i. Usage environment
●Do not use the appliance in a wet condition or dusty environment as this may
result in malfunction or electric shock.
●Do not use the appliance in the bathroom.
●Do not place or store the appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or
sink.

●Do not use or sit on the appliance when driving.
●Do not expose the appliance to a heater or direct sunlight.

iii. When the product should not be used
●If the use exceeds 15 minutes at one time.
●This unit should not be used by children or invalids without adult supervision.
●Before sleeping.
●If the fabric cover is torn.
●If water is accidentally spilled onto the appliance.
●If the user feels abnormal or severe pain during the massage.
●If the user detects any malfunction or other abnormal conditions during
operation.
●If there is lightning.
iv. Caution and warning
●Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use.
●Do not use any attachments that are not recommended by OGAWA.
●Do not operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug. Please return
the unit to OGAWA Service Center for examination and repairs.
●Do not insert your hands or any foreign matters into the massager’s vents and
gaps.
●Handle heated surfaces carefully. The unattended use of the heated surfaces
by children or invalids may be dangerous.
●Do not lift or carry this appliance by the power cord or any cord.
●This product is only intended for personal use only. Commercial use is
prohibited.

●Do not cover the appliance during operation. As this may result in malfunction
or fire.
●Do not crush the appliance and avoid any sharp folds.

●This appliance can be used by children at the age of 8 or above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge under guidance or if they have been informed of the risks involved
and instructions concerning use of the appliance in a safe way.
●Children shall not play on the appliance.
●Cleaning and maintenance shall not be performed by children without
supervision.
●To ensure safe and proper use of the appliance, do not operate it before reading
this user manual carefully first.
●Extensive usage could lead to excessive heating and a shorter product
lifespan. Should this occur, discontinue the use and allow the unit to cool before
operating again.
●It is normal to hear the noises during use, because they are resulted from
vibration of product.
●For people under medication or with a medical condition, please consult your
doctor before use. Please do not use the product if you are not feeling well.
●If the appliance is used in a cold room, do not increase the room temperature
abruptly. It is advised that the temperature is gradually increased to a normal
level.
●If the appliance is stored in a cold place and being taken into a warm environment,
please wait one hour before use to get the optimum massaging level.
●Do not remove the cover of the appliance. Mishandling the internal components
may result in malfunction or electric shock.
●Do not connect or disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet with wet
hands.
●Do not use the appliance if the electrical outlet is loose.
●If damaged, the supply cord must be repaired by the manufacturer, after-sales
service provider or qualified persons in similar field so as to avoid a hazard.
●The appliance has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be
careful when using the appliance.

Warranty Claims
1. Warranty is not transferable.
2. This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased from OGAWA.
3. Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for all warranty repairs.
4. All implied warranties, including but not limited to these implied warranties of fitness
and merchantability, are limited to the duration stated in the warranty policy.
5. Damage due to misuse, improper treatment and unauthorized modification and
repair are not covered by this warranty.
6. Warranty does not cover accessories and attachments which do not belong to the
massage unit.
7. Warranty is not effective to rental, business, commercial, institutional or other non-
residential users.
8. All services covered by this warranty must be approved by OGAWA and repaired by
authorized technicians only.
9. If replacement parts for defective materials are not available, OGAWA reserves the
right to make substitution in lieu of repair or replacement.

i. Preparation before use
●A screw is applied on the back of the product to protect the massager
apparatus during shipment. Remove the screw before use.
●Use the equipped wrench to remove the screw and insert the power cord
provided into the opening.
ii. Placing the massager
●The massager is equipped with back strap that allow user to faster onto
most chairs.
●Place the massager on a chair, wrap the two end of the strap at the back of
the chair then secure with Velcro.
iii. Backrest flap
●A detachable backrest flap is provided for a gentler massage.
●Remove the backrest flap if you prefer more intense massage.

1. Power
Insert the power plug into the electric outlet. Turn on the power.

This key is valid when Power is on.
Press this button to activate the Remedy function, the indicator light turn on.

5. Refresh
This key is valid when Power is on.
Press this button to activate the Refresh function, the indicator light turn on.
Press this button again to close the Refresh function, the indicator light turn off.
6. Spot upward
This key is valid in the spot / upper relief / lower relief / remedy / refresh. Long
press this button,the roller move upward, the indicator light flashes; if the roller
touch the limit sensor, roller will stop , the indicator light turn on; release the
button, the roller will stop moving, indicator light turn off. At this point roller will
change to kneading.
7. Spot downward
This key is valid in the spot / upper relief / lower relief / remedy / refresh . Long press
this button, the roller move upward, the indicator light flashes; if the roller touch the
limit sensor, roller will stop , the indicator light turn on; release the button, the roller
will stop moving, indicator light turn off. At this point roller will change to kneading.
8. Shiatsu
This key is valid when Power is on.
Press this button, turn on (shiatsu + rolling) slow mode.,the indicator light turn on.
Press this button second time, turn on (shiatsu + rolling) fast mode, the indicator ligh
turn on.
Press this button again, turn off (shiatsu + rolling) function, the indicator light turn off.

Effects by using the appliance

When you do not use the product, press the [Power] button, and please don’t cut off
the power immediately until the rollers have resumed to the bottom and the indicator
light is off.
Press the [Power] button after use and the massager will stop operating. Massage
roller will resume to their original position. Unplug the appliance from power outlet.

TO STORE
●Keep massager in the box or a safe, dry and cool place.
●Keep away the massager from sharp edges or pointy objects that might cut or
puncture the product’s fabric surface.
●Do not wrap the power cord around the unit.
●Do not hang the unit with the controller cord.
TO CLEAN
●Avoid immersing the unit in any liquid during cleaning.
●Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning.
●Clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge.
●Keep the appliance away from water or any liquid.
●Avoid using abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass/furniture polish or
paint thinner to clean the product.
CAUTION
●Do not lean on the dual massage mechanism in the cushion when adjusting your
body position to avoid tears on the products cushion surface.
●Do not jam or force any part of your body against the moving massage mechanism.
●Not recommended for use on wooden surfaces as the zipper may damage the wood.
●Only gentle force should be exerted against the unit in order to eliminate any risk of
injury.
●Do not attempt to repair the product, please contact ‘OGAWA Service Center’ for any
servicing required.

Not operating. ●Use the product when electricity is restored.
●Reconnect the power cord.
●Turn on the power switch.
No light & heating after pressing
the heat switch.
●Press the ‘Shiatsu’ switch before turning the
‘Heat’ switch.
●Press the ‘Rolling’ switch before turning on the
‘Heat’ switch.
During operation, the controller
is working but the massager is
not working.
●The massager could be overheated after
prolonged use. It will automatically cool down
to resume its normal condition. Please turn off
the power and stop using the massager for 30
to 50 minutes to facilitate heat dissipation of the
engine.
Back massage function does
not work.
●Turn on the power switch.
●Reconnect the power cord.
Seat vibration does not work. ●Turn on the ‘Vibration’ button.
●Reconnect the power cord.
Sudden stop. ●Use the product when electricity is restored.
