi ato
di ollaudo on riportati tutti i dati ris ontrati, i
rispettivi limiti normativi non hé i dati di
identifi azione dell’operatore e la data, viene
allegata all’aspiratore.

The ele tri safety test, parti ularly, is arried
out a ording to the rules on the above
mentioned CE Ma hine Dire tive and it
on erns:
- Test of the ground wire (it he ks the
grounding effi ien y of the va uum leaner)
- Test of insulation resistan e (it he ks the
insulation value between a tive ondu tors and
the ground)
- Test of diele tri strength (it he ks the
insulation value between a tive ondu tors and
the ground)
- Test of leakage urrent (it he ks that the
value of urrent leaked from the equipment is
not above the standard limits)
- Test of absorbed urrent (it he ks the orre t
value of absorption that the va uum leaner has
with a toleran e of ± 10% ompared to the
nominal value of the proje t)
- Test of absorbed power (it he ks the orre t
value of power that the va uum leaner has
with a toleran e of ±10% ompared to the
nominal value of the proje t)
- Test of depression (it he ks the orre t value
of depression that the va uum leaner has with
a toleran e of ±15% ompared to the nominal
value of the proje t)
- Test of airflow (it he ks the orre t value of
airflow that the va uum leaner has with a
toleran e of ±15% ompared to the nominal
value of the proje t)
At the end of these tests a opy of the test
ertifi ation is en losed to the ma hine,
reporting all test data, their normative limits,
identifying data of the operator and the date of
the tests.

prin ipali funzionalità dell’aspiratore in modo
da poter operare sempre nella massima
si urezza.
E’ responsabilità dell’a quirente a ertarsi he
l’aspiratore venga utilizzato da persone he
abbiano preso visione del presente manuale.
L’a quirente non è autorizzato in nessun modo a
modifi are o manomettere l’aspiratore, pena
l’invalidazione della garanzia e l’esonero da
ogni responsabilità, sugli eventuali danni a ose
o persone, della ditta ostruttri e.
In aso di smarrimento o danneggiamento del
libretto di istruzioni, si prega di ontattare il
ostruttore.
In aso di vendita dell’aspiratore, si prega di
onsegnare il presente libretto di istruzioni al
futuro proprietario o segnalare gli estremi del

L’aspiratore in vostro possesso è stato
progettato per l’aspirazione di polvere e residui
di lavorazione.
Il materiale aspirato per effetto i loni o tende
a depositarsi sul fondo del ontenitore, le
parti elle di polvere più fini ontenute nella
mis ela si depositano sulla superfi ie filtrante.
Non mettere in funzione l’aspiratore se non è
stato montato il ono deflettore (vedi sezione
‘‘uso dell’aspirapolvere’’).
Solo per Planet 60 e Planet GL:
L’aspiratore in vostro possesso è stato
progettato per l’aspirazione di polvere, residui
di lavorazione e liquidi.
L’aspiratore è equipaggiato di due kit per
aspirare separatamente polvere e liquidi.
Se viene montato il ono deflettore la ma hina
può aspirare polvere, se viene montato il kit
galleggiante la ma hina può aspirare liquidi
(vedi sezione ‘‘uso dell’aspirapolvere’’).
Non mettere in funzione l’aspiratore se nessuno
dei due kit è stato montato.
IMPIEGHI NON CONSENTITI E
TASSATIVAMENTE VIETATI
- Non aspirare polvere se il ono deflettore non
è montato.
- Non aspirare polvere senza il filtro.
- Non aspirare sostanze infiammabili (p.es.
benzine, diluenti a idi, e .)
- Non aspirare sostanze esplosive
- Non aspirare sostanze he mes olandosi on
l’aria possano dare origine ad esplosioni.
- Non aspirare in ambienti on presenza di
vapori di benzine, diluenti o gas esplosivi,

