i guasti vericatisi nei primi 2 anni dalla
data di acquisto. Nel caso di acquisto con
fattura, la garanzia è limitata ad 1 anno.
• Sono esclusi i guasti causati da imperizia o da
uso non appropriato dell’apparecchio
• La garanzia non ha più alcun e󰀨etto qualora
l’apparecchio risulti manomesso.
• La garanzia non prevede necessariamente la
sostituzione del prodotto.
• Sono escluse dalla garanzia le parti esterne, le
batterie, le manopole, gli interruttori, e le parti
asportabili o consumabili.

• The warranty covers manifacturing defects
and faults occurred in the rst 2 years from
the date of purchase. In case of purchase
with invoice, the warranty is limited to 1 year
• Damages caused by negligence or wrong use of
the device are not covered by warranty.
• The warranty is no longer e󰀨ective if the item
is modied or disassembled by not authorized
people.
• This warranty doesn’t necessarily envisage the
product’s replacement.
• External components, batteries, knobs, switches
and any removable or subject to wear and tear
parts are excluded from warranty.
• Shipment for the return of faulty items is at
expense and risk of the owner.
• For all intents and porpuses the warranty
is e󰀨ective only upon exhibition of the
invoice or of the purchase receipt.

Al momento dell’acquisto o della ricezione del prodotto
aprite la scatola e controllate attentamente il contenuto
per accertarvi che tutte le parti siano presenti e in buone
condizioni. Segnalate immediatamente al venditore
eventuali danni da trasporto subiti dall’apparecchio.
In caso di invio in assistenza è importante che il prodotto
sia completo dell’imballo originale: vi suggeriamo
quindi di conservarlo, assieme allo scontrino o fattura
d’acquisto.
Shipments
and complaints
When purchasing or receiving the product, open the
box and carefully check the content, to make sure that
all parts are present and in good condition. Report any
transport damage su󰀨ered by the device to the seller
immediately.
If you send the product for repair, it must be shipped with
complete original packaging: we therefore recommend
to keep it, along with the invoice or the purchase receipt.

Prima di e󰀨ettuare i collegamenti, assicuratevi
che l’unità sia scollegata dalla presa elettrica. Tutti
i collegamenti devono avvenire ad apparecchio
spento.
Posizionate il microfono interno come desiderato.
Abbiate cura che sia in posizione comoda per l’utilizzo
e che non necessiti costantemente di aggiustamenti
dell’asta che potrebbe causare un degrado precoce
del microfono stesso.
Applicate lo speaker all’esterno del vetro ad altezza
tale che risulti udibile dalla persona posta davanti al
vetro. Potete utilizzare del biadesivo o agganciarlo
tramite l’asola posteriore.
Dove aver fatto passare il cavo dall’altra parte del
vetro, agganciate il connettore alla presa OUT (4)
della base.
Collegate ora l’alimentatore alla presa posteriore
DC 14V (3) della base, quindi inserite l’alimentatore
in una comune presa elettrica domestica 220V.
L’apparecchio è ora pronto all’uso.
Premete il tasto POWER (7): il microfono interno ed
esterno verranno attivati come pure gli altoparlanti.
In questo momento sia l’operatore che il cliente
potranno parlare e ascoltare.
Il volume dello speaker (5) sulla base è regolabile dal
comando rotante (11).
Quando il microfono della base è attivo, il led (2) si
illumina. Se volete disattivare il microfono interno,
premete il tasto MIC (6), la ghiera (2) si spegnerà.
L’operatore potrà ascoltare il cliente esterno, ma
il cliente non potrà sentire l’operatore. Premete
nuovamente il tasto MIC (6) per riattivare il microfono
e parlare.
Se desiderate parlare tramite un pratico microfono
ad archetto in alternativa a quello della base,
potrete collegarlo alla presa laterale (9). Il microfono
principale verrà escluso e sostituito da quello ad
archetto. Sempre tramite il tasto MIC (6) potrete
attivare o disattivare il microfono ad archetto quando
non volete che vi sentano all’esterno.
Alla presa REC (10) poterte collegare un amplicatore
esterno o un registratore. A questa presa sono
presenti entrambi i segnali microfonici cosicchè sarà

Position the internal microphone as desired. Make
sure that it is in a comfortable position for use and that
the gooseneck does not constantly need adjustments
which could cause quick wearing of the microphone
itself.
Apply the speaker outside the glass, at the right height
to be heard by the person standing in front of the glass.
You can x the speaker with some double-sided tape
or hook it through the back hole.
After passing the cable to the other side of the glass,
put the connector into the OUT (4) socket of the base.
Connect now the adaptor to the DC 14V (3) back
socket of the base, then plug the adaptor into a 220V
power outlet. The microphone is now ready for use.
Press the POWER (7) button: the internal and the
external microphone will be activated, as well as the
speakers. In this moment both the operator and the
customer can speak and listen.
The speaker’s (5) volume on the base can be adjusted
through the rotating control (11).
When the base’s microphone is active, the led (2) lights
up. If you want to disable the internal microphone,
press the MIC (6) button and the ring (2) will turn o󰀨.
The operator can hear the person outside, but the
customer cannot hear the operator. Press again the
MIC (6) button to activate the microphone and speak.
If you want to speak through a practical headset
microphone as an alternative to that of the base,
you can connect it to the side socket (9). The main
microphone will be excluded and replaced by the
headband mic. Always using the MIC button (6), you
can activate or deactivate the headset microphone
when you do not want people to hear you outside.
You can connect to the REC (10) socket an external
amplier or a recorder. Both mic signals are sent to this
socket, so that it is possible to save the conversations.

nell’altoparlante della base, aumentate la distanza
del microfono esterno dalla base e abbassate
leggermente il volume no ad ottenere il risultato
desiderato.

in the base’s speaker, increase the distance of the
external microphone from the base and slightly lower
the volume until you obtain the desired result.
