ZWECKBESTIMMUNG
Die Korsette Linear70/72 und Linearplus70/72 sind ausschließlich für die
orthetische Versorgung der lumbalen und lumbosakralen Wirbelsäule einzusetzen.
Einsatzbereich ist die lumbale und lumbosakrale Wirbelsäule.
MATERIALIEN
Grundkörper: Baumwolle, Polyamid, Polyester; Klettverschluß: Polyamid.
KONFORMITÄTSERKLÄRUNG
Die ORTHOSERVICE AG erklärt als Hersteller in alleiniger Verantwortung, dass
es sich bei diesem Produkt um ein Medizinprodukt der Klasse I handelt und dass
es gemäß den grundlegenden Anforderungen der Richtlinien 93/42/EWG und
2007/47/EWG hergestellt wurde. Diese Gebrauchsanweisung wurde nach den
Vorgaben der vorgenannten Richtlinien erstellt. Ihr Zweck ist es, die sichere und
ordnungsgemäße Anwendung des Medizinprodukts zu gewährleisten.

VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN
Das Produkt sollte keinen Druck auf Körperteile ausüben, die Verletzungen, Schwellungen
oder Tumeszenzen aufweisen. Das Produkt sollte nicht zu stark festgezogen werden, damit
sich keine Druckstellen entwickeln oder darunter liegende Nerven und/oder Blutgefäße
abgedrückt werden. Es wird empfohlen, ein Kleidungsstück darunter zu tragen, sodass der
direkte Kontakt mit der Haut vermieden wird. Wenden Sie sich bei Zweifeln über die Art der
Anwendung bitte an Ihren Orthopädietechniker. Das Produkt sollte nicht in der Nähe von
offenem Feuer oder starken elektromagnetischen Feldern verwendet werden.
HINWEISE
Das Produkt darf nur bei medizinischer Indikation oder auf ärztliche Anordnung
verwendet werden. Es muss von einem Orthopädietechniker angelegt werden, der sowohl
für das Anlegen wie auch für die Informationen über den sicheren Gebrauch entsprechend
Ihren persönlichen Anforderungen Ihr kompetenter Ansprechpartner ist. Die Wirksamkeit,
Verträglichkeit und die Funktionalität des Produktes sind nur dann garantiert, wenn es
immer mit größter Sorgfalt angelegt wird. Jede eventuelle Änderung der Struktur oder der
Einstellung muss von einem Arzt verordnet und von einem Orthopädietechniker ausgeführt
werden. Die Einstellung, die der Arzt/Orthopädietechniker vorgenommen hat, darf absolut
nicht verändert werden. Es wird empfohlen, dass das Produkt immer nur von einem
Patienten verwendet wird. Bei hypersensiblen Personen kann der direkte Hautkontakt zu
Rötungen und Reizungen führen. Sollten Schmerzen, Schwellungen, Tumeszenzen oder
andere ungewöhnliche Reaktionen auftreten, wenden Sie sich bitte sofort an Ihren Arzt.

Das Korsett öffnen und so positionieren, dass das Etikett nach oben zeigt.
Das Korsett zum Anlegen festhalten und sicher mit dem Klettverschluss fixieren.
Sicherstellen, dass der Verschluss genau in der Mitte liegt (Abb.A).
Bei Verordnung einer Lumbalpelotte (REF. 1078/P oder REF. T1000 - optional) ,
diese vor dem Anlegen des Korsetts am Klettband auf der Rückseite befestigen.

Das Korsett öffnen und die Klettbänder provisorisch an den seitlich
verlaufenden Streifen (Abb. B) befestigen.
Das Korsett so positionieren, dass das Etikett nach oben zeigt.
Das Korsett zum Anlegen festhalten und sicher mit dem Klettverschluss fixieren.
Sicherstellen, dass der Verschluss genau in der Mitte liegt (Abb. C).
Das Korsett über das Befestigen der Klettbänder auf dem vorderen Klettstreifen
festziehen. NUR hohes Modell: Zunächst die unteren und dann die oberen Klett-
bänder festziehen (Abb. D).
Bei Verordnung einer Lumbalpelotte (REF. 1078/P oder REF. T1000 - optional),
diese vor dem Anlegen des Korsetts am Klettband auf der Rückseite befestigen.

PRECAUTIONS
It is advised that the pressure exerted by the product does not act on parts of the body
suffering from wounds, swelling or lumps. The product should not be tightened too firmly so
as to avoid the development of pressure points or compression of the nerves or blood vessels
underneath. It is advisable to wear the product over a garment, avoiding direct contact with
the skin. If in doubt about how to apply, contact an orthopaedic technician. The device should
not be worn in the vicinity of open flames or strong electromagnetic fields.
WARNINGS
The product may only be used in the event of medical indication or when prescribed by a
physician and must be applied by an orthopaedic technician, the competent authority figure
for the application as well as for information on the safe use, according to individual needs.
To ensure the effectiveness, tolerability, and correct operation, it is necessary that the device
is put on with the utmost care. Any changes to the structure or adjustment of the device
must be prescribed by a physician and performed by an orthopaedic technician. Under no
circumstances should the adjustment made by the physician/orthopaedic technician be
altered. Use of the product is recommended for a single patient. With hypersensitive patients,
direct contact with skin may cause redness or irritation. In the case of onset of pain, swelling,
lumps or any unusual reaction, immediately contact your physician.

