CUBBY HOLE UNITS
IMPORTANT!
Assembly may require the assistance of
another person.
Before you begin assembly:
READ THE DIRECTIONS all the way through one
time. This will speed up the process and help you
understand the sequence of steps.
COUNT THE PARTS AND HARDWARE before
assembly. This ensures you have received all
necessary parts before you begin.
TOOLS: You may need a Phillips head screwdriver,
a medium slotted screwdriver or a plastic mallet. To
protect your new furniture from damage during
assembly, it is recommended to work on a carpeted
surface.
CAUTION: On assemblies requiring glue, make
sure the unit is assembled correctly before gluing.
Once this unit is assembled with glue, the
manufacturer will not be responsible for damaged
parts. Keep a damp cloth or sponge handy to wipe
off excess glue.
To care for this furniture, simply wipe with a cloth
dampened with glass cleaner containing ammonia-D.

Take right panel and place
21 Rafix Bolts (H3) into the
designated holes.

Insert 13 flush rafix cams
(H2) and 1 rafix bolt (H3)
into back panel. Lower
back panel onto right
panel. Tighten flush rafix
cams.

ASSEMBLE DISASSEMBLE
Using the Rafix System:
Insert the Rafix Cams into the
appropriate holes. The flat edge of
the cam should be facing the edge
of the panel.
Slide Rafix Cams of the panel to be
attached onto the corresponding posts.
Using a #3 Phillips screwdriver, turn the
rotating portion of the Rafix Cam a 1/2
turn clockwise to secure. IMPORTANT!
Do not exceed 1/2 turn when tightening
cams. Turn 1/2 turn counterclockwise
to disassemble and remove panel.
When screwing post
into hole, Do Not
over tighten. Screw
post down until
bottom face of post
flange just touches
board surface.
Flat
edges
must be

Take bottom panel and insert 4
Rafix bolts (H3) on one side of
panel and 7 rafix cams (H1) and
3 rafix bolts (H3) to the other
side. Please see illustration
below for bottom view of the
bottom panel.

Take your shelf panel and
insert 4 flush rafix cams
(H2). Place shelf on the 2
bolts on the right panel
and tighten.

#6 Insert 4 flush rafix cams (H2)
and 7 rafix bolts (H3) to top
panel. Set into place and
tighten flush rafix cams.

repeat step 5 for remainder of
shelf panels for this section.

Set divider into place and set
the through bolts (H4) through
divider. Secure top and
botom rafix cams and shelf
rafix cams by tightening.
Repeat previous steps until
you come to toeboard and left
side end panel.

Place 5 flush rafix cams
(H2) into toekick and
install towards the
bottom of unit.

Take left side end panel and place 21 rafix bolts (H3) into designated holes. Set left side
end panel into place and tighten.

now assembled and ready for use.