The material su ked up tends to lay down on
the bottom of the tank as a result of y lone
effe t, the smaller dust parti les ontained in
the mixture set down on the filtering surfa e.
Don’t start up the ma hine if the defle tor one
is not installed (see se tion ‘‘va uum leaner
use’’)
Only for Planet 60 and Planet GL:
Your va uum leaner has been designed for the
su tion of dust, s raps and liquids.
This ma hine is equipped by two different kits,
to separately va uum dusts and liquids. If you
equip the ma hine with the defle tor one, you
an su k up dusts. If you equip the ma hine
with the floater kit, you an su k up liquids (see
se tion ‘‘va uum leaner use’’).
Don’t start up the ma hine if none of the kits is
installed.
IT IS NOT ALLOWED AND STRICTLY
FORBIDDEN TO
- Don’t su k up dust if the defle tor one is not
installed.
- Don’t su k up dusts without the filter.
- Do not su k up inflammable substan es (e.g.
fuels, solvents, a ids et .)
- Don’t su k up any kind of explosive material.
- Do not su k up substan es that, in onta t
with the air, may ause explosions.
- Do not su k up in presen e of oil vapors or
other explosive gases, aerosol, hemi al and
toxi produ ts.
- Don’t su k up in andes ent bodies (e.g.
igarette butts, firebrands).
- Don’t su k up toxi or harmful substan es
(toners, asbestos’ dusts).
- Do not open the tank while the va uum
leaner is working.

informati, istruiti e addestrati relativamente
all’uso dell’appare hio e alle sostanze per ui
esso deve essere usato, in luso il metodo

materiale ra olto.

sull’aspiratore abbia letto il presente manuale

SAFETY CONDITIONS

- Please read this manual before turning on the
va uum leaner.

from the so ket and inform the responsible.
- Do not start the va uum leaner in ase of
true or presumed failure.
- Every part of the applian e must be orre tly
assembled before using it. Verify, furthermore,
that the filtering elements have been orre tly
and effi iently assembled.
- Before use the operators must be informed,
instru ted and trained to use the devi e and the
substan es for whi h it must be used, in luding
the safe method of removal and elimination of
the olle ted material.

in ustodito o alla portata di bambini o di
persone non os ienti dei propri atti.

- Any different use from that indi ated in this
manual ould onstitute a danger, therefore, it
must be avoided.
- WARNING: This applian e must be stored,
taking its weight into onsideration, on a solid,
steady, safe and not sloping plane, indoor and
in a moisture free environments.
- WARNING: this applian e annot be used and
stored in the open or under damp onditions.
- Don't ever point the su tion toward people or
animals.
- WARNING the applian e is not suitable for
areas prote ted against ele trostati
dis harges.
- WARNING: use only the original a essories
or those spe ified in the instru tion manual.
Using other brushes ould make warranty no
more effe tive.

unsupervised or in presen e of hildren.

utilizzo è (40°C / 104°F).
- L’appare hio deve essere utilizzato, montato,
riparato e trasportato su un piano stabile e
si uro non in linato.
- A ertarsi he il valore di tensione indi ato sul
blo o motore orrisponda a quello di energia
ui si intende ollegare l’appare hio.
- Non aprire il serbatoio di ra olta on
l’aspiratore in funzione.
- Non superare il livello di riempimento del
serbatoio di ra olta residui.
- ATTENZIONE: non aspirare sostanze
infiammabili (es. enere del amino), esplosive,
tossi he o peri olose per la salute.
- Non aspirare materiali he possono
danneggiare gli elementi filtranti (es. pezzi di
vetro, metallo, tizzoni ardenti, mozzi oni di
sigarette, e )
- Non immergere l’appare hio in a qua per la
pulizia, né lavarlo on getti d’a qua.
- Evitare di far funzionare l’aspiratore in
ambienti on temperature minori di -10°C e
superiori a 40°C on umidità massima del 70%.
- Proteggere l’aspiratore dalla pioggia
- Controllare regolarmente il avo di
alimentazione alla ri er a di danni, quali
s repolature o inve hiamento sostituire il avo
prima di usarlo ulteriormente.
- Se il avo di alimentazione è danneggiato,
esso deve essere sostituito dal ostruttore o dal
servizio di assistenza te ni a o omunque da
una persona on qualifi a similare, in modo da
prevenire ogni ris hio.
- Utilizzando prolunghe elettri he, assi urarsi
he queste appoggino su superfi i as iutte e
protette da eventuali spruzzi d’a qua.

maximum temperature allowed is (40°C /

Consegna e movimentazione
L’aspiratore è fissato ad un ban ale e ri operto

Se l’imballo presenta danneggiamenti, sporgere
immediato re lamo al trasportatore e annotare

dell’aspiratore, si devono osservare
tutte le regole del luogo di lavoro per garantire

the delivery note that the material is olle ted