PUTTING ON THE APPLIANCE

Linear 70/72
Open the corset and position with the label facing upwards.
Hold the corset for fitting and fix well using the Velcro®closure. Ensure that
the closure is located exactly in the middle (fig. A).
In case of prescription of a lumbar pelotte (REF. 1078/P or REF. T1000 - optional),
fix it on the back at the Velcro®closure prior to fitting the corset.

Open the corset and temporarily fix the Velcro®straps at the lateral straps (fig. B)
Open the corset and position with the label facing upwards.
Hold the corset for fitting and fix well using the Velcro®closure. Ensure that
the closure is located exactly in the middle (fig. C).
Tighten the corset by fixing the Velcro®straps on the front Velcro®strips. ONLY
high model: First pull tight the lower and then the upper Velcro®straps (fig. D).
In case of prescription of a lumbar pelotte (REF. 1078/P or REF. T1000 - optional),
fix it on the back at the Velcro®closure prior to fitting the corset.

Ouvrir le corset et le positionner de manière à ce que l’étiquette
doit dirigée vers le haut.
Fixer le corset pour l’ajuster, et le fermer avec la sangle Velcro®.
S’assurer que la fermeture se trouve exactement au milieu (fig. A).
En cas d’ajout d’une pelote lombaire (RÉF. 1078/P ou RÉF. T1000 – en option),
placer celle-ci sur la bande Velcro®au dos avant l’ajustement du corset.
Linearplus 70/72
Ouvrir le corset et fixer provisoirement les sangles Velcro®sur
les bandes latérales (fig. B).
Positionner le corset de manière à ce que l’étiquette soit dirigée vers le haut.
Fixer le corset pour l’ajuster et le fermer avec la sangle Velcro®.
S’assurer que la fermeture se trouve exactement au milieu (fig. C).
Fixer le corset en bloquant les sangles Velcro®s situées sur la bande Velcro®
frontale. UNIQUEMENT pour le modèle haut : fixer tout d’abord les sangles
inférieures, puis les sangles inférieures (fig. D).
En cas d’ajout d’une pelote lombaire (RÉF. 1078/P ou RÉF. T1000 – en option),
placer celle-ci sur la bande Velcro®au dos avant l’ajustement du corset.

il prodotto per non generare zone di pressione locale eccessiva o la compressione di nervi
e/o vasi sanguigni sottostanti. È consigliabile indossare un indumento, evitando il contatto
diretto con la pelle. In caso di dubbio sulle modalità di applicazione, rivolgersi ad un tecnico
ortopedico. È consigliabile non indossare il dispositivo in vicinanza di fiamme libere o forti
campi elettromagnetici.
AVVERTENZE
Il prodotto deve essere utilizzato su indicazione medica o su prescrizione e applicato da un
tecnico ortopedico, che è la figura competente di riferimento sia per l’applicazione sia per
informazioni inerenti ad un uso sicuro, in conformità alle esigenze individuali. Per garantirne
l’efficacia, la tollerabilità e il corretto funzionamento è necessario che l’applicazione venga
effettuata con la massima cura. Qualsiasi eventuale modifica di struttura o di regolazione
del dispositivo deve essere prescritta da un medico ed eseguita da un tecnico ortopedico.
Non alterare assolutamente la regolazione effettuata dal medico/tecnico ortopedico. Se ne
raccomanda l’utilizzo da parte di un solo paziente. In soggetti ipersensibili il contatto diretto
con la pelle potrebbe causare rossori o irritazioni. In caso di comparsa di dolori, gonfiori,

Aprire il busto e posizionarlo in modo che l’etichetta sia rivolta verso l’alto.
Indossare il busto tendendolo e fissandolo bene con la chiusura a Velcro®
centrale. Assicurarsi che la chiusura sia ben centrata (fig. A).
Se viene prescritto l’utilizzo di una pelota lombare
(REF. 1078/P oppure REF. T1000 opzionali), fissarla alla
banda in Velcro®posteriore prima di indossare il busto.
Linearplus 70/72
Aprire il busto e fissare provvisoriamente i cinturini in Velcro®
sulle bande laterali (fig. B).
Posizionare il busto in modo che l’etichetta sia rivolta verso l’alto.
Indossare il busto tendendolo e fissandolo bene con la chiusura a
Velcro®centrale. Assicurarsi che la chiusura sia ben centrata (fig. C).
Stringere il corsetto agganciando i cinturini sulla banda velcrabile anteriore.
SOLO modello alto: stringere prima i cinturini bassi e poi quelli alti (fig. D).
Se viene prescritto l’utilizzo di una pelota lombare
(REF. 1078/P oppure REF. T1000 opzionali), fissarla alla
banda in Velcro®posteriore prima di indossare il busto.
