Finding the Product Code Number (PCN) and serial
number
In order to find the correct information for your device, you need to know the model number.
To locate the (1)Product Code Number (PCN) and the (2)7-digit serial number, check the label on
the rear of the device or under the display cover as shown here. Note that the serial number appears
blurred here for security reasons.
Navigating the Home screen
The Home screen on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+ device provides the starting point for
creating either a shipping label or printing postage.

Creating shipping labels or printing on envelopes
Tap Envelope Printing or Print on Envelopes to print postage for general purpose envelopes and
post cards. Tap Trackable Labels or Shipping Labels to create a shipping label for important large
envelopes or packages using USPS, UPS®, or FedEx®.
Note: Your device may have an earlier version of software where Create Shipping Labels is
Trackable Labels and Printing on Envelopes is Envelope Printing.
Using SendPro Apps
Tap on SendPro Apps to access to a variety of applications to support and enhance your device.
For example, you can:
lCheck for rates and updates (Rates and Updates)
lGet a history of shipping labels created (Shipping History)
lCheck the status of your network connection (Network Connection).
