This control is marked TEMP. CONTROL and consists of the digital display and UP and DOWN arrow pads for inputting set
point temperatures and calibration.

Setting the Temperature
Turn on the temperature controller/power switch. The temperature displays light up and after a
few seconds, the upper display shows the present value (PV) or chamber temperature. The lower
display shows the set value (SV) or set temperature.
Press to increase temperature gradually.
Press to decrease temperature gradually.
Setting temperature upon what you need.
Setting low Temperature
For a set point that requires the use of the refrigeration system, set the temperature and then flip
the refrigeration switch up to turn it ON. Because of a delay timer, the compressor will not turn
on to begin cooling until after several minutes. Similarly, when the switch is turned off, or if
the compressor shuts off in case of a power failure, the compressor will not restart for a few

minutes.
When the compressor kicks on, the temperature will start to decrease. If the compressor is on
and the temperature does not go down after 5 minutes, turn the refrigeration switch off to prevent
damage and request for service.
Setting parameter
The PV display indicates the parameter symbol, and the SV display indicates the selected valueof
the selected parameter.
Lockout
The parameters PASS (password) which will control the data security function, please do not
change it arbitrary to protect parameters safety.
Press several times scroll to the parameter PASS.
Set the PASS value to your desired function

Calibrating the Main Temperature Control
(OFFSET)
1. Press several times scroll to the parameter PASS. Set the PASS value to1000
2. Press and hold the key until the setup Menu page is obtained. Then, press
key to scroll to the parameter.
3. Press key several times to scroll to the parameter OFTL to calibration low
value. Send your low signal to the sensor input of the controller, then press and
release the key. If the process value (the upper display) is different from the
input signal, the user can use and to
change the OFTL value (the lower
display) until the process value is equal to the value the user needs. Press and hold
the key for 5 seconds to complete the low point calibration. A similar procedure
is applied for high scale calibration.
The two points OFTL and OFTH construct a straight line. For the purpose of
accuracy, it is best to change the value same on the two points as possible.

PID Auto tuning (AT)
The P, I and D terms need to be "tuned" to suit the dynamics of the process being controlled.
Temperature control using digital PID controllers have automatic auto-tune functions. During the
auto-tune period the PID controller controls the power to the process and measures the rate of
change, overshoot and response time of the plant. This is often based on the Zeigler-Nichols
method of calculating controller term values. Once the auto-tune period is completed the P, I &D
values are stored and used by the PID controller.
We recommend doing this AUTO TUNE if there is a temperature overshooting above your set
point
1. Press several times scroll to the parameter PASS. Set the PASS value to1000
2. Press and hold until appears on the display then release.
3. Press and hold at least 5 seconds. The TUNE indicator will begin to flash and the auto-
tuning procedure is beginning.
After the Auto-Tuning process is completed, the TUNE indicator will stop flashing and the unit will
revert to PID control by using its new PID values. The PID values obtained are stored in
nonvolatile memory.

Speed and Time control panel
For a set point that requires the use of the shaker system, flip the shaking switch up to turn
it ON. Set the speed, the shaker will turn after 2-3 seconds.
Key Description / Function
Start/Stop Indicator lamp. Lamp lights up when platform starts to turn and flashes
when it stops turning.

Used to shift to another position be it a digit or parameter during programming.

SPEED Shows the speed of rotation.
The lamp lights up and thearrow above it shows the direction of rotation
HOUR/MIN Shows the hours and minutes desired to be set and during a run, the time
remaining.
C The set value of C shows the desired number ofprogrammed segments to be run
sequentially or continuously.
Lamp Timer setting
For a set point that requires the use of the Timer system, flip the power switch up to turn it
ON. To set on/off time, the plant lamp will light on / off according to your setting.
1.To use the timer, flip both the power and timer switch up to turn them ON. Make
sure the axis is line to run 24 hour program type.
2.Adjust the clock; make sure the time is correct.

3. Switch the control axis by hand, inside is timer on, and outside is timer off. 1
segment is 15 minutes.
