1/2" WASHERS(32), and two 1/2" LOCKNUTS(33).
¯SECURELYassemble the P,_IGHT(4) and LEFTHANDLES(5) to the BASE(1) on their respective sides using four 3/8
BOLTS(37), eight 3/8" WASHERS(29), and four 3/8" LOCKNUTS(31).
¯ Slide two 1 X5" GRIPS(23) over the ends of the RIGHT(4) and LEFTHANDLES(5) as shownin FIGURE

STEP3:
¯Attach four 1-1/2 X3/4" PARAGLIDESTRIPS(27) to the end
the PLATFORMADJUSTMENT(12), and four 1-1/2 X 3/4"
PARAGLIDESTRIPS(27) to the end of the PLATFORMSLEEVE
as shownin FIGURE3 using the following steps:
¯ Thoroughlyclean all surfaces where the PARAGLIDE
STRIPS(27) are to be attached.
¯Removethe PARAGLIDESTRIPS(27) from the paper
backingand firmly apply themto all shownsurfaces.
SECURELYAssemble one 1/2" DIA. SPRINGPIN (47) to the
SPRINGPIN HOUSING,on the PLATFORMSLEEVE(2)
showninFIGURE 3. (!!! IMPORTANT!!! TIGHTENTHE
NUT OF THE SPRING PIN SECURELY)

¯ Assemblethe PLATFORMSLEEVE(2) to the BASE(1) as shownin FIGURE4 using one 1/2 X4" BOLT(42), and one
LOCKNUT(33). (TIGHTENTHECONNECTIONENOUGHTO REMOVETHE PLAY, YET ALLOWINGTHEPLAT-
FORMSLEEVETO ROTATEFREELY)
¯ Pull back the 1/2" DIA.SPRINGPIN(47) on the PLATFORMSLEEVE(2) and insert the PLATFORMADJUSTMENT(12)
it. Slide the PLATFORMADJUSTMENT(12) downto the first adjustmenthole andrelease the SPRINGPIN(47).
Assemblethe PLATFORMADJUSTMENT(12) to the PLATFORM(11) as shownin FIGURE4 using one 1/2 X 4" BOLT(42),
and one 1/2" LOCKNUT(33). (TIGHTENTHECONNECTIONENOUGHTO REMOVETHEPLAY, YETALLOWING
THE PLATFORMADJUSTMENTTO ROTATEFREELY)
