Follow the voice mail prompts to retrieve your
message.
Transfer a Call
Press .
Dial the number. Wait for an answer.
Hang up OR announce the transfer and then
hang up.
Conference a Call
Press .
Dial the number. Wait for an answer.
Press .
Program a Speed Call
Press Menu OR .
Press Settings.
Press Programmable Keys.
Press the key you wish to program.
Press Speed Call.
Press Edit Info and enter the label for the
Speed Call.
Press Save.
Press Edit Number and enter the phone
number for the Speed Call.
Press Save, and then press Save again.
Press Close and then press Close again.
Adjust Volume Levels
Adjust ringer volume while the phone is ringing.
Adjust handset or speaker volume while using the
handset or speaker.
Press repeatedly to raise the volumeOR
repeatedly to lower the volume.

HEADSET USE AND CALL FORWARDING
HEADSET
When activated, this feature places your phone in headset mode.
Activate/Deactivate: Press the Headset button
Important features when using headset mode:
To answer call
Press the flashing extension button or the button labeled Call 2
To End a Call
Press the key
To Complete a Transfer while using a headset
You will use the “Release” soft key on the display of your telephone when you need to complete a transfer
Example:
With the caller on the line, press > dial 4-digit extension > Release.
CALL FORWARDING
To activate call forwaring press the blue Applications button
Select Call Forwarding
Enter the number you want to forward your phone (for an outside number, like a cell phone, you must enter
8+areacode+number, for example 82095555555, even for local numbers)
Select Activate
This will now light your Call FWD All button on your phone. This button can now be a toggle to turn your
Call Forwarding on and off.
If you need to change the number you are forwarding to, press the blue Applications button and select Call
Forwarding, enter the new number and select activate.
